We've been with Bulwark for quite a while now. After going through a few pest companies, I can truly say this has been the best we've used. They're prompt, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to take their time to really make sure you understand things. Jeffrey Beck is who has been coming out and he is great! Very courteous and thorough and really wants to make sure you're taken care of. I let him know my daughter was napping before he arrived and he was so kind to do everything he could to not wake her! We've had a couple others come out in the past and they've been great as well. I'm the past we've been given some conflicting advice about a pest which is why I only gave 4 stars, BUT in the end the problem was still taken care of. I have a terrible experience with this company . Be careful when you place your order via phone as they will not give you any confirmation of your order in writing . I ordered their service last summer and Was expecting one time service for my rental as the issue was resolved the first trip . A few months later , I found out my credit card was charged again for the service the 2nd time . I called the company and was assured that they didn't charge my credit card and told me i can report to my credit card company . It happened again 2 month later , and I called again and the same assurance and I decided to file a dispute to get my money back from my credit card company . A few months later , my credit card company notified me the vendor insisted they had perform the service to my rental and the credit card company reversed the credit back to the company . I called the company again , they found out they don't have my contact info in the system but they have my credit card info and they said they were performing service on one of my other rental over a period of 8 months which I was not aware of and they have never notified me by text (they don't have my phone number in the file ) and never sent invoice to me . They just kept charging my credit card every two months . It's a small amount of $92 and most people will not pay attention because the charge is randomly. The supervisor apologized and said he will respond to me in 5 days . After one week , he didnt call me . I called back , the supervisor refused to answer my call and I talked to another supervisor said he is in charge . He insisted that when I placed an order by phone . Unless I have something to confirm I have canceled my order ( which they never sent me any confirmation via mail or email or text when I placed my order ) they read the service contract to me when I placed the order that the contract will continue unless I canceled . Great .. first , never provided a sales order confirmation to me .. 2nd , never notified me when they were still performing the service but secretly charged my credit card every two weeks .. This is definitely a SCAM . AVOID this telemarking company !!! I lost over $600 to this company . Andy C read more

I have had problems with ants, rodents, spiders, and bees, and since I have been using Bulwark things have been so much better! The pricing is great, and the techs have all been knowledgeable and very friendly. Today Mike C helped me review the current needs so that I can reduce the frequency now that things are under control. I've also been very happy with the company's flexibility regarding payments. I'm on a fixed income any paying every other month was harder for budgeting, so I just send half payments in every month so that it's always the same amount. I contacted Bulwark to provide services on 2 rentals plus my residence. initially they were good about calling a few days in advance and scheduling the service. After a few months, the service technician would just call a few minutes ahead then show up - including during a wedding at my residence! The next thing they did was double bill me for service as they were tracking billing by service address instead of by my residence address. Finally, I was promised that a check would be sent for the $147 double billed amount and I cancelled any further service. A week later, they withdrew $92 from my debit account despite having been cancelled. When I called about these issues, the agent said my account had been turned over to collection for $202! I would advise care if you do business with these people! Update: since cancelling service, Bulwark reached out to me and I received a refund of $55. read more

We have had Bulwark for just over a year now. Our main issue is sugar ants and spiders. When they first spray, we always seem to have an infestation, but they warned us about that. They are very happy to come out and no cost in between our regular treatments. Sometimes I have had to have them come out multiple times, but they always do so with no issues. However, we just recently started having issues with them and are contemplating keeping the service or cancelling. It seems more of a hassle lately than it was when we first started. And we were told we would always have the same couple of technicians. Well that has not been the case. They keep just sending random people now, and I really don't like it. I love our tech Remington Newman and would really appreciate it if they just kept us with him as promised. He is very friendly and addresses my concerns every single time. And he lets me know what to expect and exactly what he is doing. If we had him every time, this review would be 5 stars. The other issue I had is I had called for an in between regular treatments indoor service in September. Well I was charged for a regular service, even though I had just been charged in August for our regular service. I called and they did note the mistake and transferred me to a manager. The manager assured me we would still have our regular service in October and asked if it was okay if they just didn't charge me, which I agreed to. Well as I suspected would happen, they never came for my regular service. I had to call and ask about it and was told it wasn't due until October. They had apparently put in my account that they came 1-2 weeks early instead and completely changed my schedule. I explained what happened and what the manager said and mentioned they were out there at my request, less than a month after my regular treatment. So they agreed to send someone immediately at no charge. But I should not have had to call and go through the hassle when it was their mistake and I was told it was taken care of. read more

No call, no show - terrible!! We had an ant infestation in our home, so I called Bulwark to get rid of them. They scheduled a Wednesday appointment, and said they'd arrive between 3:00 and 5:00. I called at 5:15 and was told the guy was "on his way." Well, he never showed up. No call, no show. My husband and I rearranged our schedules and took time off work for the appointment, so we are pretty irritated that they apparently don't care about their customers' time or keeping their appointments. Update: A couple of days later, a customer service rep called and offered us a free service to make up for our bad experience. I said that "free" sounded pretty good, but she clarified that we would only get the free service if we signed up for their 90-day plan. I said we just wanted one service, which I was offered at a discounted price. She also said that the technician would show up promptly at 8:00 am, which he did and he was very nice. We haven't seen any bugs in the house since the service. However, several customer service reps have called me since then to ask about my satisfaction, and I have repeatedly said that everything is fine and asked them to stop calling. I hope this update to my original review will get them to finally leave me alone. Bottom line: you still might be better off going with a different company. read more

While mowing our lawn I had a rep ask if we had any any ant or pest issues. I haven't noticed any in the house or yard until I fully look a look along the house and a close by tree. We had a serious sugar ant problem! I called bullwark and they were at my house asap! They explained how the life cycle works and where the we're going and coming from. My husband and I got married shortly after they came, out wedding was in our back yard and I was terrified that we were going to have an ant problem given we had food set up outside! But we didn't!
