After talking to a few pest companies, not only did they get the species of ants wrong (acrobat vs carpenter) which affects the bait being used, but they also can't get their story straight. I contacted them about an ant infestation inside my home. The technician who came out placed sugar bait inside to eliminate colony. He told me that an exterior treatment was not necessary at that time. I accepted that recommendation, due to potential exposure for my active dog. Months later, I called to follow up because the ant problem had not been resolved. I was then told the $216.50 treatment of simply adding sugar bait for the interior also included exterior treatment during the original visit. That was surprising because I was never told an exterior treatment had been done. When I asked where it had been applied, they did not give me a clear answer regarding the exterior. Paying for another treatment isn't the issue. If the ants require another visit, I'm happy to pay for it. My concern is that the explanation of what was actually done has changed. Now, they're saying I have to pay another $216 for their services again. Something just isn't adding up. If there's a reasonable explanation, I'd like to hear it. Based on the conflicting information, I have little confidence in their service.

He genuinely enjoys his work, and that positive energy carries into the workplace and makes the experience pleasant for everyone around him -- including the customer. He told me that he really enjoys the process of doing his job, and after watching him work, I can understand why he does it so well. Stride was not the lowest estimate I received, but after seeing the quality of the work, I feel I got what I paid for. Over a short period, I was forced to deal with three consecutive failures from this company: Multiple Late Reschedules: On two separate occasions, after taking time off work and making personal arrangements to ensure I was home for the scheduled appointment, the company unilaterally rescheduled the visit late in the day. This demonstrates a complete disregard for customer commitments and is highly unprofessional. The final attempt today resulted in a complete no-call, no-show. This confirmed a severe, systemic lack of respect for their commitments. I am only obligated to attempt to use this vendor because they are contracted by our landlord. Based on this experience, I would never willingly use this company for any service, ever. To resolve the ongoing issue, I am being forced to pay out-of-pocket for a competent, professional company that will actually honor their appointments and execute the work they are scheduled to perform. We…read morefirst experienced small/medium sized roaches within a month of moving in (from previous residents) and within 2/3 months they of Titan coming out every single one of them was gone We also had a run in with a Rat luckily they were able to come out the next day and set the traps. The day the rat was caught they came within a few hours and eliminated our problem while also removing another dead rat we were unaware of .
