I received a $20 gift card one time and the next, I received a free lunch box with my purchase (minimum of $100). They store their customers' information in their system, which helps w exchanges or returns. Whether it's me or the person I've gifted the item to, if the receipt has been lost, they can just look up the purchase in their computer and will gladly offer a comparable exchange! Every few months, if I don't make a purchase, they will send me a "We've Missed You!" coupon for $20 off a purchase a $75 or more. Much to my husband's disapproval, I'm hooked on their colorful, floral totes and luggage!

I love what they've done with the place and really maximized space from what was here before. Their fashion is high quality day to day outfits or outfits for the corporate world. They also have loungewear and a variety of outfits you can dress up and down. Their team is extremely helpful and I was offered assistance multiple times. The fitting rooms are huge and there is a lot of space for people to sit down especially if you're shopping with someone who doesn't want to be there. I bought a dress for $78 which is higher than where I normally shop but the quality was so nice and I was easily sold! I definitely recommend stopping by. P.S. They refused to measure him because he was not buying the suit in that store. There are no longer any regular Brooks Brother's stores where we live, they have all closed. I gather they were cordial to him, but refused to help. All I can say is Wow. Pathetic. I realize many stores are now forced to compete with their on-line business & the outlet business under the same brand, although I am not sure this is true for BB. However, refusing to help someone with something as basic as this. The guy at the outlet store (all that is available to us now) couldn't have been more professional and helpful. The employees at the Plano store denigrated the outlet stores, said they didn't know what they were doing. Customer Service is what separates the men from the boys. Plano needs to learn about it before they are the next BB store to close.

Four employees were on duty, yet they were pulling off the ultimate "do nothing" heist. No greeting, no "Hey, you looking for some stretchy pants to change your life?"--just four folks practicing for the Statue Olympics. I swear one was so still I checked for a pulse. There was ONE other customer in the store, so it's not like they were swamped. The clothes looked nice, but I wasn't about to play hide-and-seek with customer service. Left empty-handed, but I did get some cardio from dodging the tumbleweeds rolling through the store. Vuori, maybe train your crew to at least wave?
