My brother unexpectedly passed, and his funeral was out of state. In a panic, I searched Yelp and found this place. The reviews, all though good , do not do this business justice. I consider myself stylish, and I like to dress well for something important. I met with Antonio and I was very impressed with his taste and his knowledge of fashion. Antonio walked me through the entire process of selecting everything I needed. Antonio listened to what I wanted, and he made suggestions that made things look great. I was shown everything and we found exactly what I needed. I was fitted and Antonio worked diligently to have it ready. I was treated so well. I had never had so many compliments on my look. The best part is that I am one of Antonio's customers now. When I lose the weight, I'm back to have my suit altered. I have made a great investment on something that looks fantastic and I am proud to wear. I will definitely be back and I plan on bringing my sons for a fitting. I arrived before they opened and while I was waiting I got an email stating my order was ready. I went in and went to the specific counter and they quickly processed some information I needed to fill out and I was done. I was in and out in 15 mins. The only reason it even took that long was I was looking at a few things. They have a great selection of sporting goods. Camping gear, clothing, firearms, even knives are plentiful. All the associates were very friendly and helpful. Store is super clean and well organized. Scheels blows sporting good stores like Bass Pro/Cabelas out of the water. Highly recommend this store.

The store is very clean and tidy, but the clothes are not organized by size making it a little difficult to go right to your size and browse. They provided great recommendations and options to fit the aesthetic colors of the wedding color palette. I was a bit nervous in general for how the coordination process would work specific to our wedding since all of my groomsmen were on the east coast and in different cities. The Vu family made me feel reassured that that they could get all my measurement and orders complete in an organized and timely manner. They definitely did a great job handling all of the logistics that came with having all of the groomsmen in different places. For the groomsmen located on the east coast, the Vu family worked with them directly on the phone and also email to make sure they gathered all of the measurement needed for the suit orders. If they needed more information they always followed up with me or my groomsmen. I was constantly asking to make sure the timeline for the suit order could be met and they were always proving great updates. From the beginning they told me and my groomsmen when they needed to have all of the measurements in order to get the orders filled. My groomsmen all got their items in a timely manner before having to fly out to our wedding location on the west coast. They even had time to make any small adjustments as needed at their local shops due to the timely manner from the shipments. I decided to go with a custom suit and really enjoyed the process. Got to pick every part of the suit with lots of fabric and detail options provided. I always felt in great hands. Never felt pressured to go with one design over the other. Whenever I walked in to the store to look at different colors for suit accessory items or shoes, they were always willing to show me all the possibilities. The suit was beautifully fitted and felt very comfortable throughout the whole ceremony. My wife and I can not thank them enough for helping make our day a beautiful occasion!

Our son went into the Plano, TX store to get measured for a suit we were buying for him locally, because we live 400 miles away. This is for a wedding. They refused to measure him because he was not buying the suit in that store. There are no longer any regular Brooks Brother's stores where we live, they have all closed. I gather they were cordial to him, but refused to help. All I can say is Wow. Pathetic. I realize many stores are now forced to compete with their on-line business & the outlet business under the same brand, although I am not sure this is true for BB. However, refusing to help someone with something as basic as this. The guy at the outlet store (all that is available to us now) couldn't have been more professional and helpful. The employees at the Plano store denigrated the outlet stores, said they didn't know what they were doing. Customer Service is what separates the men from the boys. Plano needs to learn about it before they are the next BB store to close.
