    Update (3/23/2022): I am providing an updated review because, after a dedicated listening session…read moreby one of the owners, I can give a slightly more positive review but still not a glowing review. I will spare many of the details but will state the following: Lisa, the owner I spoke with, took the time to really listen to my grievances and updated me with a bit of positive news on the front of my deposit. While it was still a fraction of what the amount was, she took the time to really explain the costs and had her staff share further details on the invoices, which I had to just accept for the numbers they were because cleaning & maintenance work cost money, albeit even if I did personally believe all the work was originally necessary. I mentioned that I wish there would have been better communication and transparency during my entire rental period, but we cannot change the past and I hope we can all grow from the experience. She took my criticisms and suggestions professionally and did leave me more accepting of the situation, and on an overall better note. Original 1-star review (3/22/2022): Slow response and overall bad communication. Do not recommend them as a management company. Most of us hear of bad stories with property management companies but hope that experience does not happen to you. They were terrible with the security deposit return.

I will admit my appointment time was scheduled at 5:20 and the time I got to the property was 5:26, the representative that was contacting me through text was very unprofessional. I didn't get a name, but they did not greet me instead just texted saying that they were on the property. After I greeted them and informed them that I would be there shortly then gave me a shorthanded response asking for an ETA. I then responded informing them. I was less than five minutes away and even asked if that was Okay and there response was a threat to leave if I didn't show up. Someone who has worked in customer service their whole life, I understand the frustrations of someone who is late but a 5 minute delay is definitely not a big deal in my book Especially if they gave you a heads up. The representative did apologize for being rude(which I thanked them for), but at that point, I went ahead and canceled the appointment because I was no longer interested in renting the property or viewing it. I hope in the future a situation like mine is approached the appropriate way especially for someone who may be a Potential tenant. Also the representative then said I was not at the right property, which I was and then blatantly lied and said they had been waiting for 15 minutes which was absolutely not true. I attached receipts hoping this reaches the right person.

    Tenant turnover used to be the worst for me... like seriously stressful. Every time someone…read moremoved out I was bracing myself for months of vacancy, showings that went nowhere, applications that looked good but flopped, and then sometimes ending up with tenants that weren't even good. My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? I hear about it before it's a bigger problem. I don't feel outta the loop like I did before. Honestly... I'm not stressing about who's living there or how long it'll sit empty. Things feel steady now. After years of chaos and headaches, this kinda stability is worth way more than I thought it would be. Thank you Chambers.!

Questions would come up and I'd either get no response or something super vague days later. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. I don't feel stuck or unsure every time something small comes up, and that peace of mind alone is worth a lot. Thank you Chambers Property Management!

    Rented a house through this realtor for 18 months. Just 2 friends in professional jobs, with no…read morepets, no kids. Needless to say, the older lady who runs the office has the demeanor of Roz from Monsters Inc, and always answers the phone like she's angry you even called (called maybe 3 or 4 times in an 18 month period). When we moved in, there was dog hair painted into the window sills, cockroaches in the pantry and bathroom vanity, big freaking black widow spiders in every corner of the garage, and sawdust in most of the corners of the living room. I cleaned up their mess myself, because it was only a 1 hour job, and I like to rely on myself. I've always left my prior rentals as clean, or cleaner than when I moved in. I even hired a professional cleaner on our move out this time, because I got the impression Premier would shake us down for all they could. The cleaners did an incredibly thorough job, including deep cleaning the carpet for $353. The place was cleaner than when we moved in. We also hired a pest control company to take care of our roach and spider problem the duration of our occupation. I just got what was left of our $1700 security deposit in the mail. They ended up hiring a carpet cleaner anyways ($250), a deep cleaner ($200), and a bunch of other simple "repairs", paint touch ups, rekeying, and lightbulb replacements for $285. Most rental agencies would call this natural "wear and tear", and include it in the rent. I do not recommend Premier Properties to anyone. I have been through 3 moves in the last 5 years, due to medical school and residency, and I've never had an agency nickle-and-dime me the way this one did. If you read the other reviews, you'll notice the great majority of positive ones are from property owners and not renters. Property owners may have a good experience, but as a renter you'll loose more money than it's worth

This business is unprofessional and rude to their tenants; KRISTY ERGO is responsible for the tenants and will treat you like dirt! Of course they're nice to you before signing any papers, they want your business! Down the road, they won't care that you're a loyal customer. They made their money! KRISTY ERGO is hurting the business- bad business woman, bad customer service, just BAD all around! Take my advice and do rent from this property. KRISTY ERGO's rudeness and unprofessionalism will take the company down. I don't even think the homeowners know how she's treating their renters. Let the truth be told about this place!
