First of all, everything's fresh (unless it's frozen/prepackaged like their tuna steaks). I think almost everything ins locally sourced. They had some nice red snapper, and branzino. All different sizes, and for good prices. I picked up a small 1-pound red snapper (which they cleaned for me), as well as 2 lbs of their Connecticut mussels. They also had oysters, but they were Blue Points, which aren't my favorite. Got home and cooked everything, and it was quality all around. I now know that I can house 2 lbs of mussels in a single sitting... Cash only!

They have a nice selection of gluten free pasta products from Italy which I hadn't seen before. Got a few of those and some pickles, chips and sauces too. Nicely organized produce section, friendly staff and overall a very nice business to frequent!
