I was referred to them from my realtor - Patty Rohrkemper of Keller Williams. From a customer's perspective, I cannot imagine being more satisfied. All communication from Molly was pleasant and professional. I enjoyed my initial assessment with Chad and the guys that came to my home to do the job itself were great. They even moved my piano and other heavy furniture off the floors and much to my great surprise, they moved everything BACK when the job was through! (Something I was really dreading.) We were concerned about grooves worn into the hardwood from my Grandma's walker from 13 years of back and forth wear (it kind of looked like Talladega) and also a dog's urine stain that left a very noticeable permanent mark. Anyway, Cawood got all of those blemishes out and made selecting a new stain very easy for us by leaving a few samples on the freshly sanded wood. I feel like the price was very fair as well. Hire this company without fear.

Their installation crew was amazing both times! They kept me informed of their estimated arrival times, moved and replaced all furniture, and thoroughly cleaned up every evening. I highly recommend their honest sales staff and well as the "Combs Crew" installation team!

This time he had Milton Mareno and Sons install the hardwood in our house and they did such a great job. They put plastic up to keep the dust out of the rest of the house. They cleaned daily. But best of all, they under promised and over delivered, they got done sooner than they thought. The way customer service is lately, rarely do you ever get good customer service any longer, let aline great and even more rare is to get what you paid for. We got all of that. So we thank Carpetland, Steve, and the guys at Milton Mareno & Sons!

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!…read more I've been waiting for my laundry room tile/laminate flooring to be installed for 3 weeks now. The washer & dryer were moved to the middle of our theater room. We've had to take our laundry to the laundry mat. The delay has also kept the carpet guys, also from your company, from laying the pad & carpet in that room. I've been put off and stalled for 3 weeks now and I'm sick of the inconvenience and costly laundry service your tile person has caused. Customer satisfaction is not alive and well in this situation.

We purchased a new countertop, new sink, and new faucet. I was looking for a less expensive faucet but the sales person persuaded me into buying the more expensive one, saying that if anything went wrong with it, like leaking or dripping that it was covered for the life of the faucet and that it would be replaced with a new part by one of the people that work for Countertops & Cabinetry by Design without any charge. My faucet has been leaking, I contacted the company and told them what the faucet was doing, they order the part and had it sent to my house. I told Chris Holtz that I probably couldn't replace it myself and he said that it would cost me $125.00 for someone to come out and install the part. This isn't what I was told when it was sold to me initially. I have sent him multiple emails now letting him know that I am not happy with the service after the sale since I was led to believe if there were any problems with the faucet that it was covered and would be fixed free of charge. First request to them was 11/13/17. They responded right away with email back, but since I told them that I don't feel comfortable doing it myself, he responded that there would be the $125.00 charge to replace the part. I sent additional emails to see if they would fix but haven't heard anything back. So, I would not use the company again, and would NOT recommend them to anyone.

We purchased our kitchen counter tops through them in 2017 and have zero complaints. The process was easy and straightforward. We went out to Mont and picked out our exact granite slab. Their pricing seemed to be better than others we looked at as well. The reason I decided to write a review was because our 2nd time using them went even smoother. We are remodeling our basement and have a large bar top and a small counter top area that totals less than 25 sq ft. They offer 4 different quartz options for situations like this so we didn't have to go through stacks of remnants to try to find something. And again we were extremely happy with the pricing. Overall, we would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of new counter tops.

All of them were either unreliable - not showing up to provide an estimate and behaving unprofessionally when they did arrive - or grossly overpriced. Sometimes both. Their staff is completely professional, the selection of wood and laminate is solid, and their installers are friendly. The sales staff isn't pushy and they had a crew on the job within a week of our selecting the laminate. I can't recommend them highly enough.
