This business sits quietly and unassumingly off Dixie Highway in a residential neighborhood, but if…read morecabinetry is something you are in the market for, I would not pass this place up. They do a lot of semi-custom and custom work for bathrooms, kitchens, etc., and we almost overlooked it because we were not in the mood for getting taken for a ride. I am glad we gave them a shot because they have excellent products all made in America at very reasonable prices. We told him the dimensions for the space that we wanted our vanity in and he straight up drew a design right in front of us. As a test, we got a quote from W. Stephens for the vanity and then turned around and asked Lowe's the make the same thing. Number one, they couldn't make exactly what we wanted and number 2, they were not cheaper (maybe by a hundred or so dollars but the materials they were using were not as high quality). I would strongly recommend that you drop by W. Stephens. He does business all over the country but he is never too busy to service anyone who needs it. We only needed a vanity this time, but, because of his great service, we are definitely using him for our kitchen remodel. Just remember, there is quite a bit of assembly once you get your cabinets. Be prepared. Sidenote: This place had plenty of people that have engineering and architecture degrees. And if they can't do it for you, they have a specialist nearby who can step in and help you with any design advice.

Great company and our floors look great!

Used Contertops & Cabinetry By Design a few years ago. Went to the office in Florence, KY and…read moretalked with a sales person at that time. We purchased a new countertop, new sink, and new faucet. I was looking for a less expensive faucet but the sales person persuaded me into buying the more expensive one, saying that if anything went wrong with it, like leaking or dripping that it was covered for the life of the faucet and that it would be replaced with a new part by one of the people that work for Countertops & Cabinetry by Design without any charge. My faucet has been leaking, I contacted the company and told them what the faucet was doing, they order the part and had it sent to my house. I told Chris Holtz that I probably couldn't replace it myself and he said that it would cost me $125.00 for someone to come out and install the part. This isn't what I was told when it was sold to me initially. I have sent him multiple emails now letting him know that I am not happy with the service after the sale since I was led to believe if there were any problems with the faucet that it was covered and would be fixed free of charge. First request to them was 11/13/17. They responded right away with email back, but since I told them that I don't feel comfortable doing it myself, he responded that there would be the $125.00 charge to replace the part. I sent additional emails to see if they would fix but haven't heard anything back. So, I would not use the company again, and would NOT recommend them to anyone.

I never write reviews but I have used Counter tops & Cabinetry By Design in Anderson twice now and…read morehave been extremely happy with the service received. We purchased our kitchen counter tops through them in 2017 and have zero complaints. The process was easy and straightforward. We went out to Mont and picked out our exact granite slab. Their pricing seemed to be better than others we looked at as well. The reason I decided to write a review was because our 2nd time using them went even smoother. We are remodeling our basement and have a large bar top and a small counter top area that totals less than 25 sq ft. They offer 4 different quartz options for situations like this so we didn't have to go through stacks of remnants to try to find something. And again we were extremely happy with the pricing. Overall, we would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of new counter tops.
