In all honesty, Sarah wouldn't stop raving about her. I called Anai to asked if she would come to inspect one of my rental properties, little did she know I had already had the roof inspected by another accredited roofing company. To make this review short, I was so blown away by Anai's humbleness, knowledge, professionalism, honesty, and willingness to serve. She replaced one of my metal caps that was missing (sent me before & after photos), even after I had informed her that I was also talking to another accredited roofing company. It just so happens that she actually knew some of the people who worked at this company, and had nothing but good things to say about them. She however did not know the person who was helping me out personally, but she ensured me I was in good hands due to them working for this company. At the end I was so blown away, and torn in between the two companies. That same day I reached out to the second accredited company rep to let them know Blue Hammer had come out to inspect the property. I was completely disgusted with this representatives negativity that it was no doubt in my mind Blue Hammer was the only choice for me. Literally called Anai the same day! She is truly amazing! Highly, highly recommend!

Then, they called about an hour before they were scheduled to come to see if they could arrive early. Even better? Best yet is that they saved our sofa in 30 minutes flat. I had tried to clean it myself with online tricks like baking soda and spray cleaners. I just made it worse. But Pro Fresh N All saved they day and our sofa. Let me respond to a couple of the criticisms I have seen here on Yelp. "The guys who come to do the service are young." It's true. They are. But I don't really care if you are a teenager as long as you can do the job. Who cares? They were late and didn't show up on time. I have had them our to our home three times now and they have either been right on time or a bit early with notice. They were confused about the services I needed. Again, I didn't have this problem, but I also wouldn't mind refreshing someone on exactly what needed to be done. They were "creepy." Not to us. They were kind, courteous, respectful, and conversant. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend them and am already talking to friends and family to recommend their services!

They were super fast to respond to my initial request, less that an hour and I sent the request through yelp fairly late in the evening. David came and gave us our quote explained everything to us in detail (both positive and things that could happen to prepare for ie if we needed to replace some of the floor) answered all our floor questions and then some. (FYI he's a contractor too which worked out for us as we bought a home that needs a little more love) We were in a huge time crunch to get everything done before we moved into our new home. We called on a Monday, he was able to meet us Thursday, we signed on Friday. We had a week in-between to get a few other projects done (we painted and weren't especially careful with the floors) Noe and his crew were there the next week and it took them one day to get everything sanded and the first coat of stain on. Even with just one coat of stain it looked a MILLION times better! Who knew we had beautiful floors under all that grime! All in all it took them three days to do everything, and two days for our floors to dry. David explained how to best care for our floors and I couldn't be happier. Our bathroom is up next and we've already got David and Noe in mind!!! Also shout out to Hailey as well who took my calls and texts and was super quick to respond to us as well in scheduling. Exceptional Quality: All facets of our Flooring installation…read more Having any type of floors installed is an involved process with many phases and each phase must be completed exactly right. In terms of securing a contractor and as a standard of practice, I would never suggest just getting one quote, but in this rare case I can state unequivocally a person can exclusively select Texas Best Flooring Company and not have to look elsewhere. This company and our experience is the exception and not the rule. Keep in mind, there is a great deal that goes into installing a floor. It encompasses many steps to do it correctly and it is a trade that requires precision. When we purchased our house in 2016 it had been a remodel with one of the rooms having hardwood floors that were not sealed and secured properly. Consequently, there were issues with moisture that exacerbated the original installation. Something a buyer could not detect initially. Fast forward to March 2026 and we interviewed two contractors who claimed from their website they had years of experience installing floors. I am sure those contractors had years of experience installing floors *incorrectly.* With Texas Best Flooring, David using specific instruments for moisture detection and moisture movement was able to analyize the data and then ascertain the root cause issues along with the subsequent impacts to the previous floor. What followed was one of the best proposals we had seen from a contractor that offered a comphrehensive solution for our floor. This proposal explained the methods and scope of work necessary to accomplish this installation the right way! The way it should have been done the first time around. The thoroughness of this proposal was indicative of the work that was to follow. From the grinding of the concrete slab phase, leveling, buffing, application of specialized expansion sealants, adhesives etc...the hardwood was ready to be installed. Every step of the process was completed with utmost quality and attention to detail. Their customer service is highly knowledeable and a pleasure to work. And David's technical team is cordial, considerate, clean and professional throughout. To summarize, Texas Best Flooring Company is a turnkey operation that provides exceptional services from cradle to completion. We will be recommending David (Texas Best Flooring Company) to everyone we know and if we encounter someone talking about needing a floor installed we will let them know as well to contact David and not waste time going elsewhere.
