We have a membership at another facility that is linked to this one and the one in spring. It was a…read moregreat deal, and our kids loved this location the most even though it's a bit of a drive. A few weeks ago, we came to this location, and I saw one of my sons on the Sky Rider. He looked really uncomfortable. The harness was too loose, and it was riding up and hurting his neck. I talked to one of the managers, and she seemed concerned enough to take care of the issue. Well, we came back to the location today... My husband saw the following: "There was a situation at the Sky Rider when a smaller child was completing his run, and the receiving employee was unable to corral him. That child then went backward on the track while a larger kid came barreling towards him. They collided; luckily, no injuries occurred but the injury potential was alarming." Accidents happen. I get it. But there was no way we felt safe letting our kids on it again. That was the biggest draw with this location. (The spring location has the Sky Rider too, but it's a much shorter track. The kids don't love it as much.) Then, when we went to get the boys' free snacks, we were told those were going away. It's the economy, and I get that we're all trying to save money. But couldn't someone have sent out an email just to let parents know so they can bring their own snacks? We don't anticipate coming to this location again unless we just happen to be in the area.

This is a pretty standard Party City except that it's absolutely enormous, and never seems to have any employees. They just open this whole plaza recently, and I get the feeling that most of the stores didn't hire anybody good at keeping the products in order, in fact they didn't hire enough people in general, or at least enough attentive, decent-work-ethic folks.

Pro tip: Bring socks!…read more Learn from our mistake... socks are required, and we ended up paying almost $7 for two pairs. Save yourself a few bucks and toss some in your bag before you go! This place is HUGE with plenty to keep kids entertained for hours. There are giant play structures, slides, a ball pit, oversized Legos, a dance floor, and so much more. It's the kind of place where you look at the clock thinking you've been there 30 minutes, and somehow it's been two hours. We went on a Saturday, and it was packed, which makes sense with all the birthday parties happening. Even with the crowd, the staff was friendly, attentive, and seemed to do a good job keeping an eye on everything. The only downside was the women's restroom. The stalls definitely need more attention throughout the day. Since everyone is walking around in socks, it'd be nice if they were checked and cleaned more often. We came back a few times and found urine on the floor, and one stall even had dried blood. Aside from the restroom, the facility itself looked surprisingly clean considering how busy it was. We'd definitely come back just with our own socks next time!

I needed the shopkins toys so bad for my daughter..she's going to be thrilled....but I'm definitely coming back here for some shopping for me, next time. I hope this great little shop survives in the mall for a long time. The ladies working the counter were super sweet and courteous, that's always a plus. That peek turned into a full hour of discovery. Why didn't anyone tell me that Hobby Lobby carries a little bit of everything. Seriously. Full length mirrors, they've got it. Aerobic stepper and dumbbells, they've got it. Teacher materials, southern coded firearm merch, dog toys, Christian merch, and velvet hangers, they've got it. However, the one thing they did not "got" was the thing I came in for- giant friendship bracelet charms. Although the trip was not what I expected, team members were ample, and I developed a new desire to add wood burning to my list of skills because yes, you apparently can in fact buy a creative wood burner tool for 64.99. Anyways, if it's been awhile, give yourself time to visit, explore, and enjoy. You'll need it!
