Stay far away from this store. I walked in today w my family and little children. I was done window…read moreshopping and went to the exit to leave but stopped to pull out snacks for the kids to eat as we walked the mall. I chose to not stop our stroller in the walkway outside the store since it was jam packed today and i didn't want to be run over or have a kid robbed. A female Hispanic sales associate that NEVER acknowledged our presence while we were there came to me to tell me they don't allow snacks in store and then said the clothing can get stained and I'd have to pay for it. Say what?! I wasn't going to eat here, I'm not an animal and if you wanted to know, i can afford the clothing. So i left and yelled "let's go guys, they're going to call security on us to kick us out!". I'd have gone in on management but i was exhausted and hungry and going to see Santa at Bass Pro Shops. Don't give these guys your business, they clearly didn't want mines.

It's not as cool anymore, but I'm glad it's still around. For an outlet it's a bit pricy but still has good stuff by Mall standards.

When you come out if someone is there they don't even ask you anything. They just keep doing what they're doing. The lines are long because there is always only one person checking people out while others do nothing.

We were right next to him. He had an AirPod in And he didn't even apologize. It was some skinny dude with brown hair. Maybe he has hearing issues, cognitive issues or was a last resort hire, I don't know! Everything else was fine. Love this selection . Love the store. Just horrible customer service
