One of the coworkers said that she shouldn't say that type of things but she said "I don't care it's true they should have killed him. I don't care they can report me for saying that I don't care. Last I checked politics should be talked about in private not loudly enough that others can hear. Especially knowing others have different opinions and talking about assassinating a president and or governmental figure is not a joking manner. It's also not okay to bad mouth a customer so that a entire store can hear.

Tony busts his butt running this store and makes sure that regulars are having fun and visitors are taken care of. Unlike some of the other gaming shops, you do not get a horrible mix of elitism or social ineptitude. Many of the regulars are married with kids and use this place to relax and have fun. Hardcore gamers mix with part-time hobbyists and rules arguments take a backseat to enjoyment. If you want to get into Warhammer, 40k, or Lord of the Rings wargaming? This is the place to start.

It's definitely not an extensive selection of all available books in the world,but I think they have more of the popular ones. Their sale section was pretty massive, and I did get a few excellent children's books from that area. They had a pretty good selection of small literary gifts, too. For example, pillows with book quotes, or wall decor relating to books. Staff was very helpful. I found out that whatever they have in-store does not reflect what they have on their website and vice versa. Also, the membership can apply to online purchases. Unfortunately, whatever they have in-store, they don't supply shipping; you'll have to go to a FedEx, USPS, or UPS to ship an item. I did think it was a little odd that they had a yogurt shop in their business. I could feel the attitude radiating off of her because of my book choice. I laughed it off and continued to browse a bit more. Eventually we got in line behind another customer. The same elderly woman opened another register to assist the customer in front of us. Naturally we started looking at the products that are in the check out area while we waited. The customer that was in front of us had an issue and left so it was our turn. The elderly woman proceeded to wave over the female customer behind us and she said that we were in front of her. We kindly insisted that she just go ahead and check out and we'll wait for the other employee further down. Then the elderly woman rudely said "come on, put your stuff here" and then decided to tell the customer behind us that the line starts where she's standing and that there should be blinking red lights signally that the line starts there. At that point it was VERY clear that she had an issue with us because of the book we were purchasing and tried to insinuate that we were stupid. Fine, you have a personal opinion but you are at work and are supposed to be providing good customer service regardless of your personal opinions. At no point were we rude or passive aggressive so her attitude was very uncalled for. Feeling done with the situation, I handed her my book and she hurried through our interaction. We kept our cool and were respectful, she asked if we wanted a bag and we declined and then she gave us our receipt and I told her to have a blessed day and once again talked over me.
