Printing

Kyle was a very nice person. He greeted me entering, and he told me that I needed to get a box. He told me all the way through the steps for the for the factory. and then he helped me print it to customize it. Overall, he was a very nice person. I would definitely come back just because of him. He was a very nice person. And I read it 10 out of 10

A dream come true for any child and adult alike. This just brings back great memories for me (except when you step on one and scream at the top of your lungs). The store is bright, clean, organized, and full of really enthusiastic employees, which is so nice to see -- passion for one's job. Pop in here even if just to take a photo with a Stormtrooper (took only 4 days to build, according to the sign).

Awesome! OMG, look at all these prebuilt objects. From Dinosaurs, StarWars, Disney, Baseball player, air plane, space shuttle, Frozen, etc. Amazing selections, great outlet deal! Highly recommended! There's even a kids play area. Perfect. Love it. Will definitely one back.

There's even a dedicated area for painting figures, which is fantastic. I've done that at home, and there's a lot of gear that you need for that: to do it in a setting with people buzzing around you, good lighting, nice chairs, and paints and brushes all around you. Honestly, it just feels like a better way to do it than sitting in your basement, unless that's your sort of thing. There's also a huge gaming area. I didn't go in there, but I think that's the kind of amenity that is essential for a store like this. Snacks, food, games, dice, puzzles. Not sure what else you could have at a place like this, other than perhaps a comic book area.

There is a tabletop gaming store that is as large as a grocery store. It exists! It's a true…read morewonderland for nerds and gamers, and noobies like me. None of the gamer stores we visited in Baltimore County can hold a candle to this place. Pay the toll and get your butt over to Ritchie Highway. You'll want to burst into tears of joy when you set foot into the store. I was under the impression that it was difficult to own/run a game store, or thats what the owners of those little shops would have me believe. But this place had loads of customers, and a bunch of other regulars in a side room used for gathering for in person play. Jeremy got his wish. A group of our friends are planning on getting together at least one Friday a month to play the Wheel of Time RPG. And he suckered me into joining. So he insisted that I pick out my own dice, rolling tray (the non-herbal kind), and a bag to hold the dice. He got some stickers and other stuff, too, cuz he's just so very into embracing the tabletop rpg gamer lifestyle. We joined the rewards program, so we'll obviously be back.

I visited this location with my husband knowing exactly what we were looking for. We browsed for a…read morebit looking for a book that was featured on the BAM website but couldn't find it in what we assumed was the correct location, so I decided to ask an elderly female employee for assistance. When I told her what book I was looking for she said "oh" while rolling her eyes a lead me to it. She handed it to me and started walking away while I was thanking her for her help. I could feel the attitude radiating off of her because of my book choice. I laughed it off and continued to browse a bit more. Eventually we got in line behind another customer. The same elderly woman opened another register to assist the customer in front of us. Naturally we started looking at the products that are in the check out area while we waited. The customer that was in front of us had an issue and left so it was our turn. The elderly woman proceeded to wave over the female customer behind us and she said that we were in front of her. We kindly insisted that she just go ahead and check out and we'll wait for the other employee further down. Then the elderly woman rudely said "come on, put your stuff here" and then decided to tell the customer behind us that the line starts where she's standing and that there should be blinking red lights signally that the line starts there. At that point it was VERY clear that she had an issue with us because of the book we were purchasing and tried to insinuate that we were stupid. Fine, you have a personal opinion but you are at work and are supposed to be providing good customer service regardless of your personal opinions. At no point were we rude or passive aggressive so her attitude was very uncalled for. Feeling done with the situation, I handed her my book and she hurried through our interaction. We kept our cool and were respectful, she asked if we wanted a bag and we declined and then she gave us our receipt and I told her to have a blessed day and once again talked over me. I will not be visiting this location ever again. Thanks Jodi for your terrible customer service.
