I'm seated directly outside the door, yet I'm completely ignored. A third employee appears, and it's clear there's confusion about who is doing what. Still, no one takes responsibility. I have to ask - again - if my order will be taken and also request water once more. At this point, I ask the young man directly whether I should just leave and go somewhere else, because it's obvious their operations aren't dialed in. I'm hungry and already know what I want: the blue crab roll and the Mexicali roll. The food comes out fairly quickly, and while it is fine and did what it needed to do, nothing ruins a meal faster than inattentive service. No one checks in to see if I need anything.
