I observed three vehicles needing to maneuver around an A-Agent vehicle that was occupying the left lane without apparent reason. The driver's apparent unawareness of other traffic or disregard for traffic flow was concerning. Please ensure your drivers are adhering to safe and lawful driving practices by staying out of the left lane when not passing or being overtaken. Under Arizona traffic law (A.R.S. 28-721), drivers must stay in the right-hand lane unless they are passing another vehicle, preparing for a left turn, or traveling at the normal speed of traffic. Cruising in the left lane below the normal traffic flow while blocking other vehicles is illegal and subject to fines.
