Matthew said "I'm gonna come put a one-way trap up there, seal all but the trap and I'm gonna do it right now" The squirrel was gone by the afternoon. I will say biotech called me back an hour after their tech was out here. Office person asked if I would like them to come put a one-way trap on the vent? You know what??? that would've been an excellent suggestion for the tech to make while he's sitting here talking to me and STARING AT MY HOUSE but it's too late now. She said they could send a more experience technician. Then why did you send that one to begin with? Don't waste your money- call Matthew.

This includes 1) pieces of metal and nails in my gutters 2) holes in my roof and flashing from when they nailed down the cage and didn't patch and I have had water leakage that in order to fix involved replacing some shingles and flashing. Additionally they never came around to treat the attic and to check the rat traps. The owner also wanted all payment up front and DID NOT come by to inspect any work. He sent two kids that were clearly not licensed or trained in anything related to this job. This was BY FAR the worst service I have had by any Houston company. Please stay far away from this company.

As he walking up, he saw the issues immediately. The very next morning, he had someone here installing cameras, one way doors and sealing the roof. Within 48 hours, we were able to catch multiple squirrels getting into the attic in several different areas we didn't know about. He has been constantly updating us with what he is catching on the cameras and is coming to seal the other holes we found tomorrow. We were overrun with roaches and in the past nine months since starting their service we are down by 98%. Earwigs, spiders, centipedes, silverfish all but gone from inside our home. We live in a very wooded area and I never thought it would be possible to be rid of all these. The mosquitoes have been a little more challenging, but H-Town is always responsive when I contact them. They keep at it until the job is done. I'd say our mosquito population is down by 85% because you can't control your neighbors yards. Every technician they have working for them are very polite clean-cut guys. One last note... all this improvement in pest control is from treatments done outside. While they will do the inside of your home, we've had this much success from only outside treatments. They are worth every penny! Don't hesitate. Give them a call.
