Great experiences!…read more Used a few years ago for roaches and ants, mostly in rental properties. Pros - Very pleasant. Not rushed. Not expensive compared to the usual companies. More effective treatments. No stringing you along with repeat visits. Roaches: unlike the bigboys that you pay to have come repeatedly, have to empty cabinets, and the roaches die all over the place... his chemicals ended the roaches almost instantly, didn't have to empty anything, safe around animals, and didn't have to clean up roaches. On huge infestations (falling from ceiling), within 2 days there were no more live ones. So disgusting, and solved so quickly. Ants too: detected, found nest, got rid of. I didn't even know what's what the property had. He showed me the sawdust with body parts that's evidence of them.

Philip answered my call later than business hours and we scheduled a consult for a few days later. He was calm and able to guide me through the process including different treatment options. Which was exactly what I needed at that time. He took apart my bed and couch, and inspected all he could see -- very thorough. After the consult, I wanted to go forward with treatment and he said he would treat as soon as I was ready (clothes through dryer and bagged up, etc). We scheduled for a few days later. During the treatment, he heated my room to 140 and rest of unit to 130 and held it for 5 hours!! The heat seeped into the walls. He provided regular updates during and was easy to communicated with. He then finished by dusting DE around the walls for good measure. 8 months later, there are no signs of any lingering bugs and I would use his service again -- though I hope I never have to I found the price to be fair based on what I knew from researching other pest companies.
