Mario is the nicest guy you'd want to meet and he came quickly when we were first moving in and saw a pest problem. He fixed the problem and when we returned with our movers I saw all of the dead bugs and couldn't believe how bad the problem was, ewwww! We did a contract to have him come regularly as I am especially afraid of spiders, but unfortunately we had difficulties with his crews very large window of time due to our dogs and us having to be out of the house for 4 hours each visit, if he was doing the interior. So after a number of months of them only doing the exterior which was pretty sufficient in the winter months; when I really wanted the interior sprayed, he said the day they'd be here and it would be before 12, however, when his guy came at 8:30 there was no way to get myself and our many, many dogs out of the house for them to do the job and when I complained, Mario told me he'd let me out of my contract instead of trying to fix the scheduling issue. In any case, my last exterminator in Porter Ranch was wonderful, we had him for 5 years and he used non toxic spray and it was safe for my pets so Bug Patrol is probably not the company for me to use anyways. They will definitely get rid of your bug problems though. read more

We had a humongous 5ft (okay maybe not that big lol) Rat run into our house and we all freaked out. I called the first pest control guy and he didn't answer although he did call me back but by then I found bug patrol on yelp and talked to Mario who came 15 mins later. He caught the mouse within 1 minute after my family and I had already cornered him behind a cabinet and made sure he stayed there until Mario arrived. Afterwards Mario did a walk through of our garage and house and gave us tips on products and things we could do to catch and prevent any more rodents. I spent over a month in discussion with unmotivated Bee Keepers over a hive established in my yard's block wall. I did NOT want to exterminate the bees but was forced to accept it as the only means to protecting my grandchildren, who were due to arrive within days. I had Dewey and Terminex before a workmate recommended Mario at Bug Patrol. I still had black widows and ants with the other companies. She gave a great referral, so I signed up. I never again saw a live spider or had ants in the house. It's not just the excellent pest control that I tell everyone about, it's also Mario. He is courteous, respectful and professional. He is very considerate of our animals and careful to avoid areas we designate as off-limits (wild bird nests, etc.). Can't say enough good things, recommend to everyone. So this year for some reason the bugs are out of control. I tried household products but they did not work all that well. Plus, I did want to be apply toxic chemicals and be exposed to it too much. Black widows, numerous spiders, pincer bugs, and other nasty lil creatures were things I saw crawling in the night. I just had enough and called around to find a good quote for pest control. A couple of places wanted a initial fee to start of around 150 -200 which seems overpriced and ridiculous. My parents get their business sprayed and I know they don't pay that much.So I called this company and it quoted $60 to start and & 60 every other month. Yeah sold. Save myself money the exterminator was outstanding. He cleaned my eves and and the webs under the outside benches. He sprayed all outside and inside. He was friendly and professional.
