The practices being followed during covid-19 make no sense to me this restaurant they provide you with one glove per person even though the door says gloves you do not have to change your glove or gloves if you ask for another they will give it to you but if your the only person changing your gloves every time it does no good the germs at your table while you're sitting with your mask off may be transferred too other places in the restaurant so every time you go up to eat you should make everyone change their gloves so it really does no good to use the same glove due to this I refuse to eat there many other buffets are doing this correctly new gloves each time to gloves not one I will not support a location now or after covid-19 I do not feel you should put my family or anyone else is at risk there are many other places to choose from in the area that do require you to change your gloves each and every time you go up this shows that the location is being very cheap and doesn't truly care about your health read more

This place is legit for what you'd expect at a Chinese-American spot. Lunch prices are generous, considering the huge selection. The sushi was below average, the desserts were meh, but the entrees and sides were excellent. Definitely planning to come back again, and would love to venture through the dinner selection. I had the pleasure to eat here for the first time a few weeks ago. After reading all the negative comments, I decided to post my own review. I loved all of it! The food was hot and although after the lunch rush, it was constantly being replenished. I didn't try the Mongolian because I was a little rushed. The variety of items will surely please everyone. I was greeted, shown to a table and our waitress was very attentive. Each time my friend and I came back to the table, the dishes had been cleared. Some of the negative reviews are usually posted when one small thing didn't go right, then fault is found in everything. Try it for yourself! They have the best sushi options compared to other buffets. They are friendly and rarely do I have to wait for a table. The food is always the right temperature and if something is out it is replaced in a short amount of time. The drinks are refilled in a timely manner as is the clearing of plates. Terrible food but half-decent service. The sushi was far from cold. I'd say above room temperature. Everything at the buffet was warm only because of the shining light above it. Any server I have ever encountered has been the nicest ever. They chat, laugh, tickle the babies, give you a heads up before a certain item you like comes out fresh, make sure to offer ice cream at the end, etc. The food is also the best of its type. When I got there, I was shown to my table almost immediately, but throughout the course of my meal I was taken care of (i.e. water refill, plates taken once done) by a completely different waitress. She was probably the best part of this meal. She was much more efficient than the actual waitress I had. They did have a very good array of food but by the time I got back to my table with my food (broccoli and chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and green beans) it was all either lukewarm or cold. The desserts were okay but the little cakes were dry, they didn't have much moisture to them, however I did love the sugar donuts. Those are my favorite part of any Chinese place. Would I go back? Ate here last night and still sick! My whole family was disappointed. Very loud music and we were seated next to a very loud family when the whole place was available. The restaurant had a wet and raw feel in the air...like eating below deck on a fishing boat...gross and uncomfortable. Food quality is horrible and everything dirty in this restaurant. We came for lunch, we were charged dinner buffet prices and our 10% coupon ended to be just a 5% discount with their creative accounting. Two of the five members of our party ended up in the hospital later with poisoning symptoms. This place used to be ok a few months ago but now is one of the worst restaurants. If there are a six or even a seven star, I would rate this restaurant an even higher star. I enjoyed myself these couple times, high quality buffet seafood, sushi, duck, mongolion grill, chinese food. I love the selections. My favorite are the sushi, duck, and fried oysters. I also had some of the steamed blue crabs. They were definitely Jimmys. Most chinese buffets use small meatless, bland old crabs, they offer the best. always filled and hot. My mom, sister snd I were in Hampton and wanted to try a new buffet style place. We happen to drive by and see this restaurant. It was in a shopping center off of Mecury Blvd. The buffet food was decent but what I liked most was that they had blue crabs. I spent most of the time eating those. Overall good place. read more

My experience with the restaurant was great. It's very friendly, but very busy. The food was good, the prices were good, the staff was good as well. There was a large variety of food and drinks to choose from. But because it is very hot outside, I was hoping to dine in and relax from the heat outside, unfortunately, from where I was I couldn't feel the AC.
