We stopped here for the first time for supper to try their poke. Trying to keep a healthy diet as we have both gained weight during this lockdown SOooo we're doing this together. I got the brown rice base with 3 proteins of shrimp, tofu and spicy tuna. Toppings were seaweed salad, Nori sesame , fish egg (such a small amount so not really worth it), Roasted seaweed and the sauce was 2 of the spicy poke. Hubby got brown rice with 2 proteins of tuna and spicy tuna with all of the toppings excluding avocado as that cost extra. He got 3 spicy poke sauces. His cost less than mine! Went here for a work-lunch. I ordered a poké bowl. It was very good, just wish the rice was a little stickier. I also ordered six wings, half garlic soy, half the same, but the spicy version. Some of my coworkers got together and we did a to go order for lunch. Although I didn't pick up the order my coworker said there were no delays. I chose the pick 3 bowl and did shrimp, salmon and tofu. Forewarning the tofu is served raw, I know me and another coworker had assumed it was done like some other poke bowl establishments in the area. All my ingredients were super fresh and I especially liked the mango I added. I chose the mango sauce and the house poke sauce - both were a great combination. The meal was very filling and all for around 20 bucks. Not bad since it was so filling and could've easily been split for two smaller meals... I ate it all though lol. Since it was a to go order I can't comment on the ambiance but in the future I'd like to dine inside so I could have a better more rounded review. Poke is fresh with good topping and sauce options, and it is prepared and packaged promptly and neatly in custom bags for food or drinks (clearly designed for the takeout/delivery crowd!) Ramen and broth are decent, although adding toppings adds up quickly. Bubble/jelly drinks are tasty and customizable with different levels of sugar or ice. Very good. Fun to add what you want. The bowl was loaded, they didn't skimp on anything! So it was awesome. The only thing is I wish it was, it very obvious that you need a screen to order and if you do have questions or want to pay in cash, you have to hope you get staffs attention to help you. But they are very friendly. Also one more thing. My poke bowl was warm. Meaning my sushi rice was still very warm which made my tuna, shrimp and salmon warm. We used to get the brown sugar boba but the sauce they use can be a little bitter so we switched to the honey. The poke bowls are always fresh and you get a good amount of food and toppings. The spicy tuna has a nice kick that adds great flavor. Overall it's a great spot for a quick bite. They can be busy at lunch and on the weekends so be patient. read more

My niece and I met for lunch Thursday. We both love sushi and she hadn't had poke before so I assured her she'd love it. This was my first visit to Domoishi. We were greeted when we entered and they have clear plexiglass around counters with cutouts to serve food. You order at a tablet kiosk with a big menu over the counter. I didn't notice any suggestions for bowls like Hawaiian or the like that includes a bunch of things. That is helpful to a novice. They have tofu, chicken and shrimp if you aren't into raw fish. They also have ramen. We got 2 bowls with crab rangoon. I had a Thai tea with boba and my niece had bottled water. They weren't super busy around 1pm. I really enjoyed our visit and it looks like they have something for everyone. Plenty of variety. It was clean and their is enough spacing, you aren't on top of each other. Other tables aren't noisy. I'd recommend trying it out. We dug right in so no pics this visit but I enjoyed leftovers for lunch the next day. read more

Let me begin by asking: When eating poke do you go for sauce or for the fresh fish? My boyfriend and I have been here multiple times and have had equally good experiences. Today I received a bowl drowning in sauce. I asked if it was possible to have a small bowl of rice on the side but I was told I'd have to pay additional for it. Beware the nickle and dime extras - chicken is upcharge, as is spice and also seafood. 2 bowls ramen wound up being $30 - and that's eating in, so no delivery costs. I personally think that's a little out of line. Couple that with the quality and you get the lowered star rating. Broth was meh; we had both the chicken and the pork tonkotsu bases, and broth was average at best. Truthfully, I think it tasted like a boxed broth with a little spice added.
