We ordered delivery. The food arrived hot and cooked perfectly. I was not a fan of the Shumai sauce, a bit too vinegary for me and they were slightly smaller than I'm used to. The Tonkostu is extremely flavorful and everything in the ramen was fresh. Spring rolls were pretty standard. Crispy and yummy. I always have to try fries any place I order from. I find myself going back to this place because it's that good. The portion is generous and the staff are friendly. They also serve other treats like boba tea and desserts. This place was on my list to try for awhile - I first noticed the Newport News location and then saw they opened a Hampton one which was much closer to me. I think it's always iffy trying poke places however we enjoyed the poke bowls we ordered! I ordered the Hawaii Sunset and my boyfriend ordered the Hawaii Classic. Both delicious and fresh. The Hawaii sunset did have a kick to it but the fruit (mango, orange, peach) was a nice sweet touch. We're looking forward to creating and customizing our bowls next time! Poke is hard to come by, for me at least, so I was eager to give this place a go. It did not disappoint, the ingredients tasted very fresh. Ordering the Spicy Ahi poke and a medium poke milk tea ran me about twenty dollars, a bit more than I was planning to spend on lunch but after eating I realized just how much I had gotten in both quality AND quantity. The bubble tea was refreshing and really cold which was great. The service was average and the ambiance felt both minimal, because of the lack of seating arrangements, and chaotic with LED lighting that would make any TikTok influencer shiver with envy. But I do realize this place is mostly take out so no need to invest in too much seating. Instead bright colorful lights help to get customer attention. Admittedly it worked for me. read more

Almost ordered from here but the employees were not masked despite all of their signage requesting customers wear one. Asked them why they weren't wearing masks, his response was it is because they are in the box. If you're ever been there they have built a plastic wall between themselves and customers. read more

This place is soooo good! It was my first time visiting and they didn't disappoint. Super strict with the COVID precautions but it was still easy to order and I got my food quickly. Only issue: there are only two of these locations, Newport News and Hampton and the stamp rewards cards you use at one you can't use at the other and that makes zero sense? If they're owned and operated by the same people, serve the same food, why do I have to drive 20 mins to Newport News to continue collecting stamps for a free side (5 stamps) or a free bowl (10 stamps) when I live right next to the Hampton location...? The rewards on the card aren't different and there isn't an expiration date on them either. The last time I went to the location in Hampton (with my fancy Newport News stamps smdh) the staff acted as if they didn't want to honor the five stamps? It was okay. I got this for some to-go dinner for a few people. The selection was good, but my salmon quality was poor. It was completely made of the dark part of the salmon meat, so it tasted funny. We've ordered from this place several times since it opened and the experience has been great. We feel safe ordering from here as the food area appears hermetically sealed, and the staff are always wearing their masks properly when we've gone in for pickup. (Covering the nose! These guys got the memo!). Sadly there are other places we have stopped ordering from because we can see staff without masks inside, but these guys have done a great job from the start. I was in a rush and ordered my food on the way to work, got there exactly when the app said it would be ready and I didn't have to wait for my food, which I appreciated. I was greeted with a warm smile. They have great COVID protocols in place as well I I ordered the create your own poke bowl and a honey boba tea. Now let's get into the poke first: I had never had it before, always wanted to try it, but I'm familiar with eating raw seafood as I love sushi. So I ordered it with the salmon and shrimp, with sweet soy and edamame, cucumber, corn, seaweed, with mango, avocado and spring mix. This was easily one of the best fresh meals I've EVER had. The sweet soy gave it a salty but sweet taste which was enhanced with the mango and seaweed. I could tell the seafood was fresh, the salmon was beautiful and bright with the perfect texture. Shrimp was perfectly cooked. The veggies also were very fresh and added a great crunch. I had only had boba tea once before ordering from here and i hated it.... I'm glad I gave it another chance at this restaurant. The honey milk tea was delicious; you could tell they use strong quality tea leaves because the tea taste was not overpowered by the milk and honey and as someone who loves the taste of tea more than plain milk I was pleasantly surprised. Since I'm a beginner to both poke and boba tea, I can't tell you if it's close to the "real thing" or not. I can't tell you if it tastes like it was supposed to. What I CAN tell you is, I'm glad I tried these items from THIS spot. And I hope that this is the standard for the real thing, and if it is, for you guys that love poke and boba tea, and have never eaten here, YOU NEED TO!! In my eyes, the food along with their speediness and great customer service makes them the place to beat for a great poke and boba fix. Service horrible they were completely swamped and I stood there for about 10 minutes in line before I was even addressed then I was instructed to circle things on the menu when I literally only want a poke bowl with one protein no mix ins and sauce. I had awesome boba slushes here!! I had a taro slush with lychee boba and my partner had a strawberry milk slush with lychee boba. Both were really great. I can't wait to go back and try the poke bowls and ramen. The order process was a little confusing at first but I'm grateful for the contactless service. Basically you circle what you want on the menu, put it in this plastic door, someone grabs it and they charge you, and when your order is done they put it in the plastic door thing again.
