We frequent this restaurant as we live close by. My husband loves their teriyaki chicken however it's too sweet to my liking but everyone has different tastes. We have tried many things off the menu & they are all delicious. We love that they have BOGO specials on the food delivery apps. It's been a while since we been here and I remember the delicious meal we had so we have to stop. Thankfully it's still here.i love this place. It's always clean, airy and well lighted. Amazingly, Lily is in the register. She is always a great host. She greeted us right away like good friends. We ordered on their self order monitor. Our order came fast, hit and fresh. I was looking for a place to pick up some yummy boba after my kid's doctor appointments in the greenbrier area Well I found a place but I can't say it is as yummy as I hoped We got the dirty milk tea with pearl boba that one was on point We got the Oreo dirty milk tea my son loved it finished in record time We got the mango milkshake with boba It was all thick and syrupy not very frozen at all and way too sweet I myself I'm got the honey dew milkshake with milk cap. It was the right texture frozen and all but it had an odd mint aftertaste which threw me off So officially I have to say it's hit or miss on drinks But we also were feeling adventurous and tried the milk tea ice rice Which was basically sticky rice with smoothie added over it and various toppings like watermelon peanut and raisins but also popping boba and star jelly It was very interesting I think I will try it with coconut ice next time the milk tea was a bland flavor The staff smiled when I walked in but were not very talkative so service is ok I loved the dining area it was so spacious and they had board games to play would be a great spot to sit in and enjoy read more

If you are looking for fresh Poke or tasty Ramen stop and try it out. This was the second time here and again it was delicious and very fresh tasting. Wife got the Ramen with a spicy pork broth, wow very flavorful. I did the rainbow Poke bowl, it was loaded up and was very fresh. The place is a fancy sit down place, you order, then sit and they bring out your food. This is the former Molly Poke Ramen restaurant. Same exact spot, just new owners and posted new menu items. Boba tea and other milk teas. The selections are vast. This bowl is a "Make your own bowl " small size completely filled me up. I love the fresh selections. The restaurant has shower curtains to separate the customer pick up area from the preparation area. Servers wore plastic gloves to make the bowls. When ordering takeout, you order on a IPad. I did not see anyone come out and wipe the screen down ,but hand sanitizer is available . I devoured the entire bowl, even though I was fill it was just so good. You'll quickly realize Ouka Sora does a brisk take-out business. I built a poke bowl with truly tasty salmon, seaweed salad, furikake flakes, and perfectly cooked brown rice . If I could leave no stars I would. I just went here for the first time and all was going well until it wasn't. I ordered a chicken ramen bowl, trying something new, I was about 1/4 way into eating the bowl when I dug to to bottom of it trying to pull the seaweed up and mix everything together and pulled a very long black hair out of the bottom of the ramen all tangled up in the noodles and the other stuff in the ramen. When I approached the ladies working there, they told me they couldn't do anything about it because their boss wasn't there. Just very disappointed and disgusted with my experience there this evening. read more

Normally I don't write reviews but this one was well needed. The customer service was good, the cashier was very nice and helpful. I ordered a Dirty Sugar Black Milk Tea w/ boba. The tea was delicious! I almost drank all of it before pulling out the parking lot. The food tasted pretty decent, it wasn't the "BEST", but I had worse. Unfortunately, while eating my rice I noticed a burnt little piece of "rice". After isolating the rice and analyzing it a little more, I noticed it wasn't rice. It wasn't rice at all, instead it was a BUG! I felt so disgusted and realized, have I been eating worms the whole time. Food is good it's just that the Ramen is a dollar more than the price they list on their own in store menu. Pork Ramen says $11.99 on the Menu but rings up at $12.99, a bit unethical if you ask me. Maybe that's why the restaurant was empty. read more

Overall, this is a decent spot for various Japanese, Hawaiian and Korea fare. The ramen isn't anything special and lacks the taste of that 24 hour schedule one experiences in Japan. Having now tried the Ouka Sura miso and tonkatsu broth, I can say that I suspect they are mass produced concentrates. The noodles are decent, albeit mass produced as well. The biggest disappointment with the ramen was the pork. Way too dry. I had to soak the slices in the broth to moisten and eat them last once palatable. We also ordered a kids chicken and rice and it was a little disappointing too as the chicken was over cooked and chewy, but still somewhat flavorful. As for the Poke, this is Ouka Sura's strong point, everything seemed relatively fresh and tasty, and the presentation is appealing as well. My son also approved of the boba tea, so I'll credit them with that as well. I will like be back for the Poke and perhaps boba, but the other offerings aren't much of a draw. read more

I usually just get boba tea from this place, however on my lunch break I decided to give the sushi burrito a try! Shrimp tempura was brought out for my order it looked like it was sitting out the shrimp were very soggy and didn't taste fresh. I'm surprised this place doesn't have better reviews. I'm not from here but this place was good. I like that you order on a tablet when you enter and they keep it at a good distance away from the main counter where they make the food. The miso ramen with chicken katsu was good. They separated the katsu in a different bowl to keep it crispy. My kids loved the orange chicken with rice. It was like a orange bbq sauce and it was sweet. My husband ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl and said it was good! And finally the sushi we ate had crab meat and salmon with the mayo sriracha sauce and it was yummy.
