We went to this BW3 about 1 year ago and vowed not to return due to a bad experience. We gave them another chance tonight and were let down again! There was no one at the bar and only 3 tables had customers and only one person came in for take out. We had to wait about 25 minutes for a salad!! How long is the wait if you have a few more customers??? Food tasted ok. Our waiter was friendly but had a hard time understanding him. At the end he thanked us for our patience. We had a 7 people party and got sat right away. We ordered very quickly and got drinks pretty quickly. But after that it went way downhill, it took over an hour and a half to get our food. The food was all cold, all 7 meals were cold. One person got a side salad and it took the same amount of time as the rest of our meals. My boyfriend got a spicy chicken sandwich and when he bit into it was raw. Our server was high and the entire place smelt like weed. Service was horrible I mean horrible food took forever to get after we were told it would be 2 minutes the food took another 45 minutes then when we asked why it was taking so long they didnt even care what we were saying. They sent the manager to the table and he was awful he never said sorry was just giving us more reasons on why we should pay for it all why we should not be complaining about the food. When the wrap was cold and crunchy when it was a ranch chicken wrap. The tacos had sauce when i asked for no sauce, The chicken sandwich was cold and the chips and quac were awful, burnt and flavorless. The restaurant was empty no wonder why. Not to mention when we asked our server about some stuff on the bill she said thanks and walked away with the bill we tried to call her and she ignored us once again we call her she continued to walk away who does this what bad service so rude. On our last visit we had a little waitress who was polite but she took a long time servicing us, got the order wrong and we had to look for her a lot. Best part about that visit was the young man that greets you as you come in! He was very nice and helpful! On this next visit that same young man greeted us ! He suggested we have a seat at the bar because the tables were full and there was a small wait. My buddy called me to see if you wanted to meet at Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch because they had a 15-minute lunch guarantee. Being is that I was really really short on time I said it sounds good and I think I can make it. I bet him there in the place is about 25% occupied so I figured that it was going to go fast. When you get there and you order they give you this little tablet thing that has a timer on it and you are supposed to time from the minute the waitress takes your order until your food gets delivered. If it doesn't get delivered within 15 minutes of ordering than the meal is supposed to be free. Now I don't go into places looking for a free meal but I won't say no. Everything we ordered came off of there 15 minute lunch menu which generally was easy to prepare stuff. I had street tacos and fries and a Diet Pepsi. The other guys had the same thing. At the 17-minute Mark the waitress who was also our bartender came out and apologized and said the kitchen is really really backed up I'm not sure why they were backed up because nobody was there. So you supposed to let the timer run until your food gets there and we did and the final Mark was 22 minutes 21 seconds. The street tacos were wee tiny but we're actually pretty decent. Little heavy on the sauce. The fries were nothing remarkable or special. However I do have to say that my buddies got boneless wings and they were Thai spicy. I really enjoy spicy food but I grabbed one thinking it wasn't going to be spicy at all. How about 13 seconds later my face started to melt and I had to chug about 8 gallons of Diet Pepsi I don't know what was in it but it was delicious and I'm going to do that again. Overall I don't like going there except when I can have beer with my food I'm not sure I would go there again for lunch but getting a free lunch was actually kind of neat. The worst service ever ! We got there at 12:30pm and ordered are food right away ! We waited , and waited, and watched everyone get there food that came in after us ! My husband went to ask the server where are food was , and the cook came out and said they were really busy and he apologized ! Which was nice but the place was empty ! It has been many many moons since I have stepped foot in a BW3. Place was big, modern and so many freaking big screen TVs. I went to order wings and was told you can not get extra crispy on wing night. Well I know the barkeep did not make the rules but who the hell says you can not get wings crispy, I mean how stupid is that. If they come out soggy then they will get sent back. Anywho, I was with friends so I did not stage a walk out. I ordered the smallest order which is 5, wing night means they give 5 "free". Meh. The fowl arrived approximately 10 minutes later. The bird was pretty good. I was really surprised, the wings were large, fairly crispy and had the right amount of sauce. Notables were: Thai curry, jerk, wild, hot and blazing. We highly recommend this BW3 over any other solely based on our incredible service we had from Ryan! The building is super clean & everything looks very new! Me and my mom are servers, we just left bw3. Wors t service ever. We were the only 2 in the whole restaurant. We realize covid but, 4 servers plus manager standing around, took 40 minutes for our food, waited with our drinks empty for a refill. One other person came to the bar amd wasn't even acknowledged for at least 10 minutes. The servers were sitting at one table and the manager was just walking around. There is no excuse for that. Ugh.... so.... my husband are BWW fans for quite some time... it was one of the few halfway decent places in Michigan (we lived in rural). So.... from the food standpoint their wings and wind sauces are good... burgers are ok as well as the rest. So.... it looks like they have stepped up their game on burgers (which is why it is not a 1). They have changed to no frozen burgers and man you can tell. This location unfortunately has the worst, slowest service. We had a horrendous experience in the winter where it took over 2 hours to get food (30 minutes to get a server). I reported this incident (there was multiple issues including a random guy in jeans telling us last call for food before we got food). So, we had some gift cards to use so we gave it a second chance. On the good note we were able to take our order in a reasonable amount of time.... but after that.... we waited forever for our food. Also, when 2 people order sandwiches and a side of wings... the wings are an app and we want those first.... but anyways... all our food came up together and when the server brought our food she said the fated word "the plates are hot".... working in a kitchen, that is code for (I left your food under the heat lamp and your plate is warm but your food is cold)... and sure enough.... our food was cold..... yeah.... food is good, service is horrible..... read more

Wow has Bdubs gone downhill over the years. Our one and only time, took 15 min for our waiter to finally take our drinker order. Food came out normal time, was hot, but the what they call a "wing" is actually disturbing. A boneless the size of a dime (no joke) they considered a wing. After food was dropped off, didn't see our server (who was nice, just busy i guess) for the rest of the night. We had to put all the cash i had on me on table and leave due to sitting there for 40 minutes waiting for our check. Never in my life had to do that. Truly think they forgot about us, because we didn't see the server even on the floor for a good 30-40 minutes. Just sucks what bdubs has become... esp with prices, $14 for 10 boneless wings on non boneless day is actual robbery. I have been going to B Dubs for years. I used to frequent the location across from the Great Lakes Mall back in my 20's. Back then, the menu was limited and I'd always order the same thing: buffalitos and pepperoni pockets. Here we are 15 years later and it's nice to see this franchise doing everything right. They've kept their signature items on the menu and have added many more options. This location is going to be my new "go-to" place for watching all of the sporting events. We stopped in for lunch when it first opened and the place was packed! However, there's ample seating and a friendly wait staff to keep things moving along. If you're in a cocktail mood, try the Buffalo Zoo. It's quite tasty and packs a punch! The draft beer prices are reasonable and still served in their signature tall glasses. Food wise, you can't go wrong. Personally, I'm a buffalito fan with hot barbecue. I also love trying their different wing flavors and the new ones they release on a regular basis. After trying to go to Red Robin and not wanting to wait the 40-minutes to get a table, we went here as it was located in the same area. We were seated immediately and greeted by our friendly server. We placed our drink orders and upon returning with them, she said she'd be right back with my friend's Blue Moon. We placed our orders and after she submitted them, she began to take care of another table behind us. In doing so, as she walked away she said she 'd be right back with my friend's Blue Moon. Several minutes later, his beer arrived. Our food arrived and I must say I was pleasantly surprised as the burger I ordered was pretty damn tasty. It was the All-American burger (added bacon) which consists of double patty, sea salt, course black pepper, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle and mustard. Having always ordered wings on my prior visits, this was a nice surprise. I had the tater tots instead of fries which were good and crunchy which is why I get them. I am nearly speechless after the experience I just had visiting your Willoughby, Ohio location with my five year old son. I walked in and no one spoke to me for 15 minutes. I was then told it would be a five minute wait. About 10 minutes later I was told he's cleaning up the booth and would be ready in a second. Then someone named Bren came out and told me it would be a 20 minute wait and the other person didn't know what he was talking about. I asked for an explanation for why they couldn't have told me that when I walked in. She told me if I didn't like it I could leave and eat at another restaurant. I asked to speak to the manager. Stopped in this location after a movie on a late Sunday evening. The restaurant was just pretty much empty. We sat at the bar where the bartender Rosa greeted us and took our orders. The first two drafts I ordered both had tapped kegs but I was able to get a couple of free beers, but it took almost 15 mins per beer. Despite the empty-ish restaurant, our food still took 25+ mins. All we had was nachos, a snack sized boneless and an order of potatoe wedges. The bartender and servers cleared dirty glasses and made new drinks without washing their hands! The manager walked around and that was it . We visited on a Saturday night after learning of a 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait at Red Robin. Our waitress greeted us promptly and brought our drinks quickly. Our orders arrived quickly and we were all pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed our food. One in my party had quesadillas and two of us had shredded chicken wraps. All of us exclaimed we really like the chicken shredded. Everything was very fresh. Fries were served with the wraps but I think next time I would order a different side; they are not my preference and are thin cut and crispy. The only downfall of our visit was the volume of a TV blasting. We realize BW3 is a sports bar but there were no Cleveland sports on and the volume was so loud it was hard to hear conversation. We will be back...and hopefully the volume will be lower. read more

We go here to watch our Tampa Bay Bucs play football since their games are rarely aired here in Ohio. They always put our game on the TV we ask for. The only issue is that the bartender really needs either another bartender or a helper. She was behind on drinks for her bar patrons having to get drinks for the entire waitstaff too. The Manager needs to learn to staff better. Or give Chelsea our bartender a few extra bucks to work alone. We typically tip at least 20% but only gave her 12%. She was okay but could have handled being behind much better. And by that I mean through conversation with her people at the bar so they could understand. And not by negative talk but positive towards the establishment. I heard an emoyee state hey don't trust the kitchen... And several other patrons also heard and commented.
