Friendly staff and tasty food while watching sports. The menu is easy to read and pick from while service is also fast. If you do not mind eating in the bar area you can skip the hostess stand. The bar area has high top and low top tables and seating at the bar. There are plenty of TVs for sports and the staff is accommodating if you need something. Would definitely come back to watch sports and eat wings. read more

I have been here several times before and know to expect slow service but today was so bad we've decided not to go back. It took at least 5 minutes to be greeted even though there was maybe 5 tables in the whole restaurant and our server was standing a couple feet from us. We ordered immediately and our boneless wings took 20 minutes to come out. Meanwhile we watched it SIT under the warmer for 10 minutes. By the time it got to us it was dry. No apology or care from the server. Overall awful experience. This restaurant really needs to work on their service. Also would like to add we're surrounded by dirty tables every time we go and have even been sat at a dirty table before. Not sure why there are so many employees standing around when there are issues like this. read more

This place is a disaster from the moment we walked in. Guests lined up waiting for a hostess while 4 servers are standing around talking amongst themselves. Got to the table & had to request someone to bus it. Then had to ask the server to wipe the table down. The server was having a bad day with the attitude she was throwing. We promptly left without ordering. Someone from management needs to attend & fix to this location. read more

We don't go here much for a reason. Football was on and my wife wanted wings. So thankful that Wing Stop opens at the end of the month. Anyway, nachos and cheese: watery onion flavored cheese sauce, had to pick out all the burnt chips. Onion rings tasted fine but were greasy. Several missing wing sauces. Burnt graveyard boneless wings. The mini burgers were the best of what we got but really very satisfactory. We probably haven't ordered from here in over a year, but we wanted to see if it got better. I think it got worse. Not all BBW's are bad, it's just this location. read more

We ordered $74 worth of food born illness. My wife got fever chills vomiting and cramps from boneless wings and a smash burger that was so burnt it looked like a flip flop.i just got cramps i didn't eat aoli on my flip flop..never again read more

The food was great! I ordered 15 wings and they were very tasty, service was amazing. Very polite workers and hospitality. The only thing I didn't like was that I got 3 blue cheeses and it would look better if I got 4 in the picture read more

Gavin the server was amazing and this review is not at all in association with his service. Horrible management practices that results in poor service. A small party coming in great than 5 minutes after we were seated said they were in a rush, the manager, Jen, immediately pulled our server away from our table to inform he needed to "tend to them immediately" because they were "late" to something. Our server was extremely respectful and is now in a horrible position where he is going to seem inattentive to other tables. Their food came out before ours and we had a longer wait for our food. Our server made multiple runs for the demanding table. Horrible way to handle this situation on Jen's part especially given Gavin was the only server between multiple tables. Food was good but will not come back because of the lack of respect from management to staff. read more

Food is great when ordered by DoorDash. The wings and cheese burger were amazing. Will be back soon!!

I strolled in expecting a feast fit for an ogre princess, but instead found myself waiting longer than it took Shrek to rescue me from my tower. Not a soul at the host stand, yet three workers stood about chatting like the Fairy Godmother's gossip circle. We took matters into our own ogre hands and found a table ourselves, only to discover it was dirtier than my swamp after a storm I asked for it to be cleaned, and the lone server (who was also bussing) acted as if I had asked her to slay a dragon. With an attitude sharper than a knight's sword and a dining room more understaffed than Lord Farquaad's army, we decided to make a swift escape. Even the Big Bad Wolf wouldn't lounge here. Management better fix this, or don't be surprised when this establishment gets banished from Far Far Away. Permanently. read more

Loud, slightly chaotic, and the service can be meh--but grilled tenders, fries, and B-Dubs sauce save the day. Don't hate it.

Service was so bad, my table had to get our own refills. Also our waiter was just standing around talking to other servers, not attending our table. It also took about 30 minutes to get a check. read more

horrible place for togo. I have done this a few times but if you order anything but one item its alll messed up. I get a salad the crispy chicken bufflo salad and the never send the dressing i PAY for or they forget it completely. This is the worst bww i have ordered from and their is no way they are as busy as the locations ive ordered from. I am done with this place. read more

The food has always been so amazing! I had an extremely bad experience with the service in the past, but after I wrote that review, everytime I returned I've had a wonderful time! Waited at the hostess stand for almost 5 minutes until someone came to acknowledge us in which we ended up seating ourselves on the pub side. It appeared the establishment was short staffed. It took 45 minutes for our ultimate nachos and half the chips were burnt. The worst part of the experience is lack of customer service in its entirety. Every table who pays their check around us has dirty tray/plates piled high. How customer service has changed. No one cares to remove your dirty dishes away. To top it all off, as soon as our meal came she asked if we were ready for the check. Sad how times have changed. I grew up in the restaurant business and people come out to enjoy not only food but hospitality service. And despite the horrible experience we still left 18% even though it wasn't earned. read more

Ate here last night and it was bad from the start- host was clearly not in a good mood. Took about 15 minutes for my 4 year old and I to get service. Food was just okay. We waited for another 20 minutes before our server checked on us. When we asked for water and more ketchup (both were empty) he took another 5 minutes and I saw him standing around in between. I'm not sure if we were supposed to order via the QR code but I hadn't been there in about 15 years. I had a gift card which is the only reason I went (well, and pregnancy cravings lol). Definitely won't be back, would rather support a local restaurant. The whole place needs a deep clean and employees who care and take pride in their work, even a little bit, and even if they don't want to be there. read more

A group of friends and I went here and got bad service. The server Joshua was extremely rude from the start and made it obvious he didn't want us there. When recieving the food the waitress was rude with handing out the food. At the end of the night when we were receiving boxes he threw one at a girl who didn't know he was there. Extremely rude to us even though we came there with positive attitudes and willing to tip. Food was pretty good. Overall could've been a better experience if the servers were nicer to us and tended better to our needs ( drinks and etc). read more

So, Buffalo Wild Wings actually has really great wings! I don't know about other locations, but our local branch here in Westminster, MD is clean, has an attentive cheerful staff & serves some pretty decent grub! The bar & restaurant in general, gets packed around Happy Hour, which is great for meeting friends. I typically like to come a little earlier, when it's not so busy, and get a good juicy burger before the crowd gets here. Wings are a little on the pricey side, but well worth it. ($8.79 for about 6, ranging to $19.99 for a larger portion of about 24.) I highly recommend this place, if a $11 burger doesn't scare you, because it's fresh & tasty! read more

The food was good. They were busy. I've been here many, many times previously. A few comments. They were. Yay as it was a buy one get one wing Tuesday, so our wait for food was close to an hour - a little long!? The only other comment is that when my wife and I ordered, I think the masks made our server misunderstand us. We ordered 14 wings, expecting 30 total. When our food was delivered, we each received 30 wings. I love BWW, but maybe not that much. In all, good food and ambiance. Very clean given the crowd and traffic. read more

Love the bar staff there! Food always comes out quickly and it's typically busy but we've never had to wait to sit!

Overall bad service. Food is normal BWW, but every time we go service is just dreadful.

Placed a delivery order and received a burger that was burnt and not edible. Called the restaurant and emailed the corporate office and was told to take it up with the delivery service. Not sure why because the delivery service has nothing to do with the preparation of the food. read more

The staff is horrible and unfriendly. The food has turned to trash. Ordered 2 chicken wraps and a salad to go, they said it would be 15 minutes, showed up 20 minutes later. Ended up waiting 45 minutes for the food. The wraps had very little chicken with a lot of lettuce. Tried to eat the wraps, but they were terrible, threw them in the trash, and made dinner from something at the house. Will not be eating there anymore, don't waste your time or money. 5 THUMBS DOWN read more

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings last night 7/7/2022. The place wasn't packed but the waitress was great but getting our food from the kitchen was horrible. We got orders at different times, my young daughter waited a half an hour to get 12 boneless wings. We had a party of 9. And when we got our orders wings was really bad and onion rings were greasy. We had a not so good night. I live in Westminster but I don't think I will be back. read more

Then told we cold get a refund from Mike so stopped back the next night no one new anything about no refund and Mikes at the football game. read more

5 stars for customer service from the manager, Devin. I had a minuscule issue with my online order and when I called, I was put through to Devin. Awful service, waited 45 minutes for an order put in the day before and still had to get a refund for the food that they never started. It's not worth the poor quality of food and expensive prices. The manager on duty at 3:00 on January 28th was rude and unhelpful. read more

Went Sunday night with extended family (10 people) for dinner and watch NFL playoffs. This location has declined to the point we will probably not return. Service has gone from average for a typical sports bar to horrible. After sitting without anyone approaching us for a while we went to find a server to help us. The food came out at various times, with over 15 minutes between the first and last person. The bar had several empty taps, even bigger brands like Blue Moon. And the kicker was no ice. The bar had ice but the servers were not allowed to use it for soda, water, etc. Seriously...walk next door and buy some bags of ice at the grocery store. The area manager for the franchise needs to step in or this location will be another failed restaurant. read more

We will not be returning. The second bad experience in a row. This time we were seated and ignored by the staff for 15 minutes. We had to flag someone down just to place our drink order. Funny thing we were told that they were a server short but several people just standing around not working. We ordered a beer and that took an additional 10 minutes to arrive. When we did get tour food after a lengthy wait, my order was not correct. Wrong sauce and I asked for no tomatoes on the wrap. Pretty simple but obviously not. They were going to remove the meal from our bill but that did not happen as well. We paid and left for the last time. There are several good local restaurants in the area that I will support from now on. They appreciate the customer and treat them properly. read more
