We took matters into our own ogre hands and found a table ourselves, only to discover it was dirtier than my swamp after a storm I asked for it to be cleaned, and the lone server (who was also bussing) acted as if I had asked her to slay a dragon. Waited at the hostess stand for almost 5 minutes until someone came to acknowledge us in which we ended up seating ourselves on the pub side. It appeared the establishment was short staffed. It took 45 minutes for our ultimate nachos and half the chips were burnt. The worst part of the experience is lack of customer service in its entirety. Every table who pays their check around us has dirty tray/plates piled high. How customer service has changed. No one cares to remove your dirty dishes away. To top it all off, as soon as our meal came she asked if we were ready for the check. Sad how times have changed. The food has always been so amazing! I had an extremely bad experience with the service in the past, but after I wrote that review, everytime I returned I've had a wonderful time! Ate here last night and it was bad from the start- host was clearly not in a good mood. Took about 15 minutes for my 4 year old and I to get service. Food was just okay. We waited for another 20 minutes before our server checked on us. When we asked for water and more ketchup (both were empty) he took another 5 minutes and I saw him standing around in between. I'm not sure if we were supposed to order via the QR code but I hadn't been there in about 15 years. I had a gift card which is the only reason I went (well, and pregnancy cravings lol). Definitely won't be back, would rather support a local restaurant. A group of friends and I went here and got bad service. The server Joshua was extremely rude from the start and made it obvious he didn't want us there. When recieving the food the waitress was rude with handing out the food. At the end of the night when we were receiving boxes he threw one at a girl who didn't know he was there. Extremely rude to us even though we came there with positive attitudes and willing to tip. Food was pretty good. Overall could've been a better experience if the servers were nicer to us and tended better to our needs ( drinks and etc). read more

So, Buffalo Wild Wings actually has really great wings! I don't know about other locations, but our local branch here in Westminster, MD is clean, has an attentive cheerful staff & serves some pretty decent grub! The bar & restaurant in general, gets packed around Happy Hour, which is great for meeting friends. I typically like to come a little earlier, when it's not so busy, and get a good juicy burger before the crowd gets here. Wings are a little on the pricey side, but well worth it. ($8.79 for about 6, ranging to $19.99 for a larger portion of about 24.) I highly recommend this place, if a $11 burger doesn't scare you, because it's fresh & tasty! read more

The food was good. They were busy. I've been here many, many times previously. A few comments. They were. Yay as it was a buy one get one wing Tuesday, so our wait for food was close to an hour - a little long!? The only other comment is that when my wife and I ordered, I think the masks made our server misunderstand us. We ordered 14 wings, expecting 30 total. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings last night 7/7/2022. The place wasn't packed but the waitress was great but getting our food from the kitchen was horrible. We got orders at different times, my young daughter waited a half an hour to get 12 boneless wings. We had a party of 9. And when we got our orders wings was really bad and onion rings were greasy. We had a not so good night. I live in Westminster but I don't think I will be back. read more

Went Sunday night with extended family (10 people) for dinner and watch NFL playoffs. This location has declined to the point we will probably not return. Service has gone from average for a typical sports bar to horrible. After sitting without anyone approaching us for a while we went to find a server to help us. The food came out at various times, with over 15 minutes between the first and last person. The bar had several empty taps, even bigger brands like Blue Moon. And the kicker was no ice. The bar had ice but the servers were not allowed to use it for soda, water, etc. Seriously...walk next door and buy some bags of ice at the grocery store. The area manager for the franchise needs to step in or this location will be another failed restaurant. read more

Friendly staff and tasty food while watching sports. The menu is easy to read and pick from while service is also fast. If you do not mind eating in the bar area you can skip the hostess stand. The bar area has high top and low top tables and seating at the bar. There are plenty of TVs for sports and the staff is accommodating if you need something. We will not be returning. The second bad experience in a row. This time we were seated and ignored by the staff for 15 minutes. We had to flag someone down just to place our drink order. Funny thing we were told that they were a server short but several people just standing around not working. We ordered a beer and that took an additional 10 minutes to arrive. Dallas was our server tonight and she did an amazing job she had good energy and she was attentive. Unfortunately even a great server can't save the downfall of terrible kitchen. Worst place I've ever been, if I could leave 1 star I would. We came in (4 guys) after a round of golf. Took 15 minutes to get out waters, then another ten to get our beers. Ordered nachos with chicken and it came out without chicken, no big deal, we told the server (assuming it would be remade) and then 20 minutes later we get a microwaved bowl of chicken that looked like cat nip. Mind you the nachos had been cold as ice by that point. Rest of the food didn't come out for another 30 minutes and when it did it was wrong. They didn't even take the nachos off the bill. I get the food (Traditional and Boneless combo) and checked and they had put the wrong flavors and the fries were cold asf as well as the wings. They didn't even bother to put veggie sticks.
