The food is what it is, but these girls are not motivated at all. This falls on the shoulders of their manager. Hey manager, put some life into this establishment. These young ladies are walking around like zombies.

Being a Buffalonian I don't really come to Wild Wings all that often. I can't remember the last time I ate at a location. There are a million local spots in Buffalo so I can't justify it. Friday night I met up with some friends who live in Webster and we ended up here. I was pleasantly surprised. We sat at a high top in the bar area, so our waiter was actually the bartender, Dan. He was so great! Personable, attentive, etc and very friendly. He brought multiple refills and extra sauces and was very nice. We all got these combo platters that were approx 14$ and came with a really good amount of food- boneless wings, onion rings, loaded nachos and mozzarella sticks. I got my wings medium which was a little hotter than expected. The food was hot and good and filling. I also forget that they have trivia here while you dine, and though I didn't actively play it was nice to watch along while we chatted.

Terrible service and overpriced microwaved food. Our waitress was extremely rude, we barely saw her. Don't bother spending your money here.

The waiters here and service has always been exemplary for me here. Great place to watch the fights and unwind after a hard week.

The service wasn't great they took a long time to serve our table and they wouldn't honor a birthday coupon for a free snack size of wings

Pretzel pillows were deep fried and tasty, beer cheese looked like it was going to be lumpy and cold but it was surprisingly very good. I would have liked a mustard sauce of some type as well. I might line the bowl with something that absorbs instead of the wax paper. I had to blot several pretzels on my napkin. Stuffed pepper soup tasted great but there was not one drop of broth. It was more like a scoop of tomato rice that could be eaten with a fork. I did like it though. Husband got 10 wings and appreciated the availability to split into 2 flavors. He ordered the "make it a plate with mac salad and fries" but the wings came out solo. When I reminded the waitress they were missing she immediately went to correct that but it still took about 15 minutes to come out. She comped us a Coke for the wait which was sweet but not necessary. Fries were unique, like steak fries but thinner and less mealy. They were almost roughed up or lightly breadcrumbed. We liked. Big disappointment in the mac salad. It tasted like a gluten free option and weirdly crumbled as I chewed. I almost spit it out. Very strange. I'm not sure if I'd go back.

Many restaurants in town had long waits, so I was pleasantly surprised when we were able to walk right in... until I realized the place was nearly empty. There were two men playing pool and a couple of people sitting at the bar, and everyone seemed surprised to see us walk through the door. Our server was friendly and told us to sit anywhere. When I asked why it was so quiet, she explained it was the slow season. We looked over the menus and tried ordering chips and guacamole--only to learn they were out of guacamole. Next, we tried mozzarella sticks--also unavailable. As we looked for a third option, my son asked if their chicken wings used a dry rub. The server said she'd check with the cook... and went over to ask one of the guys playing pool. She returned to tell us he was not only the cook but also "a very good pool player." We then noticed no one in the restaurant had food in front of them, the air had a dingy smell, and the whole atmosphere felt off. At that point, we decided not to stay. Back in the car, I checked Yelp again and realized most of the glowing reviews were from five years ago. This might have been a great spot in the past, but based on our experience, it seems it's no longer the vibrant local hangout it once was. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

You order and pay, they hand you a buzzer. When the buzzer goes off you go to the kitchen window to pick up your food. The bar has just about everything you could ask for, including local wines and brews. I just went with a soft drink, my only complaint was they served Pepsi products which I am not particularly fond of, but at least they had Dew. You have to find your own table indoor and outdoor seating. But getting back to the food. Simply put, some of the best sausage and ribs I've ever had. The brisket was very tasty, but a bit more fatty than I'd like to see. Also, I did not see burnt ends on the menu, which is it my go to. The place is clean and the staff are quick to clean tables as soon as customers leave. Overall a very good experience with high quality food. Prices are reasonable to other BBQ places in the area. I definitely plan to go back next time in the area!

Food was good (not the best I have had in New York) Cons. I absolutely hated that I waited in line just to order for 30 mins. Then I found a table just to wait at least another 45 for my food. I have never waited this long for BBQ. You serve your self to get your drink and bbq sauce since they don't add any sauce or put any out on the table like most bbq places. This day they only had one sauce out. The honey mustard. Both the original and the hot bbq sauce were empty. I told the bartender and still nothing. This was a big disappointment to me. This place is a one and done for me. I don't feel I need to go back.

This is my take on Blvd Grill (a.k.a., "The Boulevard") after having visited just once on Jan 4,…read more2026. My wife and I were looking for some place to go close by on Sunday evening. We thought we'd give Blvd Grill a shot. I would categorize Blvd Grill as a sports bar, as there was a row of TVs above and around the bar showing the games of local interest (Jets and Bills games). My wife and I aren't big sports fans, and we sat at a small casual table along the wall for dinner. The bar area, including high top tables was very busy with people obviously enjoying themselves, but there were plenty of available small dining tables for 2-6 people. TL;DR We were pleasantly surprised. In spite of the casual appearance, the food and drink were excellent. My wife ordered a glass of Riesling, which was semi-dry (I would actually peg right in the middle between dry and sweet) and was very smooth without that slight bite some Rieslings can have. I ordered a Blue Moon on tap. They had a small number of basic and IPA brews available. Not a large, but a reasonable selection. For dinner my wife ordered the Chicken French, which is one of her favorite dishes. She cooks this dish herself frequently, and is quite critical of how this dish is prepared when we go out. In this case, she was very pleased with it. I ordered a pesto cod dish that was on the menu. I found the cod tender and the dish overall very tasty without being overdone in flavor or cooking. As others have mentioned, the food isn't cheap, although on this particular night they were selling wings at $1/ea, but we didn't order wings. The main courses were in the $20-$30 range. Honestly, though, we've eaten at some higher end restaurants recently and Blvd Grill had them beat in terms of food quality in this case. The service was good. Our waitress was a young lady who was courteous and efficient. Maybe the food and service quality vary depending on the day or night, but based on our single experience, we'd definitely visit Blvd Grill again.
