I had to yell across the restaurant to get the attention of the bartender/server to give us our check after waiting ten (10) minutes for a glass of water for my friend. The food is the same regardless of which of these Buffalo wild wings you go to, but the service at this location is sub par. The saddest part of the terrible service, is that the place has never been busy, and the wait staff was not short staffed. My wife and I live close to the Webster Wild Wings and regularly had been ordering wings. However we will never return to this location, the manager Dave McDeviti is toxic and total lacking people skills. The restaurant made a mistake with the wing sauce on one of our orders of wings (we ordered Mango Habanero and received something slightly smokey), the box was marked correctly but the sauce was wrong. My problem is not with this mistake it is how the manager David McDeviti treated my wife and I. He was extremely disrespectful to my wife and refused to even open the box, instead he said the says Mango Habanero, so its correct and proceed to throw the wings in the trash. My wife left in tears, when I when to talk to the Manger (David McDeviti) he was just as arrogant and dismissive of me, to the point of demanding I leave the premise. With this type of service and not willing to work with a regular customer, this Franchise location will not last! read more

Have popped in here a few times over the last year and each visit has been consistent. I'm not sure if it's where it's locsted in the plaza but there hasn't been a wait to bE seated in the times weve gone with is nice. As for the food it's been good each time I've gone and above average for a chain restaurant. I had quesadillas and fries this time around and they were both very good. The Caribbean jerk sauce is super tasty and I get it each time we go. Beer list is very "chainy" but they do have some local options sprinkled iN there, although they had a southern tier ipa listed but were no longer offering it. Service was extremely slow. We visited at 12:15 on a Friday afternoon, there was maybe 4 other tables in there, with plenty of servers. It took a very long time to place our order, and then even longer to get our meals even though we ordered from the B-dubs lunch break meals guaranteed in 15 minutes or free. I was pleasantly surprised by my great experience! BWW is notorious for poor service but we were seated right away and got out drinks within minutes! I had an appletini which was pretty good considering everyone makes it a bit different. Our appetizers came out within 15min or so of us being seated and were delicious! She happened to be drunk and was drinking while at work. She had a table of her friends there. Told the manager and he did nothing. She was giving the finger and swearing. Came here recently on a Tuesday Wing night (BOGO). got there early enough, around 4p. Restaurant was not even close to being full at 50% coovid capacity. put in our order and the food came out rather quickly. love the wings and the various sauces. one in our party also had a burger which was really really good!! our server did not bring out the alcoholic drink we ordered and we had to ask another server to do so. our server really did not check up on us as often as we'd like - we needed more drink refills, napkins, at various times. again, the restaurant was not even at 50% full covid capacity. not sure why the slow service. however, we love BWW wings, the sauce, the fries, even the desserts are good!! would go back - hoping for better service next time. read more

Their food is very good - salt and vinegar wings are something I never knew I needed in my life. I need them in my life. HOWEVER. Service is hit or miss. Last time I went with my fiancé, the server actually tried to hit on me. While I was sitting across from my FIANCÉ. The man I am engaged to. That I am clearly here with on a date. We brushed it off as much as we could, but then our server brought back two separate checks for us. He didn't ask if we wanted separate checks, he just gave them to us. I was rather offended at this, as was my fiancé. It was incredibly disrespectful. Up until that time, we had nothing but five star service. One time the manager even said that she sent our food back to get re-made because someone had left it out in the kitchen too long. Went to the Webster, NY location on 8/22 to grab lunch and it was an absolute horrible experience. The hostess literally was so clueless, she tried to seat us at a table that clearly had not been cleaned off then asked if we wanted it wiped down. Why wouldn't we? It was disgusting, crumbs all over the seats and table with dried drink residue on it. Then asked what chairs we wanted to sit in and only wiped off those. So there we sat and NO ONE came over. People who came in after and sat nearest to the bar were helped instantly by the bartender. Then a server walked past us several times and didn't even look at us once or even acknowledge us. That same server seen her boyfriend come in and went right over and chatted with him and got a coffee from him. Extremely garbage way to treat customers who are trying to eat at your restaurant. I want to share our experience with this new place. In an hour of our being there we had three different servers. It was so loud that the waitress had to ask several time to repeat our orders. My wife and I went there today and had a good experience. The wings were crispy and the sauce was perfect. Our waitress was attentive and got us refills very prompt. The food was terrible. I ordered the tacos and my wife ordered the Mac and cheese with buffalo chicken boneless wings. The chicken in the tacos was covered with some sort of rub that made the chicken feel mushy and left a burning feeling in my mouth. Took this place forever to open. Brand new inside. Nice atmosphere. Lots of tvs. We were there at an "off" time so we were nicely greeted and our waiter was good. Yes, it's more of a bar but we wanted food. DO NOT GO FOR THE FOOD! Ugh. Husband got tacos which left a nasty flavor in his mouth. I got mac n cheese with mild boneless chicken wings scattered on top. Came with two pieces of grilled bread. Looked good. Mac and cheese had a weird flavor. Chicken on top was ok. I had a very terrible experience with a waitress named Crystal. She was very rude slammed our checks down and because she was angry about how we split the checks did not give us the change back. Having gone to Buffalo Wild Wings before and having a high caliber of service I guess I was expecting too much from them this location was lacking in service and quality for their food I received what could only be described as rocks covered in very little sauce when I gave them to the waitress to send back to get better quality food that took another 25 minutes and did not receive any type of discount on my check and then waiting for the check to come so that we can leave we were sitting there for again another 15 to 20 minutes , so I had to just find someone to go ahead and check us out and then describing to the people that were checking us out the quality of food letting them know that I will be writing a review.
