Always a big fan of some fried food and sports!! Service is quick and efficient. Ambiance is loud of course with sports broadcasting, music, and the sheer number of people. There is some outdoor seating and large groups are welcomed. read more

If I could give a 0, I would. We stood at the hostess stand for over 5 minutes and the waitress never acknowledged us. She looked right at us and didn't say a word. The restaurant was pretty much empty. Maybe 3 tables with patrons. It's sad. We have Buffalo Wild Wings in GA and they're really good. We left without even being acknowledged. Such a shame. read more

This may be the best BW3 I've ever eaten at. Kind of amazing, it was such a good experience. Our server Bryanna was awesome, the wings came out hot, cooked just right, and well-sauced. Fries also nice and hot. Great work by the kitchen and her. Well done B Dubs... read more

Wanted to take my family out to eat to celebrate an accomplishment by my wife, and could not have been more disappointed. Ali was not attentive, left me without a beverage while eating hot wings for twenty minutes. Food took 45 minutes.(They were not busy) Asked for silverware to cut my kids' food, Ali just dropped off forks. Restaurant was cold. Terrible experience. Left a review at the corporate site, no response. Will go to JT's across the street next time. Never returning no matter how man rewards points they offer. read more

Well being inside was a terrible terrible experience, haven't ordered in about two years. Figured I'd try again and I ordered to go, they said 30 minutes it ended up being over an hour and my food was ice cold and I have never had to season my own burger , 30 dollars later and I'm so TIRED of st Mary's food chains sucking but ontop this place anywhere I've ever been is crap , Fricker's is better lately. All I did was order two burgers and fries after a long hard day of working. Looks like we all get paid even when we don't do our job right. read more

I was hungry while I was in Saint Mary's and wanted to get a to go order of food to go home. I went in Buffalo Wild Wings to have some chicken wings, partly because I love them and also because they brought back hot bbq sauce. Been since 2020 since they took it off, so I was happy it was back! Ambience of the place just like any/ever Bdubs. The service was good, i placed my order and 20 min later or so, I was out the door with my food for my family. When i finally had some of those wings in the hot bbq sauce! Joy! They better not take it off the menu again! read more

This spot was by far the best BDub I've eaten at. The traditional wings without any rubs and just a few dipping sauces were fantastic. Our waiter was excellent and made some terrific sauce and Ohio brewed beer selections. I wish I remember his name. We dined here for the super bowl and sat in a booth in the bar area. This BDubs could show the ones in Illinois how its done! Thanks. read more

My husband & I have been to BWW's several times in the last couple of months and we've always had Reannah for our server. We both have always been impressed with her pleasant personality and her service. Very professional. The food has been great. read more

First of all, when I walked in, I thought perhaps I had accidentally entered in through the freezer... It was soooo cold! I am typically warm everywhere I go, but our entire table kept their coats on the entire time. Service was a little slow, but we were there early and it was during the week. I'm sure they were understaffed. Our food took longer to come out than I would have expected and other than a few minor things, our server got our order right. Our server, I should mention, was very pleasant. Not all that attentive, again understaffed, but at least she was pleasant. It's a BWs, you know what to expect, no surprises here. read more

Second time getting takeout from this location. Not sure what has changed, they used to have really great food. The last few times we have got food from this location, it has been horrible. One order was simple quesadillas with no modifications, however, they were completely made incorrectly, with toppings we did not want nor desire to have on a quesadilla. Last order we got for a takeout was a simple cheeseburgers that used to be very juicy and good, Now they are completely smashed with no flavor they are dry pucks. Not sure if management has changed or if they got some other person in the kitchen that has no idea how to prepare food. They don't seem to understand that we are not getting a discount for the lack of quality of food. We are Paying a very high premium for this food, which I am extremely disappointed in. I would not recommend this location or even this franchise at this time. read more

Super expensive but what isn't. Didn't get our drinks right away we're forgotten about. My buddies French fries tasted like they have been sitting out for about 3 days and we're just absolutely disgusting. Wings were solid and fried pickles were insane. Overall pretty mid. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Aftermath - American Near Me - St Marys, Ohio

Came to eat on Tuesday 6/3 with my husband and a friend. Our waitress(who had a terrible attitude)took our drink order then came back to say because we had out of state IDs (TX and PA) she needed to take our IDs back to the manager. We asked the manager to come to us because we haven't had this happen before. (For context my husband and I are 28 and 29 and my husband is black, I am not-this may not seem like needed context but I disagree) as soon as the manager came he took our IDs and was gone for over 30 minutes. He looked right at my husband and accused him of our IDs being fake. Mind you he didn't rudely accuse me or our friend just the person of color at the table. When my husband asked him if he was serious he again accused him of having a fake ID. We took our IDs back and got up to leave, the manager asked my husband if he wanted to lose his job(not sure the context here and seriously a disturbing thing to say). This is all to say, if you are a person of color in St. Marys Ohio avoid this Buffalo wild wings and stay safe from both possible food poisoning (this restaurant was not clean) and the lovely profiling staff. read more

This is our "after Church go to" restaurant! Good service, great food, A-1 rewards program... you can't beat it!

First off I'm a BW's fan and been 100's of them across the country. This is by far the worst one I've ever been too! Corporate needs to step in and replace the owner. Many reviews complain about the AC being too cold! It is an ice box. In the middle of summer ppl are bringing in costs and sweaters! The waitress said it's ridiculous and everyone complains! Why is management so ignorant and wasting money! 4 ppl walked in and left when we were there. The owners are loosing money on energy costs and customers. Food was slow coming out and fries were cold. We were 1 of 2 tables. We felt bad for the waitress as she's trying to make a living with terrible atmosphere and management and food. To be fair The burgers and margaritas were very good. read more

quality of the food was just amazing except for when I found hair in my food there was hair in my wings ranch and pop service was terrible ambiance was terrible as well I chose this place because its been a while since I've had it now I remember why I don't come anymore waitress gave me atitude when I asked for new food because of the hair previously mentioned and I feel like the place would smell like I don't know chiken but no it was BO and beer that's is just utterly repusive read more

It's good if you go inside, if you order out the wings don't have very much sauce and the fry's are always stale, I reccomend going in but other then that the food is good read more

Waited for over a hour on our food. Finally I got up walked over to the waitress and asked where our food was. Finally she brought it out and said it's been sitting back there just no one brought it out. Are you serious? Food was horrible! People kept coming in and stood at the door and wasn't seated. Horrible horrible service!! read more

Warning: if you are physically handicapped, do not order takeout, they do not have a drive-through or curbside pickup. You have to get your walker, cane, cart or whatever you use out to get into the store to pick up your food. I was picking up prescriptions at Kroger and I figured I would give them a try but I won't ever go back. The food is just mediocre and is not worth the trip. read more

We waited forever for our food meanwhile they brought out other tables food that came in 20 min after us, yes we had a table of 9 but when we got there there was barely anyone in there so our order should have been started way before any of those other tables even walked in. When we asked the asst manager Heather why everyone's food was coming out before ours she was extremely rude and told us well I don't know what u expect when you have a table of 9...so we asked don't you guys work on the tickets in order? Then she got even more rude and said im not gonna hold up a table of 2 for a table of 9 and walked away...then didn't even want to really give us any sort of discount on our bill. We had a 2 year old with us who was crying and kept saying how hungry she was smh read more

Really loud TV, asked to turn it down and they refuse. Good food tho. Servers were okay. Only came around once every 20 minutes. Repeating questions. No refills. Burning mouth read more

DO NOT! DO NOT go to this restaurant before more restrictions are lifted. I ordered online. I waited to pick up the order until their software notified me it was ready. When I arrived, the hostess said "ignore that. It will be 10-15 minutes". When I arrived there were two men, one an employee with his mask pulled down, blocking the doorway, so not only was I prevented from entering, I was unable to socially distance myself from them without standing outside. Not one other customer wore a mask. The food that I finally received was satisfactory, but the restaurant COVID-19 standards leave a lot to be desired. read more

Always a great place to watch a lot of games on a multitude of TVs and drink a few draft beers, but the main event is their signature wings, especially boneless! I live locally and I always love coming here for chicken wings and buffalo chips, and for their good service and friendly staff! read more

Boooo... terrible! Stopped here tonight to sit at the bar for some wings and beers on our way home from Michigan... and there were few seats available.... why? Because the good bar seats were all being occupied by BW3's employees! 4-5 servers (who were supposed to be working) were sitting in the good high back bar seats talking to boys!... the only spots available were the crappy bar tables with no seat backs! No thanks! Where in the heck is the manager? Who is running this location? Who allows employees to sit at the bar when they are supposed to be working?!? We left. Unfortunate, but true. Very disappointing. read more

We stopped in last night, around 7:30/8... When we pulled up, it actually looked closed-there were no outside lights on at all, but we could see the inside lights and TVs on. We went in and the hostess looked at us and looked around, then just started walking away. She hadn't said anything so we didn't follow her, so when she finally noticed she rolled her eyes and said "ummm come on!" The waitress seemed like she was in a hurry and we were inconveniencing her. We ordered quickly and the food didn't take long at all, but when the runner brought it he just dropped it down. We had only ordered two orders of boneless wings and an order of the Dirty Dub Tots, and didn't receive the tots. I tried to tell the runner and he just looked at me and walked away. The server tried to catch him but said forget it. The runner must have realized and was back quickly but he just dropped them over my husbands shoulder from the back of the booth instead of the end of the table. The wings had very little sauce and were vastly variable in size-how some were even considered boneless wings, I'm honestly not sure. We waited on refills and, again, it seemed like a huge inconvenience for the server to help us. She asked how we were doing and literally didn't look at us or stop at our table as she said it. The only good things were we weren't there long and the tots were really good. The service all around was terrible. read more

Horrible experience! Ate half the chicken sandwich into the middle, realized the bite I had in my mouth was RAW! The whole chicken in the middle of the sandwich was raw! The manager came out & said sometimes the thicker chicken breasts don't get cooked all the way through. Really?! That's the explanation, sometimes they aren't cooked? Wow! Would not recommend risking your health by chancing your luck at this place. read more
