Its now called Kiras Flipside.... This is one of our go to places to go since there isnt much around the Lima area. I typically get the same thing when I go, the steak sandwich with a side of dipping gravy . My husband gets differnt things and has liked them all. I love the building, the bar, the dining, and the patio setting. There is always music or a game playing in the background. I would definitely recommend. read more

Been here a few times and the food is always good. I've gotten the pizza and chicken chunks and they're satisfying. The service is always a bit slow but the food is worth the wait. read more

Good food with a side of sass. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, just because you're having a bad day or stressed out doesn't mean you can take it out on customers. Took an hour to get a wrap and quesadilla. We weren't checked in on once during that time, had to ask 3 times for a drink refill and got sassy remarks on the third time I did so. Food was good, I know they're busy, but the attitude helps no one. read more

Renamed Kira's Flipside. Was in the area for work and came here for lunch both days with coworkers. Cozy spot, nice outside patio and quick service. Food was really good - will definitely be back next time I'm in the area read more

Great food, great service & a quaint restaurant & town. I had 1/2 the power bowl salad with grilled chicken & I enjoyed every bite. My husband had the turkey quesadilla with rice & he enjoyed his as well. We shared a made from scratch peach cheesecake which was delicious as well. Don't go there expecting your food to be out quick because everything is made to order & it's worth the wait. Side note the restaurant is no longer called Luke's it's now called Kira's Flip-side Grill but same restaurant different name read more

If only this spot had remained with the prior Owner. We visit Bluffton often and considering the limited dinner restaurant options in the area, we find ourselves here a couple of times each year, both pre and post name change. Food can be fine however, quality and menu items have suffered in the current economy. Financial considerations aside, if you treat your customers well and appreciate their patronage, people will understand. Inconsistent service and poor interpersonal skills of management has really compromised the potential of the Flipside since rebranding. read more

Sometimes inconsistent with their food quality. However, the service is always great. And, the building is gorgeous. I'm not in Bluffton much, but always go here when I'm in the area! read more

My gorgeous wife had the Lobster roll with homemade crispy chips and I had the Steak tacos. Bill came to $52 (we have bread sticks for an app, also great, homemade ranch was insanely good). Food was amazing. Service was good. The quality of everything was very high. We will be back whenever we are driving on 75. Very clean and upbeat environment. Great for families, a night out, whatever the reason, just make sure you're hungry. read more

If you want delicious, real food cooked from scratch for great prices with friendly service, you have to try Kira's! Every single menu item is fresh and flavorful! Our favorite local restaurant in this entire area! read more

Visiting my Daughter and she said we need to visit Luke's. She attends ONU and they are all crazy about Luke's. I see why, the chunk bowl is really good and the mixture just works. I have it a 4 because of the portion it was smaller then I expected and the fries seems old? The pull pork sandwich was also strong and the fries seemed old and not fresh. They do have a ranch taste to them. We will be back, they have a nice outdoor eating area. read more

Came around 7pm on a Sunday, wasn't very busy but our service was slow and our waitress rarely stopped by our table. Food was good, had the southwest wrap. A few minutes after we got our food our waitress put our checks down and asked if we needed a box, did not appreciate the rudeness, as there wasn't anyone waiting for a table. We had to return the check and ask for dessert, which was frozen, and not how tres leches is supposed to be served. Nice environment, but poor service. read more

Great place, big city lounge/bar vibe in a small town. Karaoke night is great as well as their menu, beer selection, and bathrooms.

Stopped by for lunch while in the area, and ordered the Chicken Bacon Caesar Wrap with fries. Overall, service was good, the staff were friendly, and the quality of the food was great, especially for the price. read more

I never have any issues with food or timing but seems everytime our family calls to order pickup the LADY yes LADY she's so rushed, rude and judging through the phone. She made me repeat myself as I'm almost yelling through the phone my order, she kept repeating herself as if I wasn't knowledgeable to what she was saying as I confirmed after every sentence. Idk I think lukes should of stayed lukes not kiras. read more

Luke's is a must-try in the Bluffton/Lima area. Good service, large menu, a good amount of gluten free options, and a nice patio. I particularly love the California Chicken dish, and my husband liked his Chicken Chunk bowl. The house-made sangria was great too! read more

I'm new to the area and this is the first restaurant I tried in Bluffton! The food was absolutely delicious, it had great outdoor seating, the staff was so friendly and my waiter was great! Luke's Bar & Grill - Turkey burger! Delicious! My friend had the portobello burger and she loved it also! Fries are fresh and seasoned well. - Pizza Near Me - Bluffton, Ohio

We were told 35 minutes on a table and it took 2 hours. The food is very specialized and have never been happy with what I ordered. After waiting 2 hours to be seated, we were placed in their garage area in the winter and froze, it must not hold heat or they just choose not to heat it. Staff can be nasty at times depending on who you get. Also the people answering the phone need to be taught some manners. We are usually pretty understanding, but not a good experience at all. read more

The prices were not bad. The seating is a precious commodity... 15-20 minute wait unless you sat on the chilly patio. The pizza was tasty! Coffee was hot and strong! Waitress was friendly and efficient. While I would not make a drive over just to eat here again, we would return if in town. A diverse menu... something for everyone! Visit two: Delish! A birthday supper with hubby, son, and daughter-in-law. Pizza was amazing! Chicken chunks were delicious! And the fried petals with homemade hot fudge is a "can't miss"! read more

My family and I stopped on our way home to Detroit from Cincinnati. This place is a great find. They have comfortable indoor dining as well as a good sized, covered outdoor dining area. I had the chicken philly sandwich. Absolutely delicious. My wife had the chicken breasts with red skin potatoes and a side salad. She couldn't finish it, but so much left she got a box to take the rest home. My daughter got the barbecue "Chicken Chunks" with a side of homemade seasoned fries. We loved everything and the prices were very reasonable. The bill was less than $25.00, before the tip. A+ read more

Started out as a dive bar 14 years ago, transitioned into a restaurant/bar. Diamond in the rough! First the bad...saw a nitro IPA on the chalk board that got my tongue-a-tinglin'. Never had one before so got really excited. Turns out the nitro tank sprung a leak earlier that day. . Now the good...opted for the Alaskan amber, a solid amber nothing bad to say about it. And for dinner I decided on the popular pulled pork Mac n' cheese. The description included a from scratch cheese sauce and a smoked pulled pork, all made in house. I expected the normal novelty twist on Mac n cheese that you might find at some franchised noodle companies. What I got was honestly beyond surprise. First the plating was simple, clean, and oh so inviting. The smoked pulled pork was tender, juicy, charred, and full of that Smokey taste you only get from a slow skilled pit master. The penne was perfectly cooked, and then the in house cheese sauce that fell through the pasta to the bottom of the plate begged to be lifted back up to coat the pasta and flirt with the pulled pork. Holy crap! That's where I have to leave it...holy, crap...it was good! As the sauce cooled and continued to thicken it started to coat the fork and even resist leaving your lips. To top it off, I bit into the Texas toast that came with it and it had a buttery and garlicky edge to edge finish that was delightfully crunchy on the out side, but so soft on the inside. The salad that came with it wasn't a plain iceberg lettuce, but rather a mixed green with onion, cherry tomato, cucumber, and those dried crunchy noodles. Very long story short; don't pass it up, it is absolutely worth your time! read more

I have never been more disappointed in a restaurant than I was tonight. I heard great things and obviously was hoping to high. Food was very average, tasted like freezer burn and cheap quality. What I was expecting was delicious bar food with a few drinks, instead I waited an hour and a half for cheap Walmart style food that tasted like they warmed it in the microwave. I tried to be pleasant and realize they were busy but COME ON!! Eww read more

My favorite is the chicken chunk bowls entree and Scottish eggs for appetizers . Great selection of drinks. Staff is so nice and helpful.
