Everyone got something different and enjoyed their meal. I am vegetarian and ordered Mac n cheese which comes with bacon and ham and unfortunately they first made it with the meat on it. The patio was perfect as it provided rain cover as well as fresh air to enjoy the summer evening. We had plenty of table and seating space. We ordered pizza and wraps and were allowed to bring in some dessert treats to place with the rest of the spread. We could not have asked for nicer people to work with. This restaurant desperately needs improvement on DoorDash deliveries. There isn't a dedicated area to pick up deliveries like other restaurants. So tonight, the 5th employee that walked by me finally asked me if I was being helped. She was very polite. The previous 4? No acknowledgment at all! No eye contact, no smiles... DoorDash gives drivers a time to pick up orders. Almost every time that I arrive, this restaurant hasn't been able to deliver a pickup order within the allocated time frame. The longest I have waited to pick up an order has been 35 minutes. I have waited more than 10-15 minutes on other orders, and drivers have the option on unassigning an order if they have to wait that long. The problem with that is that if the order is unassigned, the customer has to wait until another driver comes to pick it up, and I'm sure that especially on non pizza orders, burgers for example, those orders are not hot at all. As a customer, if your order from this place isn't hot, this is probably what has happened. This restaurant has issues and I won't go into them here, but this is to educate customers as to what happens when you place an order here. Expect a delay on your order. And if your order is hot, and your order has taken awhile to be delivered, that means your DoorDash driver waited until they prepared your order.... Customers need to keep this in mind when ordering from here.
