I am vegetarian and asked if there was much vegetarian on the buffet. Our server was so wonderful, she led me over and carefully pointed out exactly which things were vegetarian. Skinny's exceeded expectations. Not only did they have an exceptional assortment of burgers (juicy and filling), but they also surprised us with a great pork tenderloin. PT's are a regional favorite in Illinois and Missouri, and pretty rare east of Indiana. They're known for looking like a flattened piece of fried chicken with a bun that barely covers half the meat.
