Waited 50 minutes on a very un-busy night for food to be cold. Service was slow throughout entire experience, most definitely needs to be improved. read more

I placed an online order through the restaurant's website for lunch. When I arrived to pick it up, no one was present at the front counter. I was first in line, and a few other customers and I waited for about five minutes before someone came out from the kitchen. Although she seemed rushed, she was kind and helpful. She assisted the customers behind me first, since they were dining in, and then retrieved my order. The establishment itself is very open with plenty of available seating. There are numerous TVs displaying various games, as you would expect in a restaurant and bar setting. The lighting is dim but sufficient, and the large windows along the front of the building bring in natural light. The recent remodel has made the space feel noticeably larger and more inviting. Once I returned to my office to eat, I noticed that the dressing for my salad was missing. Fortunately, I had some extra dressing at work. Other than that, the food was excellent. I've never had a truly negative experience at this location, and I definitely recommend dining here! read more

no greeting when we came in the door. Waited almost 45 minutes for our meal. Two hamburgers and fries with water. We specifically ask for no bun. We requested a lettuce wrap. The waiter finally brought our meal. No lettuce. Waiter came by one time to check. Waited almost 15 minutes to pay our ticket. Guess who will not be eating at BWW in Sikeston Missouri? read more

Our waitress Kenzie was amazing. Very friendly and sweet. Our food was good and very affordable. We were the last ones in the restaurant and they didn't rush us at all. They even remade the skillet cookie for us when it got over done. read more

Worst place to go or order out. Placed a Togo order, said it would be ready at 6:30 we finally got our food at 7:20 and it was wrong. I would give a zero if it would let me. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! read more

Brittany was the best!! She was friendly, kind, sweet and on her A game!! Go enjoy your meal at BWW

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience at this location and will not be returning. Let me explain... Upon entering the restaurant, the hostess was very accomodating while we looked at nutritional information to suit our needs. That was the end of our positive experience. We were seated and our waitress came over, and took our order. We then proceeded to wait another 45 minutes before our food came out. We were never given an update or explanation as to why it was taking so long, until we asked (waitress did not offer one of her own volition) and were told that "she" was checking on the wrap that was ordered. Finally, after watching patrons who arrived long after us get their food, we got our orders. Hallelujah! My entree was decent enough but the salad...ugh. Somehow BWW found a way to put stale croutons in the Caesar salad. I was not aware that it was possible for croutons to go stale. Now I know. After waiting forever for our food, the waitress came back immediately after I started my salad (after finishing the main) to ask if we were ready for the bill. We said no. She then returned five minutes later to ask if we were ready for the bill...almost like she wanted us to GTFO. I didn't finish the salad because it wasn't very good, and we left. read more

Service was good, and the food was typical BWW. My only issue was that this location allowed smoking at the bar, and the entire place smelled like cigarettes. I don't mind cigarette smoke in a bar but I'm not a fan when eating. read more

Was in here may 2nd around 6pm and while our server was wonderful, the server that was non stop talking at an obnoxious level behind us made our date night absolutely horrible. I really almost feel bad for writting this, but every restaurant has that one server who is completely obnoxious and this was one, we both left with a headache sadly. Her fake service laugh just kept getting louder and louder and she stayed chatting at the table right behind us almost the entire duration we were there. Please BDUBS, this is one of our favorite frequented places to go but with this server being obnoxious it's hard to really enjoy it. As everytime we are here it seems she is but this last time drew the line for us. She always wears pink eyeshadow and literally cackles......not laugh but ear screeching cackles. Management should have zero problems pin pointing who we are referring to. We noticed the table beside us also covering their ears as it was too much for them as well. I dont want to be that person I really don't, but let people enjoy their meal in somewhat peace please as this went above and beyond unacceptable how much she wasn't working. read more

I took my family to eat at this location last week. The food was okay wasn't horrible but not the best. My waiter definitely made the experience better. I think the waiter's name was cesa. She made sure our drink stayed full and took care of us she was a very respectful and a nice young lady. Although one of the waiters was being obnoxious and laughing right behind our head and made the experience not so well. read more

Why can you still smoke here? Been here a few times, more or less it's fine. Servers have no idea what beers are on the menu but I can usually get the message across. Sat at the bar tonight and my wings were ice cold. But pretty on par for shit service with the rest of this town. Turns out the customer is always an annoying. Enjoy! read more

Took my family of 45 to B Dubs tonight service was great for this large group. Only issue is that I didn't get my fries, other than that I enjoyed it very much. read more

The food here is hit or miss and more on the miss side. It's usually ice cold. Seems like the food sits out for long periods before being ordered/served. The bar area has phenomenal service just lower quality food and poor kitchen staff seems to be the issues here. Fresh food at a restaurant will never be cold and you should never waist your money at a place that is involved in these practices. read more

Always great food! Always a good crowd, and the waiters/waitresses are always respectful and timely(unless it's super busy of course!).

food is outstanding I love the wings they are so good and cooked perfectly I would definitely eat here again

Me go to big place called Buffalo Wild Wings in Sikeston. Me sad. No sweet tea, wrong drink, no leaf for salad, no sauce. Food bad. Price too much. Me not happy. read more

The service is non existent. All servers are huddled in corner talking to themselves not waiting on tables. It is ridiculous the amount of time you have to sit at a table before someone comes to take your order or ask for drinks. read more

Waitress was great. Got Chili Con Queso for an app and it was warm and clumpy. 100% sure it has sat for a while and they just warmed it up or something. Chicken was good as usual. Fries were good except half was covered in salt and pepper and other half had nothing on them. Overall it was good. Just good. read more

I understand being a server is difficult at times but being completely rude to customers is unacceptable. I had to have my mixed drink remade due to it being straight syrup, I'm guessing this was a big deal. As I was waiting for my drink to be remade I hear the bartender and server talking badly about me. Which is my first complaint to this horrible place, secondly the food was awful burnt and soggy. I didn't even complain I just got a check and paid. Do not go to this place unless you want to overpay and get awful service/food. read more

We dined inside. Asked for a booth got one. Not too crowded. The employees were friendly and made great conversation. Our food was even brought by a manager who checked up on us a couple of times along with the waitress. Food was delicious, Mac and cheese was a bit bland but adding some salt and pepper helped. Worst dining experience in my recent memory. It was nice this location wasn't crowded because we needed a quick meal on the way home from Mississippi but boy were we majorly disappointed. It started with a wait staff that didn't seem to care if we were there or not. I can tell you we are very low maintenance diners. Keep the water glass full, don't hover and smile. Our waitress was rude, short and once her "girls" arrived we couldn't get her attention again. Her girls were sat at the table next to our table and all we saw was her back side the rest of the night. Normally we are big BWW fans but the food was horrible. My wife has a salad with tenders - the salad was delivered with a hair prominently displayed on top and she had to ask twice for someone to bring her sauce for her tenders. Again our server didn't bring the sauce we caught someone walking by. My son had a wrap that he believes was bare and tasteless. He was not impressed at all. I ordered 12 wings - 6 Caribbean Jerk and 6 Hot Traditional Wings. all wing sections were the middle part of the wing with no meat. The sauce was dried on the top which makes me believe they were sitting around in the back and they were not temperature hot or warm for that matter. Another thing that really annoys me is they had 2 parties of about 8 come in while we were there and they moved the tables in such a way that we had to walk all the way around the restaurant to get to the bathroom. Very poor planning on the staffs part. I ask to see the manager and apparently she was busy (for 20 minutes) so we left. The other things is I normally tip well and sometimes over tip... we left her ZERO tip. I am glad our Independence BWW is awesome. read more

Food was great service was even better. This the best place to eat in sikeston as far as burgers or wings. The place is always clean.

We got off to a bad start when the hostess took forever to seat us, even when they weren't very busy. She had a bad attitude, and eventually told us to just go sit in a booth. Our actual waitress was ok, but we didnt see her much. Another employee brought food to our table, but just piled it all in the center of the table, and left it to the two of us to sort it out. One of our two orders was wrong, but we didnt feel that it would do much good to mention it. Management needs to clean house...hire new employees with better attitudes! read more

I came with my daughter. I spent over 50.00 for cold food and poor service. We ordered boneless wing and wedges for my daughter and I got chicken sandwich and a order to go. Out server brought her wings and my sandwich. No silverware no wedges. When he finally came by I asked for silverware and her wedges. He left and came back with silverware and said they just dripped her wedges. He brought wedges by that time her wings were cold. He finally brought check and asked if I need a pin to sign I told him yes. He said he would have to go get one. He's a server without a pin. It wasn't even busy in there. He was not friendly. That was the poorest meal I have had. I don't mind paying that much for food if I get good service. I will not go back and will let everyone know how bad it was for 50.00. read more

Took for ever to get seated, they say us at dirty table which we had to ask to get clean. Worse experience ever!

Stopped in after a day of work with my family to grab a bite to eat. We were promptly greeted by Asia and say with Mrs. Katie. She got our drinks and brought them out fast! Took.our order and also great care of us! She was very very sweet and extremely polite! Very true example of what a waiter/waitress who enjoys their job should look like! Will DEFINITELY be visiting again soon to see Mrs Katie!!! read more

We arrived and were seated fairly quickly. Howver, it was several mins before we had someone come to get our drink orders. There were five servers and only four seated tables...not a good start. We were comp'd an appetizer for the wait. It was almost as if the place had just opened or that everyone was new. Our server did do a nice job with us but we noticed other tables who were there before us were served well after us. Just seemed very disorganized and late with lots of things. read more

On a trip that we experienced some really good food...this was not a good way to end it. Return trip from Gulfport to Kansas City. No wait, which for us was nice since we were traveling and the BWW in Independence is always packed! No wait should have given us a clue!! We were seated promptly and given menus and the waitress appeared immediately and took our drink orders and wanted to know if we were ready to order's"no, we just sat down". She brought our drinks and disappeared. I wouldn't say we waited overly long for her to come back but there was an edge to this girls attitude that was a tad annoying. She took our orders and we were brought our food by another waitress because by that point some customers had been sat next to us and our waitress was obviously friends with and she stood with her back to us or sitting with them for the rest of our eating experience. My salad arrived with a hair. I sat with that salad in my hand waiting for our waitress to turn around for at least 5 minutes. When another waitress passed by my husband grabbed her and she took my salad to be replaced. I also got tenders but wanted to eat my salad first so of course by the time I ate them they were pretty cold (never mind that they were pretty small). When my salad did arrive I asked for the sauce that had not been delivered either - which the other waitress delivered. Ugh... Not one of us (three) enjoyed our meal. So disappointing. This restaurant needs to get it's "stuff" together and they need to do some training with their staff. We wont be stopping in Sikeston at BWW's again. read more

I guess I have to give this a star because the place exists, but we cannot rate the food because we were never seated. We initially headed back to find a seat at the bar, after realizing people were smoking and there were full ash trays, our lungs told us to go back up to the hostess to be seated. There we found the same people we passed when we came on that had not been seated. Finally the hostess came up to seat them ( in the mostly empty dining room), then she disappeared. We waited for a couple minutes then my husband went back to use the restroom, and saw the hostess sitting at a table with friends. This made our decision to leave. The options in Sikeston are scarce, but we thought Buffalo Wild Wings would be a consistent option, but we were wrong. And someone should tell the managers they'll lose more customers when they allow smoking then when they don't. A smoker can step outside, have a cigarette, and get back to their meal. Non-smokers don't have the option of escaping the smoke. read more

Our server was outstanding!!! We came in with a groups of 15 people the waitress was outstanding but A person started arguing with the bar tender and cuss them out bad... which is wrong but still didn't got kicked out or nothing and still getting served alcohol and we were having a great time and they taught the guy that argue was with us and we said something in Spanish and the bartender took it offensive and kicked us out when we were just drinking Which is messed up because how come someone that is cussing you out doesn't get kicked out and us that just because we were speaking Spanish get kicked out for no reason claiming we were calling her names which is not true to me that's just racist don't know any other reason but that The manager couldn't even respond and threatened us with calling the police on us to get pulled over for drinking for which I only had three beers plus had a designated driver.
