Masks were strongly recommended but no one was wearing them. The guy at the counter was nice and set up my two grandkids (age 3&4) with shoes, a ramp, bumpers and shoes. And shoes for my daughter and I. We were thankful he put us away from other bowlers, Cuz.. welet's face it, toddlers bowling is a big distraction for the serious bowler. The kids had a blast! Reminded me of when my kids practically lived at the bowling alley I worked at 25 years ago in Oregon. The graphics on the scoreboard were fun for the kids to watch. Our 4 year old took his game so serious, lining up the ramp for the perfect roll. Bathrooms were impeccably clean. I watched the staff sanitize and clean the tables and surrounding area after each person left. Really an enjoyable day. I thought they were very nice and accommodating for our kids. Definitely recommend.

I've been wanting to check this place out for a couple of years, but I kept getting scared off. But I kept getting a bad feeling and driving on. Finally, today, after 4 drive-bys working up the nerve, I parked and went inside. What I found was a nice little dive bar full of very friendly and polite people, and a very pleasant bartender. The wall behind the slightly-curved bar is plastered with yellowed old dollar bills. Three cafeteria-style tables provide overflow/group seating. Just beyond the pool table was a buffet table with several simmering crock pots. The remainder of the small, smoky space is occupied by a juke box and a couple of video poker machines. I heard that they sometimes have a band in, though the space is so small I can't possibly imagine where they would set up.

We went with the waitresses recommendation and ordered the special, tomato pie. It was top notch. We also shared the meatballs. The homemade burger sauce and garlic aioli were well made and flavorful. We enjoyed the festive holiday jello shot. It looked and tasted like a bomb pop with a surprise. So good! Also had a sunburned and salty marg, a boogie board, and a lemon drop martini. The bar staff really knows what they are doing. Rob and Laurie have put together a winner here in Cape Girardeau. If you're looking for a tropical get away right here in SEMO, definitely check this place out.

There's seating for tables, counter like seating towards the back, a stage, and a bar. We were lucky enough to be with a group with a reserved table right in front. It felt intimate and we got a great view of everything that was happening on stage. Lighting and sound quality were great. The bar was out a a couple of things we wanted to order, but was well stocked on beer and other options. We got the espresso martinis which were good, but definitely think they would have fit the vibe in regular martini glasses. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely return if I was in town for another show!
