Walked in, employees lounging around the entrance desk, no one greeted us, asked if we'd ever been there, offered to explain how it all works, just 4 guys having a conversation. We settled in the bowling alley since that's what the kids wanted to do, and still, no employees approached us, we had to go seek them out. Twice Finally Gavin came to take a drink order. And a food order, after that no issues. Two final comments: 1) as a first time customer, I had to figure out about purchasing the card to play the games, bowl etc. When I found the location, there was a "Closed" sign on it, so I commenced to hunt an employee to help. Older gentleman snatched the sign off it and when I asked about it, was told "it was open the whole time". Well sorry, but I'm not in the habit of removing or ignoring signs like that. 2) at one point during the bowling, all the other lanes were activated and every single bowling ball in the facility came back up the lanes to us. The new owner is hands down the most rude and arrogant person I have met. He tells customers that they have to clean up and put dishes away because "that's what he has his employees do." If you order food, in the rare event that he will actually cook, and the food comes under cooked and you complain, he will then burn your food. If it is over cooked, he will serve it to you pretty much raw. No one that I know who have been going to this location for years go there any more due to this man.

We went to the family fun center when they opened at noon on the Friday (probably the last early…read moreFriday of the summer schedule), after most kids went back to school, so basically had the whole place to ourselves except for the bowling area. Having no lines for anything was wonderful. The prices for the activities were decent if you paid for the 4 hour pass. Our family went on the go karts, bounce houses, laser tag, bumper boats. We also paid extra to put money on arcade cards to play some games. I thought there was mini golf, but we didn't see it. Some things to note, if you are tall enough to drive the go karts, you cannot go on the bounce houses, however, you can go on the wipeout activity. Also, if you are under the age of three, you cannot go on the bounce houses or do anything at all except for arcade games and the little mini children's area with the free bounce house. I thought the prices for the food and drinks were a little pricey, especially the drinks because they are not refillable. You cannot bring outside food or drinks in and your kids will get thirsty going on the bounce houses. Also, allow for extra time because as soon as you get there, you need to fill out a waiver for every single person in your party even even if they are not doing anything, the kids were able to be on one waiver but you still have to fill out the information for each child which can take time if you have a larger party. One thing that our family did enjoy, was the Christian music playing, and we saw some other Christian verses and such around the establishment. All in all, the kids all had a great time and would want to go back. With the prices, and our large family, it isn't something that we would go back to often, but maybe once a year for some fun.
