Masks were strongly recommended but no one was wearing them. The guy at the counter was nice and set up my two grandkids (age 3&4) with shoes, a ramp, bumpers and shoes. And shoes for my daughter and I. We were thankful he put us away from other bowlers, Cuz.. welet's face it, toddlers bowling is a big distraction for the serious bowler. The kids had a blast! Reminded me of when my kids practically lived at the bowling alley I worked at 25 years ago in Oregon. The graphics on the scoreboard were fun for the kids to watch. Our 4 year old took his game so serious, lining up the ramp for the perfect roll. Bathrooms were impeccably clean. I watched the staff sanitize and clean the tables and surrounding area after each person left. Really an enjoyable day. I thought they were very nice and accommodating for our kids. When we turned out tickets into the machine it counted them and then wouldn't let us redeem them. When we asked a worker he said to pick out our prizes and he'd be back to get them out instead since the machine was broken. Then the rude ass owner decided she didn't want us to get our prizes and basically told us "sorry can't help you" I've never had a good experience here. 10/10 don't recommend. It was so bad I want to give you a zero but that's impossible so instead I give you a one.
