This place seemed ridiculously understaffed for a Friday night. Either Managers are stingy on hiring, or they need be on the floor getting things done. There wasn't even a host. I maybe saw like, 4 people on the floor. For Friday night. Food was fine. Fries were underwhelming. Fried pickles were great to share for two people. Southwestern Black Bean Burger was solid. I know that's not a traditional sports bar order, but if you advertise something, it should be decent. This spot should/could be better read more

After five more years, what can I say? The burgers have gotten better. WAY better. My wyfe likes them a lot. Kudos to Beedubs. The wings are..... really dependent on the sauce. By themselves they are not very good. So WHY does extra wet still involve wings that are barely touched by sauce? Why should I have to even order extra wet? Just coat the @!#$@#$! wings. Service was slow but eventually okay. Rewards program is good enough to have rewarded me for 2 or 3 visits over the last year so thanks. The rewards program got you an extra star here. Beer remains cold, even if they stopped carrying my favorite. Staffing remains insufficient. read more

Best wing sauces in RVA. Fight me...lol The wings are pretty good overall. Sometimes they're not piping hot but it won't stop me from crushing them. TV's everywhere inside to keep you distracted from the sometime long food wait times. Service is typically pretty good although they have a lot of ground to cover with fewer wait staff and larger sections. But they usually keep it moving. Between the App and Tuesday & Thursday wing deals, you can't go wrong coming here to satisfy the wing cravings. read more

Stopped in at 2:30 today. 15 bone-in lemon pepper flats and my husband had 15 boneless mango habanero. Food took a bit but was tasty. Unfortunately, the entire women's room was completely filthy. Tabletop items like salt/pepoer also gross. Not a clean place. Too bad - wings were good. read more

I have had ok service in the past, but past few times we have been there have been great. We had an amazing server, her name was Mandy, sge was very attentive and personable. Even if she has multiple tables she still gave the best service ive had there ever. We enjoy her upbeat attitude and she knows her stuff. Thanks Mandy for your exceptional service every time we come in read more

Many things could improve. Cleanliness comes to mind. The men's room was an abomination that looked like it received no attention in some time. No soap in a dispenser, paper all over the floor. Our server took our order and we never saw him again. Somebody finally brought our food, but no napkins or utensils. The boneless wings were smaller than McNuggets. No mention in the menu, but they were quite spicy. To top it all, we had to stop another server to get our check. Of course it was wrong and had to be redone. I'm afraid that this is my last visit. There are too many better wing places around. read more

We ordered 2 kids meals online & it told us our food would be ready in an hour. By the looks of their parking lot, I didn't believe it could take that long. We waited about 30 minutes & the order status never changed from order accepted. I found that odd being that they should've started on it by then. We went inside moments later (not waiting the full hour), and our food was waiting with soggy/cold fries inside. There online ordering system needs to be fixed because our food should have been fresh. If we had waited the full hour, the food would have been even worse. The service was not great, but my kids enjoyed the chicken. It wasn't a complete loss. read more

Horrible experience. I ordered 20 wings with 4 flavors and 4 cups of blue cheese for delivery. The wings showed up with 0 sauces and nothing to dip my celery in. I called 2 times and they kept saying they would transfer me to the manager but they would hang up on me each time. FINALLY I got transferred to manager and he let us know he would refund us 2$ for the sauces super exciting knowing we pad 38$ for Sahara desert dry as chicken tenders. Anyways we had to DoorDash sauces from Walmart for dip our chicken in (15$+) and had to eat cold dry as chicken with Walmart sauces read more

waiter never told us her name, didn't check up on us, and would disappear for a long time. instead she got her manager to come to us. The food we got was cold and we had gotten the wrong order. so we tried to pay for the cheaper option, however they wouldn't let us. read more

While attempting to place an order online, I encountered a frustrating experience. When I called to explain that the mobile ordering system wasn't working, the server who answered immediately had an attitude and then hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager, only to be told--rather dismissively--that the manager was "too busy" to handle phone orders if mobile orders weren't working. When I reiterated that I needed to speak to a manager specifically about being hung up on, I was placed on hold for over five minutes with still no opportunity to speak to anyone in charge. This entire experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I've never experienced such terrible and rude service at any restaurant. read more

All of the workers just walk around avoiding the customers. No one came over to take drink orders, offer appetizers... we couldn't even get a menu for the first 15-20mins. One of the workers was suppose to be cleaning off a nearby table but she started eating fries at that same table with the spray bottle and rag still sitting there. Not sure who management is but they need to be evaluated IMMEDIATELY! "Vu" was the only server to help us and show concern. LITERALLY everyone else just sat there or walked past us. read more

I've ordered online from this location through third-party delivery services and every time I've told myself I'm never ordering from this location again. If it isn't black lettuce in my salad, it's undercooked sides/appetizers. Last night, I ordered a chicken wrap and got a soggy mess. My husband's onion rings were soggy and undercooked. That it's been ordered through a third-party delivery service isn't impacting the quality of food I receive. I live close the restaurant, my orders are picked up promptly, and arrive in a short period of time. Unless they just throw less effort into takeout orders above dine-in, this isn't a takeout issue. There should be some quality control in place. There's no reason for me to receive rotten lettuce in a salad unless there isn't anyone there who checks or cares. If you have a staff that checked out about the responsibilities of their job, then there's an issue with the management at this location. read more

"Great ambience..but very slow service..wings are of course good ;) Went there last Tuesday, it was raining so I was not expecting rush over there, But it was. I got a table in 10 mins due to rush. I got my server and I did give my order (Pharmsen garlic my fav and seasonal mandarin sauce) but God, it took him forever to get back with my order. Been to so many BWW but I did not face this slow service. He at least took 25 minutes with my order. Anyway, wings were less saucy so I asked for extra parmesan sauce and manager gladly accepted that. Ambience wise, it was awesome. Some live music kinda was going on, I am not sure though. Overall definitely recommend but mind it, slow service [might be due to Tuesday? Food for thought? read more

The food and service were terrible. Wings were old and chewy. Waited for over 45 minutes to get cold wings. Wrong sauce was put on the wings. Waitress was nice but very disorganized and absent. Also the wings appeared to be much smaller than normal. Sent one order of wings back to be corrected and ended up leaving due to waiting over 45 minutes again and still no wings. Paid for over cooked fries and soft drinks. It didn't appear to be busy either. Won't be back anytime soon. read more

Everytime I've been here the food was alright, and my 1 star review has nothing to do with the food but the customer service? Actually ridiculous. My bestfriend's birthday party was today and I called at 12pm to place a Togo order. It was a big order (150 wings) and she told me and assured me it would be ready 8:30. I come in and pick it up, no greeting nothing already had a bad taste in my mouth. I told her I'm picking up an order under my name and she seemed asked so she told TREY. (MANAGER) he tells me that he can place the order right that second but it'll be ready in 30 minutes. Of course I was upset, this man was legit smiling and laughing in my face no apology or nothing. Please the most ditzy management in the world. Do not bother coming here read more

This particular BWW is just absolutely garbage, you will sit for half an hour and then still not have gotten even a water, on the off chance you do get to order it's gonna take the entire life span of a dog for you to get it. The last 4 times I've gone have been AWFUL 0/10 would not recommend just drive 20 minutes to a different BWW read more

CONFUSION... and poor quality. (I cannot blame the server because she is brand new) I have attached a photo of the 3 pieces of dried out carrot and 4 pieces of questionable celery. Somehow it's Wing Tuesday, as per the attached photo, but it's not Really buy one get one free as the signs all over the restaurant say, but it's more like half price... which is some how different... it was explained that you can get certain things but not other things this week; like extra crispy. So, making the Qing a little more crispy is some kind of free extra that they just don't want to do on Tuesdays. Go figure. The manager sent a brand new waitress out to attempt to explain this instead of having the balls to handle his job himself. The manager needs to be replaced. He's just there to collect a paycheck; that's it! I am very disappointed in this BWW location and it's management. Back to Mechanicsville we go from now on, where the service is Superb! read more

When people think wings, they tend to go with the obvious ... BWW, Hooters, Wing Zone, etc. but it's time to think out of the box. While B-Dubs is a mainstay for wings and brews, watching sports and shooting pool in a "Cheers" atmosphere, the wings leave something to be desired. I'm not "wild" about the wings here, in fact, they are pretty mediocre. Pre-Covid, we'd come here to grab some apps, have a beer and play pool. The food never wowed us, but it was ok. We were there for a night out and it was a good time, although it would get a bit rowdy with some shady characters sauntering in as the night crept on. Time to peace out! During Covid we ordered several different flavors of wings for Super Bowl. They have several sauces to choose from: we got the mild classic wing sauce, the sweet bbq, the Parmesan garlic, the original Buffalo sauce, hot sauce and even ordered some plain naked wings. We expected the long delay for pick-up, so no "fowl" there, it was the Super Bowl after all and I'm sure they were working "overtime" pumping out those classic wings! But what made us "throw a flag", were the wings themselves. The Parmesan garlic sauce tasted pasty, and while some of the other wings had some zing to them - they rely on the sauces to cover the average chicken quality. How can you tell? Have a plain wing and you'll be able to test taste the actual chicken. They weren't very meaty and were dry. Nope, these wings didn't score a touchdown, they missed by a few yards, but they were still ok. I'd "pass" on ordering these again. We had tons of other apps, pick-ups and party food to enjoy watching the GOAT! Next time you are cravings wings, take a "time out" and check out some local restaurants that have wings on their menu. Chances are they'll be better quality than those chain restaurants and you'll get them faster! Here at BWW, they missed the field goal and need to pick up their game. read more

Probably the best experience here than any other bdubs location. Servers are attentive, tables and counters are kept pretty clean, and it doesn't have the rowdy college bar feel to it other locations do. I and a group of people had our live fantasy football draft here, and they were very accommodating. They saved us our own private area, and hooked us up with a draft kit. The waitress was prompt with drink orders, and was extremely friendly. Great experience all around. 2 minutes ago NEW This is worst establishment I have ever been to! Please do not eat at this location or trust the food! My office has been eating here for yours and never experienced what we experienced today.. do not spend your money. Today we placed an order online. Went to pick up the order and when we got back to the office realized the order was incorrect. I politely called to inform them my order was incorrect I was placed on hold then the phone hung up.. I called back explained I was on hold and the phone hung up was placed on hold and apparently the manager on duty picks up the phone very rudely claiming the order was given that way because it was put in that way I politely explained I have the print out from the order I placed online and can bring it by to show the order is incorrect. He very rudely says again the order was put in incorrectly so after going back in forth he states to come back and pick up the correct order. We get there and explain to him he is arguing on the phone with a pregnant women and we just want the correct food he then states well she is not pregnant by me and proceeds the throw the paper back at us. We asked him for his name he refused to give name or title or any higher up information. There was also another young lady working the front that refused to give names. I had call a different location speak with the Gm of that location and she got the gm of this location to give me a call. Gm gives me a call and pretty much said he investigated the situation confirmed the guy is a manager and pretty much tired to gaslight stating the conversation was misinterpreted and that we where the aggressor per the manager and another guy up. Mind you there was no other guy up front.. this situation was disrespectful and a act of Discrimination.. please don't eat here I threw the food away as I don't trust any establishment that would hire a disgusting staff such as this one read more

My order was incomplete. The manager, Faisal , offered no remake after his employee had. He blamed it all on Uber Eats instead of his store.

I've been here twice so far and it's a great place for wings if you don't mind spending a bit. It's especially great for groups. I came here with a group of friends recently and we came armed with coupons (which they send out periodically, so be on the lookout for "$5 off $25" or "free snack size of wings with purchase" in your email once you sign up for their email club), so we made out like bandits. Happy hour drink pricing definitely makes this a good time to drink if you time it right, so long as you're okay with domestics. The variety and taste of the wings here is impressive, and the smell of it all is enough to keep you eating long after you've felt full. I've had a burger here as well before, and it was similarly great. Service is inconsistent here, though I've never had an awful experience at any Buffalo Wild Wings before. My advice: if you sense you might have one of the slow servers, get water refills early and often, since when you really need it later, your server might be a ghost. Also, have your server read your order back to you, since wing number/type can get mixed up pretty easily. If you're splitting checks, PLEASE double-check to make sure they did it right. It's hard to make it all work out right, and if you've already run credit cards, it's near impossible to fix the mistakes. If you're looking for a fun hangout to watch sports and eat wings (and you have a fair bit of money), this is a great choice. If you're looking for something a bit more affordable though just as delicious, head to Wing Zone with a coupon in hand. You can't go wrong! Overall: 4.0 stars --------- Pros: - Wings are delicious, as their name would indicate. - Drink specials make domestic drafts nice and cheap (the way they ought to be). - You tend to be seated quickly even when they're busy, so not usually much in the way of long waits. - Easy parking right in front. Cons: - Service is inconsistent, though never that bad. - In the absence of coupons, this place is pricey. read more

Last night my family and I were dining in. Bogo traditional wing night is my favorite! Well, wasn't too busy and long story short, our food came out close to 45-50 mins... and it was COLD. We alerted our server DAMIANA and she grabbed the manager CODY.. and lemme tell you, I have been in the industry for almost 20 years and this is a top 5 amazing customer service experiences that I've had!
