Service at pickup was a little slow given how slow the restaurant seemingly was, but no sweat since I've got no idea how much takeout business was in the queue. The wings (the reason I ordered to begin with)...sheesh. Great, meaty wings. Cooked perfectly- crispy but not overly so. I ordered several flavors and none were reasonably sauced. 1 "flavor" had zero sauce, and the others tasted like they just had watered down Texas Pete applied. I had not been here for several months as i grew tired of the indifferent and aloof servers and the slow and poor food quality . I gave Hooters another try this month and they appear to be making an effort to upgrade the experience. The store is much cleaner and brighter and the quality of the food is much better. Our server Summer was sweet and friendly and hard working. It has been a long time since I enjoyed coming here. The only downside is the lack of team work. There was a long wait between being sat and being served but people like Summer make that easily overlooked. Keep up with the changes. The difference is notable. read more

Food is usually pretty good, service is spotty, but today we were over charged. Pretty sure on purpose to drive our bill up. Note we generally tip 40-50%, I am a bartender. The server charged us for celery and two beers we didn't have and one we didn't ask for and specifically said no to. That's not ok. We will not be back. Hooters is still a decent place to sit and watch a sporting event on TV and have some snacks and beer. Decent wings, cold beer, higher than expected prices. Service is generally okay, nothing special, frequently slow (but that may be the kitchen.) Good variety of wing sauces and rubs, although I am convinced they have cooled the sauces down quite a bit over the years. My daughter likes the buffalo shrimp, they are dependably good. The pretzel appetizer is usually okay, but sometimes seems to be on the stale side. Good food, great service. If you're a good tipper, ask for Kendall. She was a great server, attentive, happy, and always smiling. She's worth the visit. If you're not a good tipper, you should probably just stay at home and eat at home. Why? Because all the servers at all the restaurants you frequent talk about what a terrible tipper you are to the rest of the staff, don't want to serve you, and don't care if you get good service or not. Met coworkers there Sunday 11/3 to watch the Cowboys-Falcons game. Everything was OK and the place was full until I ordered 15 Daytona wings for about $25.00. When they came out they were ice cold. It was like they were premade and sitting around and then sauce was slathered on. First, I have not been to this location in years and we decided to grab some wings so we stopped in. The place is a wreck. The floor is buckling and had tables trying to hide it. The booths are cracked and in need of replacement. The tv right in front of me was broken and had black marks in the screen with lines through it. The table i was sitting at rocked back on forth. I opened my silverware which was wrapped in a napkin. The napkin stuck to the knife because it was dirty. I looked at the fork and it had pieces of food on it still. Lucky for my i could eat everything with my hands. The food was ok, we ordered Korean bbq wings and they tasted ok. We also got a order of lots of tots and they are way smaller than they used to be. I have been coming to this Hooters for at least 10 years and have always had great service. Tonight I called an hour before close and made a pick up order which I was told would be ready in 30 mins. I arrived in 20, which is about 35 mins before closing at this point. All TVs still on but all doors locked and when I tried calling back 5 times no one answered. This is very poor customer service at the least, having to drive all the way there thinking my food would be ready and even after waiting outside knocking on doors for 35 additional mins tell close, still never received my food nor spoke to anyone. Five months after I last came here, I stopped in for lunch. I was immediately seated and my Hooters Girl came over, sat down, and had a little conversation with me. I was impressed as my previous visits the Hooters Girls didn't do that. However as soon as she took my order, conversation was done, and she returned to the front door for chat with the other Hooters Girls. Food was good. I ordered the Speedway chicken Sandwich. Nice flavor, good sized sandwich. The facility is old, and really needs a facelift. many of the photos have been on the wall for over a decade, some neon signage has not worked in some time. This franchise simply doesn't promote the "specialness" of the Hooters Girl interaction with the customers. I notice it not just at my table, but with every customer in the place. I've been coming to this hooters a few times and the last 2 times have probably been the worst experience ever. 1st bad visit: my friend and I had lunch and we wanted a beer. 10 minutes later the waitress tells us the tap is broken, want something else? I said sure, can we get Miller light on the house jokingly. Her response, no with a grin. Well, we also put in an order of Big Dipper fries with cheese. When that came out, she tossed it on the table!!! My friend looked at me and said what did you do to her? I said nothing, why did she tossed it like that? Needless to say, we got our checks and left. Talked to the manager and he was cool. One reason why I never wrote a review yet. 2nd: this happened on Monday February 17th around 2pm. All you can eat wings and I'm excited. First off, when my friend and I arrived, there was no hostess to seat us. Waited about two minutes for anyone to approach us. She took us to our table and left. We literally waited over ten minutes before I had to ask the same girl who's our waitress? She told us, oh Victoria is supposed to be your waitress, I'll go get her. I watched her walk to her co-worker which she was already waiting on a table that just sat down. I saw her talked for about ten seconds and the waitress I'm assuming is Victoria just looked over at our table. Shortly after that, her and the table she was waiting started laughing!!! What I don't understand is, why did the first waitress that sat us, wasn't our waitress? She was waiting on a table directly behind us. Also, why did the two white guys that arrived 10 minutes after us, got seated quickly and service right away? I'm talking about the table "Victoria" was waiting? Is this a racial discrimination? TL;DR: Wednesday specials, bottomless boneless wings and fries for ~$15 WINGS I've always been a fan of Hooters wings. Their bone-in traditional wings are pretty tasty. But lately, we have been visiting this Hooters on Wednesday nights for the Wingsday speical. All you can eat boneless wings and fries. You get 10 wings at a time, and a heaping serving of fries (either curly or their big dipper fries). I usually much prefer bone in wings, but these boneless wings are good. The breading to chicken ration is perfect. Recently they just added more sauces and rubs to their menu. There are a ton to choose from. Some of my faves: - chipotle honey - hot (traditional buffalo sauce) - garlic Parmesan - habanero bbq (SUPER SPICY) the service is always good when we go, and it's nice that they have so many TVs to watch any game you want. read more

We were out shopping and stopped in for lunch, we had not been to a Hooters since leaving IL 2 years ago. I have to say WOW what service! We had a wonderful server, very attentive, not too pushy, just perfect timing! The food was great! We had an appetizer of Beer cheese and pretzels, which we had to force ourselves to stop eating, or there would have been no room for our wings. First of all, no one goes to Hooters for the food. It's sub-par at best. My complaints are about the service. I'm in town for work and have been to this location several times in the past few weeks. I can honestly say that today was the last time. Almost every time I have been there, I've felt ignored and like I was an inconvenience for the waitresses. In fairness, there were two waitresses who did not ignore me, made sure I felt welcome and always came by to see if I needed anything. Two days out of at least 14 days does not make a good experience. This evenings disappointment centered around the fact that 4 of the waitresses spent almost the entire time I was there with one customer. Normally, this wouldn't have bothered me except for the fact that one of the four was my waitress and I sat there waiting for service for at least 15 minutes because she was too busy to come over and take my drink order. Come to find out that customer was her boyfriend. Now I don't begrudge the waitresses having a personal life outside of work, but I do expect not to sit there waiting for another drink for 15+ minutes or waiting for my bill for 15+ minutes. All in all, I will find someplace else for my evening meals. read more

It has been well over 15 years since I have been in a Hooters. I think of mostly young guys going in there drinking beer and watching the girls.... In the meantime, I heard about their Hot Wings and I wanted to give it a try, AND I glad I did.... The place is nice and clean and of course I had NO problem in finding a seat as it was 2:30pm. There were plenty of flat screen all around with many different sports to watch... Many guys were in there having lunch, and I was in there wanting to try the Hot Wings. So when my Waitress came over, I could tell... it was going to be difficult to keep my eye on the Menu. For this Senior Guy, I was delighted to have some nice, "Eye Candy" early in the Afternoon. If you know what I mean.... lol I looked at the Menu and I saw Deep Fried Pickle slices, and of course I just had to have an order.... I decided I would have both the pickles and wings. Pickles first... When the pickles came out, they were perfectly cooked and they had a really nice flavor. Plus Hooters give you a lot for your money... I had the Chipolte Ranch Dressing for dipping and I just could not seem to get enough. When my server came over, she told me the 911 Wings were the Hottest and not many can eat the 911. So, I asked if I could have the 911, beyond Nuclear Explosion. She looked at me like I was NUTS... which I am, however I know from the past.... 911 is not usually HOT. I asked her to please explain to the Chef what I wanted. She quickly came back to tell me I would be in for a nice surprise. When the Wings came out. I could SMELL the HEAT! and I am not talking Temperature Hot... I had the Cool Ranch Dressing. The first thing I noticed, was the size of the Wings. They are huge and plump. I realized, I had ordered too many since I had just eaten the pickles... So, she stood by to watch me take my first bite so she could report it to the Chef. She was amazed with the amount of Sweat coming off of my forehead, however these were REAL HOT Wings, and the way I like them... Plus, lots of meat on those bones.... I am giving it 5 Stars for excellent Service; Fixed the Wings the way I requested & the Pickles were beyond Excellent. The Manager came over to thank me for coming in and making sure all was fine. Great Service, as I felt like I was KING in Hooters. Plus the Young Girls looked really nice. Even for this Old F*rt... I was enjoying myself watching the Girls. I've been coming here every blue moon for some wings because I think their wings are just better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Normally I get better service too, so that's a plus. I was a little upset over the past few years ever since Quaker steak and lube left Richmond area, and could find wings that could meet their heat. Hooters claimed their spicy garlic was hot, but it was not. Barely mild at best. So when they released their Ghost Pepper sauce, I had to try it. I'm giving them 5 stars because I'm hoping the good karma will circle back around really fast and save my soul from dropping out into the toilet, which I have been on since around 10pm last night. My insides are just destroyed. I can feel the heat radiating from my small intestine at this point, and it's 68° in my home but I'm sweating. It feels like my body wants to vomit all my intestines out the wrong end and clog my plumbing. I really don't want to leave the earth like this, sitting on the toilet. I've made a lot of stupid decisions in my life, but I still have so much to live for and I promise I will do better if I can just get through this. If the good karma doesn't come back and save me, tell my wife I love her, and I'll change my mind and have a baby with her. read more

I got to Hooters 2-3x per month and typically spend $40-50 a time. I came for lunch today and had such a bad experience! My food when I picked it up was very cold and soggy. The shrimp were drenched in grease and had all the batter coming off. Very upsetting. read more
