My son and I will go here quite often and the service is always exceptional. Great TVs and a great spot to watch games as well as play trivia. Comfortable sports bar interior. Service is great and their rewards program is really good. My son loves their burgers, and I still find buffalo wild wings sauce is hard to beat. read more

Every time we go to this B Dubs they tell us the patio isn't open because they don't have enough servers. Well we were there last night, they told us the same thing about the patio being closed, we ended up eating in the bar. I saw at least 6 employees standing around. The place wasn't busy at all. There's no reason why someone couldn't wait on us on the patio. They'd rather see us leave than wait on us on the patio. It's very frustrating!!!! read more

Didn't read the reviews before we came. Just needed mac and cheese nearby after a day at the zoo, and it was handy. BOGO boneless Thursday, which wasn't exactly what Sweetie and I wanted but too good a deal to pass up. I tried their new bourbon sauce and the hot bbq. Decent boneless wings, meaty, crispy, and the sauces were fine but nothing special. Still, a ton of food at a good price. I also got cheese curds, which were pretty good, and K ate some of them and loved them (well, the cheese; she picked off the batter for some reason.) I asked for celery and got a ton, and lots of dressing. Took home wings for Sweetie, and potato wedges. K barely ate the mac and fries since she devoured curds, so we took them home for later. Great service, and very helpful with kid-specific stuff. Reasonable price (on BOGO days.) Inside was clean, and big, with loads of screens if you want to watch a game. read more

Service was very slow. Got the fried pickles to start. They were more soggy than crunchy. I got the blt with fries. And my spouse got 10 wings with sauce. The chicken wings were huge so I guess that made up for the pickles. read more

Radically oversauced with the wrong sauce. Had to re-toss them just to reduce the goo. These were quite small, which has become a sad norm for a once good wing place. Tons of better options: Lee's Sports Pub in Plain City, Press Pub on Fifth, yogi's, Average Joe's, even Rusty Bucket. Such a shame that they have abdicated on quality. This used to be a much better chain. read more

Food was decent and tasted good but our wings came out stone cold while other items on the entrees were hot, the atmosphere was very good and wasn't busy when we entered. However the service itself was horrid. We sat for an hour and a half before our party of 18 was fully served with food. Refills were slow and most of our appetizer didn't even come out until the 45 minute mark. Very dissatisfied and would not return. read more

Took 20 mins to even get a drink. Took over an hour to even put a food order in. Our bartender kept disappearing.

We hadn't been to a BW3's in years but we were glad we did! Very clean, great place for kids, the wings were really crispy & delicious!

Uber eats and this location is horrible!! They never get the order correct. I called the store and the manager "Brandon" said he packed the food himself. Well Brandon you did a horrible job and didn't add the main thing you are known for.... "Wings" also forgot the veggie boat and ranch. Horrible customer service with "Brandon" too. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings has gone downhill tremendously. Literally was in the restaurant for 3+ hours because of the incompetence of our server. I'd understand if it was busy, but the restaurant wasn't even halfway full. it was literally 30 minutes until someone came up to even take drink orders and it wasn't even our own server. Then when I asked if I could pay my bill at the front, I was told I'd had to check out with our server who is already taking forever and a day. Literally wasted my time. read more

I ordered food through doordash because I am in quarantine and I love BWW. Every single time I have ordered through doordash my order goes to this store and every SINGLE time my order looks worse than food that was chewed up by a dog. $35.00 for this?! I mean seriously, how is this GM and staff still in a job? I am a restaurant owner and TRUST me have this staff been working for me I would have FIRED every one of you. Your service is horrible, Your food is the worst (I would never send anything this gross out my doors), Do you people just not care? You all need to seriously answer this because not only have I called your Corporate HQ in Minnesota, I am going to follow up with the Health Department. To all you who are reading the reviews, my serious professional suggestion is if you value your health, love good properly cooked food, and a good service staff who cares.. DON'T GO HERE. Go to the BWW's in Polaris or go to the one in Delaware, They care, they give you good food. Don't waste your time with Powell's location. read more

Not great, not bad. Appetizer combo is a pretty good value compared to other options on the menu, and I very much appreciate they use fresh jalapenos on their nachos! The pitcher specials aren't that great of a value. Their mixed drinks are surprisingly good for a chain wing spot. Pretty strong and not too sweet like a lot of other places. Sort of pricey though, overall decent value. Not sure why so many negative reviews here. It's a chain restaurant with suuuper loud games on. Not much else to expect. I prefer bdubs wings to other chains. I get their chipotle bbq dry rub, a little zingy but perfect. I would say they go pretty heavy on the dry rubs though. Less is more? If you're wanting some decent food and to watch a game I would definitely recommend coming here. It's very loud here all the time, keep that in mind. If you weren't here to watch a game, I could see that becoming irritating. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Strawberry Coronarita and Sunday special $5 bud light mini pitcher - Chicken Wings Near Me - Powell, Ohio

terrible service and found hair in my food and put no sauce on wings very disappointed don't come here

The service here was horrible. The staff was running around like chickens with their heads cut off while the manager stood in the dining room and watched tv. It took a long time for a waitress to even come over and take our orders, but after she finally did, the food came out fast and with typical BWW quality. They have about 5 tables outside and every other booth inside is blocked off. It seemed really chaotic and mismanaged all-around. My husband and I are big BWW aficionados, and this was probably the worst location we've ever visited. read more

Poor service. Ordered wings - came out barely warm with wrong sauce. Had to flag down MGR. to help me. Replaced with correct order but didn't replace ble cheese side. I'm convinced kitchen has cooked wings that just sit and then are used to fill orders instead of cooking each order fresh. Sat at bar and they have new lights that display how dirty the floor and bar panels underneath. Looks like it hasn't been scrubbed in weeks. read more

Went here after zoo lights. Wasn't too busy. Got my water and beer pretty quick. Server took the order but man we waited a long time for some food. Shouldn't take that long for simple order. The walls of this place at our booth were disgusting. Makes me question what the kitchen is like. Pretty simple to take a cleaning spray and wipe down the place. Especially being in a nice city and location they should have a clean feeling establishment. Attached a pic of the junk on one part of the walls at the booth. Not pleasant to look at while eating. read more

I've been coming to this location for years. First and foremost, it's a chain. I seldom see consistent staff here, and they are mostly a "family friendly" place where mom and dad can grab a beer and watch a game with their kids around. It gets loud. Certain games/sporting events will fill the place. I have had a couple "not good" experiences and far more good/better experiences - with my kids, the grandparents, or just getting takeout. Overall - it's what you'd expect for a chain. The food is okay, the service is adequate, and the domestic beer is chilled. read more

SLOW service sums up this bdubs. The only thing that kept me from rating a 2 is the fact that they do well with refilling drinks. The food was awesome, the service just put a downer on everything read more

Couldn't say how the food was, we never made it that far. The service was abysmal. No staff, only bar seating was available due to lack of servers, meaning more than half of the tables couldn't be used. We had a party of 6 (4 kids), only high top table was available with 4 chairs and the host and manger both dismissed us and told us to find a seat in the bar area. Needless to say, we walked out and won't be coming back. read more

This place is going bad... The place is empty, really slow service for 4 tables. I asked waitress for lemon for drinks they don't have lemon, my sandwich I ordered has avocado but they don't have an avocado. And my bean burger was crunchy burnt and cold, wasn't edible. When I told my waitress, she gave me stinky eyes, It was very rude, no sorry or no manager come talk to me. My family's diner wasn't good either. They used to be pretty good, but not sure they changed manager? Bad service, bad food. read more

First off let me start out with saying the food was great and the beer was great. The service on the other hand was the absolute worst. Our servers name was Zachary and the only reason I know that was because of the receipt. He did not tell us his name basically just said what can I get you after taking forever to even get to our table. Mind you the restaurant was not busy by any means so that could not have been the issue at all. He dropped the food off and almost sprinted away and I had to says hey can we get come ketchup which I had let him know we needed when ordering. After that, he never checked up on us. He walked by at least 7 times while I had an empty glass in front of me. I finally tracked him down just to ask for more apple juice for my toddler. Again didn't ask if we needed anything else. Can't say we will be back to that location anytime soon. read more

I've seen poor reviews for a store south of Powell but the one we enjoy is just south of Orange road on 23. Great bar staff and tasty food every trip. The veggie burger here is hard to beat and the food is consistently good. We eat here 2-3 times a month and get good service with consistently delicious food. Hard to beat read more

WHY did we go here?? I read the reviews and should have known better. The service and food was pretty bad. We went on a football Sunday night and got a seat right away - they were not busy at all. We ordered drinks and appetizers right away and then our server came back to take our entree order. I ordered the nachos, but was informed they were out of chili. What? It's 6pm on a football mid-January Sunday night, you're not busy, and you don't have chili? 25 minutes go by and still no food... we hadn't really touched our sodas but we were delivered two new drinks each - making a total of 6 full drinks on our table of two people... okay, but kind of wasteful! Finally our meals arrived, but still no appetizers. When I asked what happened to our appetizers, the server responded with "Uh, did you still want them?" WHAT?! Being as hungry as we were, we said yes. She returned within 2 minutes with the appetizers. We asked how long they had been sitting waiting to be delivered to the table and she responded "Well, our kitchen is really slow." WHAT?! The food and appetizers were all lukewarm and almost gross. What a disappointment. read more

It used to be a lot better, waited 20 minutes past time on delivery, servers on phones too busy to talk to customers, cold food, service once in a blue moon. Half the store is closed off and they rarely have more then a few tables filled, just most the staff wants to sit in the back instead. read more

This locations has poor reviews and for good reason! We waiting to be acknowledged for at least ten minutes, they seemed to only have a hand full of employees who were actually working and not just standing around, and employees would shout from across the restaurant about topics that probably should've been discussed away from customers. When the waiter did finally show up, he was very attentive and did a great job. The meal itself and that individual server are the only reasons Im giving this review more than one star. read more

Why anyone would ever eat here is beyond me. The wings are about the most expensive, gross tasting, smallest excuse for prepared chicken. I once showed a buddy who got takeout from here and I got it from Hoggy's the slow smoked gigantic wings that came with my meal...we held them up together and any of the ones in my box were the size of two or more of BW's wings. Plus the sauce wasn't chunky and the Hoggy's wings had a clear advantage of a smoke ring. He threw his away and went to Hoggy's. Unfortunately the nearest Hoggy's is now in Gahanna. I suggest The Tilted Kilt or Quaker Steak for wings. The sides here are no better, the potato wedges taste like they've been laying in grease for days. As far as sports bars go, again the Tilted Kilt wins...better wings, better screens, over 100 beers on tap, hotter servers. read more

We had wings from here tonight. We ordered them extra wet and extra crispy. We asked them to be cooked for 25 or 30 mins. They were very raw and dry. Our fries were cold. Give me an S.... Give me an L.... Give me an O... Give me a W.... what's that spell?...... Ssssssssllllllloooooooowwwwwwww. OH MY! I have never experienced such slow service in my life. I went here assuming I would get the same or similar experience I get at other BWWs. I should have checked Yelp first. What I experienced was the same that many other Yelp reviews report about this location. The service is slow. Not just slow.... INCREDIBLY SLOW!!!!. Frustratingly slow. It's "Oh my god, when is my food finally going to arrive" slow. And while I'm thinking about it, I should probably mention, this place is slow. And a few more things before I wrap up, the place is slow, slow, and slow. read more

Absolutely horrible! Knowing thats its only minutes from Columbus zoo anyone would expect wonderful service etc. My servers name is Derek and oh my! Not very attentive got our orders... Never asked if we wanted ranch blue cheese all the traditional BWW saying... Came by our table 5 times and our cups where empty for id say 15 minutes... I had enough and had to get the manager involved and spoke to him.... He made things a bit better but definetly not visiting this BWW! It really needs a brand new staff ! ASAP! read more

Yes, I know it's a B-dubs, but knowing this I still feel as though there's a standard of B-dubbiness that must be met. The Powell location did not achieve this. We stopped here for lunch last Sunday on the way to the Zoo. I was trying to be good albeit tempted by all the yummy fried saucy morsels I usually order. With much restrain I ordered a grilled chicken salad. The salad arrived with rotten, wilty lettuce. It was truly inedible and needed to be sent back to the kitchen. The waiter came over and said it would be taken off my bill and would I like something else? I requested a replacement salad if they had fresh lettuce. He agreed to look into it with the chef. Then the manager came over and asked if they could use the same chicken on a new bed of lettuce. I thought this strange, but I was starving so I said yes. I finally received the salad I had ordered with not so much as an apology from the manager (Isn't customer satisfaction their #1 aim in these chain restaurants when they creep table to table asking if you're enjoying your meal?) And in the end I was charged for the salad anyways :( Whatever. It is what it is. I'll stick to the BW3 at Graceland. I've always had a positive experience there. read more

I was in the mood for some wings at a place nearby. So, we stopped into BWW again. Inside, this place at first glance looks like a sports pub, but you feel like it is more of a Chucky Cheese! There was a large party (over 20 adults and children) in the dining area. So, we went back to the bar area. The kids were out of control without parental supervision in sight. Four year olds were running along bench seats. Others were chasing each other in and around the high top tables. The bartender - quite frankly - I was worried he was going to have a nervous breakdown. I raised issue with him that the situation was out of control and presented a safety issue for the kids and patrons. He disappeared to get the manager. The manager had no clue! He walks over to where the kids are (instead of approaching the large party of adults) and softly goes about "shushing" them. Really?! I know I saw him talking with the party's wait staff, What would have made most sense would have been the manager to man-up, approach the parents, make them aware safety concerns and request some parental supervision. The service was okay, but my water glass went empty and could not get assistance. I know the person waiting on us stepped out for a break, which left one wait person in the area. I ordered boneless wings. Okay - don't get them. They are a heavily breaded facsimile of chicken nuggets dunked in a hot sauce. They were overly cooked. I did have to look inside to check and see if there was any actual chicken meat. I rarely will give a one star, but this place deserves it. On more than one occasion, kids are running around without parental supervision. The place does offer different video games. My advice, if you are looking for wings, drive the longer distance and go to a different restaurant. read more
