First time eating at a dine in restaurant since this whole pandemic started. We were hanging out with a birthday boy and he chose bdubs for his birthday. It was a family group of 7 they did let us know that we exceeded the number of people that could be seated together. the most people they could sit together is 6 ppl at a time so we split out party. It was no biggie food was good and service was good too. We came in at about 11:30-noon. And there was only a guy with his daughter dinning in. While we were finishing up it started to fill up with every other table being occupied. They have a QR sticker loCated in the center of the table to scanning with your phone to get the menu directly on you phone screen. We ordered from the "Wild Burger" Menu at B-Dubbs , and let me tell you...they can definitely make a burger ! The Wife got a Single Burger made the way she likes with all the "fixins" plus extra pickles. I got a Double Burger with everything on it. They were both delicious! For sides, she got some Fried Pickles and got Tots with Lemon Pepper and Cheddar Jack Cheese. Yessir! I am so tired of being skimped out of food for the price you pay at this restaurant! We were not given any silverware when we were taken to our table nor when our appetizers came out. The sandwiches had little meat, the fries were sadly scarce and the nachos were cold when they arrived. I do have to say that the Servers were super friendly and accommodating. My husband and I went to this BWW for some food and drinks. There were some food items that we enjoyed and some that we did not but I base my review on the service (mainly the server). He was not very attentive and we had to constantly track him down and ask him to bring napkins, water or to replenish our beer. The chicken wings were delicious but the nachos were not. My husband loves nachos and was under the impression the nachos he ordered was going to be tasteful but it wasn't. His nachos consisted of chopped up chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. The main issue was that it was extremely bland. The chicken had no flavor. My husband barely touched it. My husband was just happy to be out on a date night filled with beer and football so he didn't care much that night but afterwards he expressed his discontent. Warning!! More mask nazis!!! Not a person around and we were heading to the bar where the seats are not set up to allow social distancing and there she was, the one mask nazi in the building. While asking me if I planned on wearing one hers fell down while she was holding beers and drinks INCHES from her face. I told her she's not wearing one why should I at least I'm not serving food without one! We have done takeout twice in the past month and they have gotten my order wrong both times. They don't go through your food with you at the counter anymore, because of current safety protocols. Okay so, I've had bdubs many times. I am from Chicago and i moved here recently. I tried this place one time for carry out and it was sub par. Cold food and drink. So i went there last night a Saturday and they weren't very busy, somehow still stood at the seating stand for 10 mins waiting to be seated. My fiancé and i ordered wings, fries and mac n cheese. First off the Mac n cheese was cold, watery, really no taste at all. The wings were actually okay taste wise, HOWEVER, my fiancé and i both have had non stop diarrhea, and nausea starting about 30 mins after we left, and continuing into the next morning. I am literally writing this review on the toilet. The server was very nice, however everyone else including the cooks are just horrible. Every time I come here, there are 6-7 workers standing around and it takes far too long to get seated and served. I've waited as long as 15 minutes for my order. What is the point of online ordering then? But the worst example is when we actually decided to dine-in last night. We stood in line for 10 minutes at the hostess stand. No one acknowledged us or even looked in our direction. There were other people lining up behind us as well. Finally I went up and asked if they knew that a line was forming and I was told yes. Could have fooled me! We finally went and sat in the bar area. Been to this location dozens of times. Although lately it has been disappointing. Went for lunch a few weeks ago and the main dining area had 2 other tables seated. We actually waited 15-20 minutes after being seated to have a drink order taken. Now onto the to-go orders. Simply put just dont do it. The food is always cold and/or overcooked. Its plain unappealing. A double burger was so greasy and sat on the bun so long that it could not be eaten. And the loaded French fries were utterly horrible. Does management and staff have ANY PROFESSIONAL PRIDE in their work? You would think with the locality next to an IMAX theater this location would be on its best game at all times. "Two outta three ain't bad" After a couple very positive experiences I'm sad to say last night's issues may stop me from returning. In a nutshell I was placed on hold for over seven minutes, after which I hung up, called back and was told to hold again. I quickly mentioned I was already on hold for several minutes and was told there's only one person working register currently and I'd have to "wait like everyone else does" before being hung up on. If I could give this place 0 stars then I would! I'm a huge fan of Buffalo Wild Wings and normally I don't have any issues with their food or service. I went here last week with my family for some wings and beer and they had the traditional bones special that night. We ordered a bunch of different flavors alongside other food and drinks. After I bit into one of my wings, I noticed it was not cooked. I could actually see the blood on the wing. I notified my waiter who then got the manager. The manager asked if we would like new food otherwise he would take care of the bill for us and since we had waited long enough for the food as it was, we just decided to let him take care of the bill as he mentioned. When we got the check, the manager had only taken off $5 from our bill. Apparently the flavor we ordered that had the uncooked meat was taken off the bill. From my understanding, all their wings are cooked the same way and then the sauce is applied. So realistically, there could have been uncooked wings in any of the flavors we ordered. I was very disappointed with the lack of concern the manager had regarding his uncooked food. That had serious potential to get someone sick. The most inconsistent of restaurants I've ever been to. 50% of the staff always gives you attentive service while the other 50% doesn't care if they ever see you again, (read: doesn't care if they receive a tip or not.) The wings could be out of this world, or they can be fatty and chewy. Sometimes the wings come out piping hot with copious amounts of sauce, or they can have that film over them with minimal sauce that tastes like they've sat under a heat lamp for hours. It's a lottery when you eat here depending if you're lucky or not for a good experience. For two people including drinks, you'll spend $40+ here easily....not a 'fast food' option but sometimes comes with the fast food service. I had a poor experience here once and deemed it necessary to file a complaint with the General Manager. He offered to comp our next meal and to simply mention his name to the waiter/waitress and it would be taken care of. We did as he instructed after a decent meal (lucky us!) and the woman Hispanic assistant manager treated us like we were scum of the Earth for complaining and was confused to why we complained. Unreal. I love the atmosphere of the restaurant and the ambiance to watch a football game Sunday night to unwind, but the ever rising prices, inconsistent food, inconsistent service makes me lean towards a competitor such as Wings Etc in Valpo. At least this place is cleaner and better than Quaker Steak & Lube! (Not saying much!) I addressed my concerns to the Board of Directors of BW3s and that fell on deaf ears.
