This is probably my favorite Bw3's. For the most part they are all designed a lot alike, but I love that this one has a really big patio that is screened in. Believe it or not they have huge plasmas outside too which was great when i went there on a UFC nite. I love that they accomodated me at this location-when it was too crowded we found a place outside but it was freezing so they put a heater right next to my table. A few other random couples came out and joined us and it was the start to a great nite. We had a full service dinner-appetizers, salad, lots of wings (i love spicy garlic with ranch) and plenty of beers. Nice specials (depending on location)..Happy Hours,Tuesdays are .35 wings, Thursdays are .60 boneless wings and real cheap drinks- you cant get better than that! BWW is a great place. And this one is tucked into the corner of a shopping center so you also get the advantages of an outside patio to eat, drink and be merry! They do have screens (helps keep out them damn mosquitos!) so as long as it's not tooooo terribly hot, it's a good choice. This one's pretty busy during happy hours and specials nights (Thurs for cheap drinks!) but the bar is a good size and it's not real smoky. The tender chicken wrap is good and good for you, but you might as well have some wings with that beer!! Oh and some of the waitresses can be snippy, just ask for another one. This is my favorite BWW location. I was very disappointed when we came to visit my parents last weekend that we weren't able to go. I love the ice cold beer, potato wedges, and regular or boneless wings with the Asian Zing and Jamacian Jerk. Yum. I am so craving them! I have been here several times with both friends and /or family. A little bit tooloud for me, but I know it is a sports kind of place, so I let that go. They have lots of tv's and is usually crowded. Rarely have to wait for a table, but have not had to wait more than about 20 minutes. When I am with family, my daughter and I usually get a sampler to share then a side for what she wants. Samplers are really good and has a lot of food on them. Always hot when it gets to the table. More than enough food if it is ordered for one person and usually plenty to take home for another meal. My daughter's side choice is usually the potato wedges. Nice pieces of potato and cooked just right so it's not too soft nor too hard. We sometimes get the popcorn shrimp as well. Huge amount of shrinp and worth the price. I do recommend them! Tables are cleaned right away and floors kept nice and clean as well. If you get the right hostess, they will atleast wipe down the menu before giving them to you. NOt all of them do this, but it is nice to see it done. Menus are much dirtier than most think at most restaurants. Dining alone here is good too. It's almost like you are surrounded by friends when it is busy. I do tend to look at the different tv's while I am there. Usually see college games, but once in while I do see a pro game. A definate 5 star and recommend highly! read more

The food and drinks are always good. Mine and my wife's last time there I noticed the condiment holder completely covered in rust while we were sitting at the bar eating I noticed another one that had rust on it a little further down as well. Made me lose my appetite a little bit. read more

Okay sooo it's Tuesday which means it's busier than usual. I understand Tuesday's are busy and I'm willing to wait a little longer. So I decided carry out would be best. I placed my order at 6:16pm they said it would be about an hour wait. I'm like cool I understand that and that's totally fine. I show up an hour later at 7:15pm and they're not done. I'm like okay that's fine, it's Tuesday after all but then I end up waiting an additional hour and a half (8:45pm). They apologize of course and say "it'll be out soon we're making FrEsH WiNgS" but my problem is that they've had over 2 and a half hours to get these wings out. To me this is just ridiculous. The service is terrible, the wait is terrible and overall it just seems like a very chaotic business. No one has any idea what they're doing. If you come here just dine in because you will die of starvation if you get carry out! I just don't recommend this place if I'm honest. I wish them the best though. read more

If you are going for cold beer and good service then you will be more than satisfied, but you'd think that since "wings" is in their name they'd have some decent ones. The "dry rub" that I ordered were basically the basic fried wings overly covered in some powder. There was no rubbing involved. The wet wings were way overly sauced. read more

Yikes! Came here for lunch with a group of coworkers and the service was horrible. We waited almost an hour for our food and my salad was a disgrace. The dressing was thick and too tangy, the bacon was thin and flavorless, the meat was drenched in unnecessary sauce, and the only thing that partially saved it was the blue cheese. This is by far the best B-Dubs location I've ever been to. In fact, I investigated the locations up here in the DFW area when I moved here and none of them really compare. The waitstaff and bartenders have been there for awhile and they're all very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to meet up with a large group. When I'm home for the holidays or a special occasion, we ALWAYS make it a point to come to this place at least once for dinner, drinks and trivia. The food always comes out very fast and the beer prices are reasonable. This location also has an adjacent covered patio for the smokers with TVs and heaters in the winter. Buffalo has really gone down since getting new management. I've never experienced bad customer service/ long waits/ or even taking so long with online orders. I ordered my food 40 min before arriving and it's still not done an hour in. They need to either hire more people or just close down bc this is ridiculous. This one is MUCH better than the one at Webster. I always like to play Buzztime Trivia when I come here. What I always like to get is the chicken wrap, no lettuce, extra cheese, crispy chicken. I also like to get the potato wedges with cheese. Both are tasty. Occasionally, I get the boneless wings with the Honey BBQ sauce, and it's also good. If you are in the Pasadena/Clear Lake area, you should try this place out. Overall, I would recommend this place to others. :D read more

Great spot to watch the games. Customer service is good. Very is cold enough. My only complaint is the foods not that good. After trying a handful of menu items I have settled on their pulled pork but the wings, wraps and burgers disappointed. The atmosphere makes up for the food struggles though so it's still a great spot for Sunday football. read more

This is my go to wIng spot. The service isn't the best but the food comes out fast and it's so good. The wings aren't greasy and they're a pretty good size so I'd say it's worth it. The large fries are more like a small fry so I'd order the waffle fries or buffalo chips if you actually want something worth the price. I'm really not sure what's wrong with this place. Customer service is lacking. Ordered something online for pick up. Arrived to this establishment and after waiting for about 10 minutes one of waitresses asked me if I've been helped. While I was responding I assumed she was going but instead said well it'll be a few minutes. Then another waiter asks if I've been helped and he seemed like he was going to help as well. Finally lo and behold a guy comes out from the back sipping a drink looking like he would prefer to be anywhere else. He fumbled around, was about to hand my order without completing it. In this day and age apparently they don't believe in using gloves as this guy touches my food with his bare hands. I threw that out. Finally he couldn't be bothered to hand me my receipt. Would give 0 stars if could. Immediately was ignored by the staff and had to flag someone down before getting any service, when others didnt. The short white bald headed guy manager was a dick and said we are busy and if you dont like it you can leave (cursed at me) trying to scare someone. When I told him outside anytime he walked away like the coward he was. Another mexican manager tried saying well we are busy and have not enough staff ummm? Is that my problem as the customer? She also said if you dont like it you can leave, which I did because its disgusting how they treat people. Bathrooms were dirty and floors sticky, tables werent wiped, employees on their phones talking to each other. Health department was contacted about the unsanitary conditions. Anyone please do not go here there are much better restaurants with cleaner facilities and much nicer staff who dont hate their job. At Brewingz the service was amazing and they are hands down much better than buffalo wild craps. Management is horrible! The manager, Robert does not support his waiters. I had a gathering of 25 people, and waited 2.5 hours for our food. Thank God for the Astro game! Management should staff properly staff and assist their employee.I found that our waiter was serving us outside and managing tabled inside. I praise the waiter for trying his best, his efforts were noticeable. the manger is a different story... our waiter walked out, that said a lot about management. Robert was finally seen, only to collect our payment and never concerned about our services. To top it off, management lied to my face and said our waiter was only serving my table. My sis and I went to the Pasadena location on a Wednesday. We showed up 6 minutes before happy hour and the bartender didn't even offer the happy hour price. The patio sits right next to the strip's dumpster so all you can smell is "trass", not to mention that it's covered in bugs, cobwebs, grime, and stains all over the walls and floor.
