It's been awhile since I've dined in or ordered out from Buffalo Wild Wings, and now I see why. The online ordering process was not working so I had to call in for my lunch order. While it was ready when I arrived, the chicken was definitely lacking in flavor. My onion rings were still nice and crispy, so that was a plus. Unfortunately, as others have stated, the chicken just was not great. It was dry and definitely did not have enough sauce on them. I tried the lemon pepper seasoning and the honey bbq. I usually love both of these flavors elsewhere but sadly they were fairly bland here. I will likely not come back and stick with other wing places that provide better flavors. read more

Has been a little while and the experience was way better than the last time. Wings and fries were on point. Wings were cooked well and a nice portion size for the wedges. Food came out freaky fast...not a normal for them was impressed. Also, our waitress was amazing, helpful and knew when to come over. The staff changed the TV for us immediately...another nice change. Good atmosphere with the TVs going and people having fun. Also more crowded than normal. Even my wife that is normally not a fan will return again with me in the near future. We stopped in for a recent happy hour and sat at the bar. The new happy hour menu includes, cocktails, beer, and spirits. We started with a beer and a margarita. I ended up added an extra ounce od tequila to cut the sweetness. We got some apps and enjoyed chips and salsas, it was a hefty serving. The restaurant was relatively empty around 3:45pm when we left, the bar was completely full. Service was good, we caught our server before her shift change, but she made sure we were all settled before she left. My husband ordered a serving of wings and they threw in about 4 extra, just perfect for me to snag a few. I'm not sure wht the ratings are so low they've really improved since my last visit here. read more

Well, not doing that again. Honestly, shame on this restaurant and managers for putting their poor servers through the absolute ringer because of the failures in the Back of House. Ordered queso, it was cold. Ordered our food, took a full hour folks...for chicken and fries. Then we got our food and the server tells me they made sure mine was fresh since she noticed it done earlier than the other food- they told her it was remade and again let a cold item be served. Ordered the endless apps only to be afraid of how long it would take to order the second round. Just opt out of this place. To Corporate/owner - give this place some love and attention or close it the f down. This is a completely unacceptable excuse of a restaurant. I've been here a few times over the years, but it's been quite a while. Unfortunately, it seems to food quality has gone down quite a bit. I had traditional wings which were pretty tough, and my table had boneless wings which weren't impressive either. The service was great--we had two servers and they took great care of us and were very personable! We came at a time that was not busy (5pm on Monday/Labor Day) so I am disappointed in how mediocre the food was. Probably won't come back again for wings. read more

We we're told about 20 minutes til our table was ready so we wait, then we're told 5 minutes later it'd actually be about 1 hour. So we leave and come back, when we get back we are seated and we order immediately after being seated. It takes an additional 30 minutes before we get any drinks. 40 minutes til we get our lone appetizer. Then an extra 30 minutes til our food comes. Its been years since I've been to a Buffalo Wild Wings, honestly not my favorite place to go but they have ok bar/junk food and as memory serves a good TV layout and I suspected NFL Sunday ticket would be their thing. So I was extremely disappointed that they were extremely understaffed for noon kickoff on Sunday and didn't have football on a single TV until 12:15. What a joke. I feel bad though as it seems everyone is having trouble getting employees? Not sure where people are getting there money?!?!? Overall outside of that it was a typical BWW experience. The server we did have was very friendly and did her best. The food was fine, not high quality but as I expected. They have a good alcohol selection and prices are reasonable. I likely will not be back for several more years but we will see. I hope our society can solve this employee problem. read more

Dinner on a Sunday proved to be a long wait for a table and then food. Not for poor service, but a staffing shortage. They told us there was one cook that night so the kitchen would take a little longer. The waiter was super attentive with the drinks in the meantime. When the food for our party of five did come, it was hot and cooked to order. The lemon pepper wings (dry rub) were especially good, though we showed up for the burger. I love Bdubs's food, but they are either always understaffed, or the workers just don't want to do their jobs. Every time I order food from them whether it's picking it up, delivery (door dash) they take OVER AN HOUR to even cook the food let alone give it to me, or the dasher. I'm currently sitting here at 10:19pm when I had ordered by food shortly after 9pm. The dasher has been waiting at the restaurant for over 30 mins and the food is still not done. Meh. I've been to this location several times now and I'm not overly impressed with the food or the service. No major issues, just pretty par for the course. Food can be pretty hit and miss. It's a big chain, so my expectations aren't that high. The wings are usually decent, but some of the sauces taste very similar. One bright spot on the menu: the cheese curds! Horrible experience, I placed an order for pick up at 6:30 for my birthday and when I arrived at 7:14pm it still wasn't ready. There was a very long line of people apparently waiting for orders as well. I called to speak with a manager and was on hold for 10 minutes and never spoke with anyone. I wasted my money and time. From the online app I ordered 90 wings on Wing Tuesday. The order was (15x15) x 3. Since the Wing Tuesday rules have changed from buy one get one free to buy one get one for half off and they limit the amount to no more that 15 before you have to order another batch, there is very little benefit to the special anymore. When I got to the restaurant, the front door was locked and two policemen were not allowing anyone in. Kind of odd since the restaurant was full and everyone inside was still eating / drinking / laughing. After a half hour, I drove back home and called the store to cancel my order. The manager told me they would "remake it fresh" and I could come right back. I had paid for it with the mobile app and it would have been a hassle to cancel the CC payment. When I got to the restaurant the front doors were still locked. There were 5 or 6 confused Doordash / Grubhub milling around outside. They said that a jealous boyfriend of one of the workers caused a scene. The doors were still locked and I had to call again and they let me inside. After waiting another five minutes for my order. They pulled out my original that was 30+ minutes old and said here you go. Because of the history of this BWW (read the Yelp reviews from others), I usually check everything before I leave. It was so late that I did not this time. There were three containers with 20 wings each. Each round tub contained 20 wings and a sticker with the number 20 on it. After further discovery, each 20 sticker was deliberately placed over a 30 sticker - exactly the same way - three different times. They did give me about 3 times the amount of carrots and celery as I ordered. I assume that a kitchen person got it wrong and tried to get away with it rather than make it right. This location constantly: Runs out of wings. Shuts down online ordering. Has wait times of over an hour. The service was terrible. We wanted to be seated at a low top table, one that was clearly open in a server's section, and they told us we would have to wait a while for others to leave or just accept a high top. When we received our food, the wings were cold, undersauced, and too tough to even chew. Worst experience ever! The bartender was so high he couldn't remember if he had taken our order . He asked us 3 times if we wanted to Order any wings and we told him we had already given him our order . He never put it in apparently. After 45 minutes we still hadn't gotten our wings so we asked if he knew how much longer it would be , his response was that we hadn't ordered anything . It took us 55 min to get 12 wings . The gentleman sitting next to us at the bar was waiting on a Togo order where he said he had only gotten half of his order.
