I was able to use a free sandwich promotion which brought the total price to $25 for 2 burgers, 1 soda, 1 small fries, tax and tip. OK, it's the day of the Bears Packers playoff game. But this story well and truly earns a single star. Arrived on time to pick up an order that we placed well ahead of time...somehow, the order was at once not yet ready...and still somehow not hot. As an added bonus, arrived home to find that what was in the bag was one order of wings shy of what we ordered. ALWAYS CHECK THE ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE RESTAURANT. Phoned to inquire; "oh, they're right here." Makes one wonder why they didn't make it into the bag, then... Drove back. Obligatory apology; nothing offered to make it right. Finally, discovered that the missing (cold, but fully priced and paid for) wings -- with Desert Heat dry rub -- had obviously been prepared quickly and carelessly -- not even coated -- as though the "rub" had been just been sifted onto one side (which is precisely what I suspect happened). Used to come here with my kids all the time after sporting events and usually enjoyed it. Maybe I'm just getting older and my standards are getting higher (you know, wanting hot food with a correct order that's properly prepared...)...but the other reviews I'm reading suggest something more systemic may be amiss. The food was great, but unfortunately the service completely ruined the experience. I visited today around 2 PM with my dad, who doesn't speak English. While I was explaining the menu to him and trying to place our order, our server walked away in the middle of it. She also made rude comments about what we were ordering, which felt very unprofessional. Because of the poor service, we decided not to leave a tip. i feel very disappointed in my experience at this buffalo wild wings. we came in and were told to sit at the bar are so we did the table had sauces residue on it still. we sat there for about 20 minutes before the server came to our table, keep in mind we were one of the 3 tables in there. we were never brought menus and had to get our own menu off a different table. the service was very slow and we waited about another 30 minutes for 3 plates of wings. the server was very un attentive. i have never had a worse experience at a restaurant than tonight. read more

Multiple groups have walked in and left because there are no clean tables. A group tried to sit in another (clean area) of the restaurant but we're told that section away closed. They had to remove hours old (I've been here an hour, and stuff is still there) plates with food off a dirty table to sit down. Three other groups just left. The whole place smells like old onions. After months of cooking it was finally time to do a take out order. We chose wings as its not something we make at home. Tuesday was their BOGO wings deal so that was an even better time to carryout. We got the 30 wings and a couple of sides, cheese curds and french fries. The order was placed online and was pretty easy. Though online was not able to use gift cards so have to go inside to use those and pay for the order. Everyone was socially distant inside the restaurant. Order wings with sauce on the side instead of on the wings and you get more and it becomes more of a dipping sauce. This location is the worst service in the history of restaurants. A very rude person working the front counter. Orders are slow and the restaurant is extremely understaffed. Delivery came missing multiple items, and what did arrive was cold. Buffalo blames door dash and door dash doesn't answer their phone. I give this Buffalo Wild Wings a 1 star because of these following reasons: My order took over 40 mins when the man told me it would only take 10 mins. There were so many people in the front of the restaurant waiting for their food or to even get a seat. There was a whole room open and would not let anyone sit there. So one of my friends decided that he wanted something spicy and the first thing that came to mind was spicy chicken wings, thus how we ended up at Buffalo Wild Wings. It also helps that it was Tuesday for buy one get one chicken wings. We arrived around lunch time and it wasn't too busy yet, but it got packed real quick and I don't think anyone thought it was going to be so busy for lunch, so I am glad we got there when we did. We ordered two small wing trays with a variety of sauces including: mango habanero, buffalo, honey bbq, and hot. I also ordered a grilled chicken wrap with honey bbq sauce. We also split a basket of potato wedges. It took a little while to come out, but when it did, we were ready to eat. I had one of each wing and my chicken wrap. My favorite wing was the mango habanero and I loved my chicken wrap that I would definitely have it again. So somehow, we were still hungry and ordered a second round of wings in snack size, which is 5 wings per tray. For whatever reason, one of my friends wanted to do Blazin' so we did one of those and a honey bbq. When the wings came, both my friends each ate one of the blazin' and I was not partaking because I was still dying from the mango habanero. Then for I somehow dove in and had a bite of one and then finished off one wing and then did another one and my friends were going nuts. I was dying afterwards for sure, but I was glad I did it. This place remains a haven for beer-guzzling sports fans and parents challenged to keep their children's behavior in check. I note that the menu has expanded beyond wings since our previous unremarkable dine-in years ago. My Missus and her sister were in the mood for wings, but I decided to try the garden salad with chicken. The veggies were fresh and crisp, but the "blackened" chicken breast was reminiscent of rewarmed airplane food and the lemon vinaigrette tasted like cleaning solution. The accompanying garlic toast was not at all crisp and contained barely a spritz of garlic flavor. We requested two separate checks and our server did indeed place 2 checks on the table. When we handed her two credit cards, though, she went ballistic, insisting that she had given us 3 checks. When we responded "No," the server glared at my Missus and all but accused her of evading payment. She grudgingly redid the checks but neither admitted her error nor apologized for insulting my bride. I ordered the 10-piece boneless and fry combo for $12 and change. My wings were very tough, to the point where I could only eat about 4 of them before throwing in the towel. I assume that in the midst of a chicken shortage and rising costs, they switched to the absolute lowest-grade chicken supplier to save money. We're talking prison quality here, so basically inedible. Wow.  We found BOGO wings on Tuesday here to be quite a good value for pretty good wings.  We also found their cheeseburger lunch combo meal to be a great hidden gem of a value - a very decent and generous double cheeseburger with a generous serving of fries and a 20 oz soda bottle - all for $10.  In total, we picked up 42 wings (two 15-wing packs and two 6-wing packs) for $28.48 (basically half price), and two cheeseburger lunch combo meals for $10 each.  They have a lot of sauces to pick from and I counted 23 from their menu.  We selected an assortment - honey bbq, spicy garlic, mango, lemon pepper, and thai curry.  As of this writing I sampled 3 of them, and I found there was a core flavoring with a mild and not overwhelming distinction to the named flavor - just the way I like it.  I also liked that each box of wings was clearly labeled with the wing sauce flavor. As looks typical for a BWW, they have a large, attractive, and currently idled dining space, and hopefully this will change soon enough for them and other surviving restaurants as well.  Overall, I give them 5 stars for the quality and value of our Tuesday BOGO carryout.  Their surprisingly good (only cuz it's a wings place) burger lunch combo stays at 5 stars but I'd probably drop the wings value rating maybe 1 - 1.5 stars at their regular pricing. read more

I came here for the first day of March Madness. I didn't realize you could just walk through to the bar and seat yourself, and there was no sign at the entrance that said that. There was no host, and I waited for five minutes in the front and two employees just walked by me not offering any help. But once I sat myself down, the bartender Dean was very friendly and attentive and the food came quickly. He was waiting most of the tables and still had time to check how I was doing. read more

So overall I'm not a fan of BWW. I can't say I've had any awesome experiences given the amount of times I've been here in my life (which is about 6-8 times). However, I had an open mind coming here last night. So let's start by me getting excited because at the bar I saw they had Seagram's 7! Yes that got me excited because I was thinking "7 and 7" time! However when I asked the bartender for a "7 and 7", she did not know how to make it. Her 1st question was "Do you want that neat?". Who has a 7 and 7 neat? She came back with minimal ice and only the Seagram's. I asked is this a "7 and 7"? She had a blank look as I had to explain what it was. Ughhh that was really annoying so BWW please make sure to train your "bartenders" how to make cocktails. Moving onto the Mild Drumettes, they were fine and surprising larger than I remembered. My friend and I shared the Buffalo chips which were good. However, I did notice the restaurant which was less than half full, was messy. Okay, we can all admit that the food is not divine ambrosia, but it's okay if you manage your expectations. You can eat a greasy, filling lunch for ten bucks. Most of all, I have to give these guys credit for handling large parties with cheerful aplomb. I've eaten there twice with groups of 10+, and not only was the service pleasant, but orders were accurate (with one minor exception), food delivery was reasonably swift, drink refills were prompt, and separate checks were brought out unsolicited.
