We went last night and I was hesitant because I read all the bad reviews. But we went because that is where our friend wanted to celebrate his birthday. We got a table right away and had a great waiter named Jay. He had a good attitude and joked with us. The food took about 20 minutes to come out and was hot and good. The only negative was the hand dryer in the men's bathroom was broken and there were no paper towels according to our friends. My suggestion would be they keep the wipe packets on the tables after eating the messy wings and food. read more

If i could give this place negative stars i would. I dont think i will ever be in attendance at this establishment again. Took forever to be greeted by a server. Took forever for drinks to come out(didnt even get napkins our table ended up getting flooded) . Took even longer for an order to be placed! After receiving the food server disappeared for god knows how long & didnt check on us nor clear the table of our finished drinks. Received appetizers after the main course after having to hawk down our server. Absolutely worst service i've ever received in my life. There's thousands of other better options i pray nobody else has a bad experience like i did. read more

Really disappointed with the customer service at BWW. The staff seemed annoyed and acted like we were bothering them anytime we asked for something. Definitely not the kind of service you expect when you're paying to go out and enjoy a meal. read more

Let me start off by saying the food was edible, but the service, and cleanliness were atrocious. My husband and I were told to have a seat in the bar area, where we found all empty tables to be dirty. We finally sat at a table thinking someone would come by soon to clean the table and take our order, boy were we wrong. It took 25 minutes to be told someone was coming to assist us. When our waiter finally took our order we had to ask for the table to be cleaned. When he washed the table our waiter only cleaned the half of the table we were sitting at. This makes me question how clean things are in general. A half hour later our food arrived, both appetizer and entrees appearing at the same time *sigh* All in all, neither of us could believe how downhill this restaurant has gone. We shall not return. read more

Co worker ordered online here for lunch. I never ate at Buffalo Wild Wings but I was craving some wings this day. We got the special and it comes with 10 pc wings, tots and a drink. The tots were nice and crispy the way I like it and the wings are actually pretty good. I got the classic buffalo and bbq. Our food was ready on time for the online pick up. Also the parking lot wasn't so bad. It was easy getting and out. I would try this place again go lunch. read more

Four of us went here this past Saturday at 5pm before we went to see a 7pm movie up the street. We were greeted at the door and immediately seated. The four us ordered drinks, chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, fries and onion rings. However, the service was so slow! It took forever to get drinks, food and then the check. Fortunately, we arrived two hours before the movie because wait times for everything at this BWW took forever. We ordered our drinks and 20 minutes later had to flag down a server to ask about them. We then placed our entrees orders, and 50 mins later flagged down yet another worker to inquire about the server and our entrees. The waitress said the kitchen was backed up. When the food came, it was fairly good. I had the grilled chicken sandwich, crispy fries and a small side salad. All were fresh, made to order and delicious. My watermelon margarita was tasty, sweet and refreshing!! Round two of our drinks took another 20 mins and we had to flag down another worker to inquire about them also. The workers were friendly when they finally came, but I was curious as to the long wait time for drinks and food when the restaurant was only 1/3 full. I give 2 stars for the food and friendliness of the staff, but docked 3 stars for long wait times. Hopefully this was just an off day. read more

DO NOT come to this location. Dining here was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I came here for the AYCE wings on a Wednesday evening. The service was awfully slow despite the restaurant being almost empty, and our server kept forgetting to bring us what we asked for so it took forever to get our ketchup, and we didn't get our celery until the end of our meal. The wings themselves were also atrocious. They tasted frozen, and every single flavor tasted like pure salt. My stomach hurt so badly after from the amount of sodium and lack of actual flavor. My friend said she normally goes to the Milford location and she actually enjoys the food there, so I would suggest going there instead if you want food that's edible. Also, only 2 stalls in the women's bathroom had working locks. read more

Service was horrible, walked and was handed a menu and told to walk to the back sit anywhere. No where to sit all tables were dirty so we sat at bar. Completely dirty not cleaned. Food came out and it was definitely sitting for a while. Staff was standing around doing nothing. Manager no where to be found not a care in the world. Will never come back to this location. Had boneless and bone in chicken wings, onion rings and coleslaw. Wings were just okay, onion rings were undercooked and greasy. Coleslaw was actually inedible. Tasted rancid. Would never go back. Don't waste your money. I didn't pick up the food so can't comment on service or ambiance. read more

I stopped in to purchase a gift card for Christmas. I was told they were out of gift cards, how could that be at this time of the year if you hope it have future business or increase it. The person that assisted me had an attitude and asked if I wanted to speak with the manager. I waited 15 min. and nobody came out to tell me if the manager was coming or not, so I left, Never will I go to this Buffalo Wild Wings or think of giving a gift card from this restaurant. This location used to be good but it has clearly gone downhill in the last year or two. After eating here years ago my faith was restored in the BWW brand(This location only lol.) I was doing takeout a lot, esp w/ the wing special on Tuesdays and it used to be great but the last few times not so much. Maybe new cooks? Quality control has been down. Last time I dined in here, it was busy and we had a good time, with good food, and good service. This most recent time, the food was okay. The starters were way more enjoyable than the wings. Didn't like the new sauce, so I just wiped it off my wings. One wing was rock hard and inedible.... quality control. The service was lacking. I think our server was handling to-go orders as well. She was clearly doing other jobs and barely around when we needed her, while another server(not our table) stood around playing on her phone.... Btw, when did they stop giving out wet naps cuz we sure didn't gett any... Definitely a newer staff Think imma take another extended break from this place. Maybe they will get the old staff back or hire a new new staff by the time I'm ready to try again.... read more

So to start this off, while the service wasn't that horrible and the atmosphere was fine, the food sucked. I was there with my friend and we ordered ten piece boneless wings, Mac n cheese, salad, fries and chips. The chips were somehow disgusting and stale, I didn't even know you could mess up chips. The wings were drowned in sauce and rubbery. The Mac and cheese was definitely store bought and packet cooked. The fries somehow came out already lukewarm and turned cold fast. The worst of all was the salad, there was a tomato with something black on it, thankfully we were refunded but not even the server knew what it was. We're NEVER going back! read more

Ate at Sliders Sunday, and Buffulo Wild Wings needs to take a few lessons from them in food preparation and customer service. The wings are good but I swear I have not got an order correct the last 4 orders I have placed if not missing blue cheese after purchasing extra or the wrong wings if not the quantity. I actually think the employees must hate the place they are trying to sabotage it cause my wife placed one and I placed 3, two were no blue cheese at all one wrong wings and the other only sent half the order thats 4 for 4 so at this point they have earned this review! The service here is the absolute worst. My wife and son ordered their food while my food was lost! I finally tracked down my server to request the manager. After 20 minutes a manger stopped by. She was friendly and apologized for the delay getting my food. She then said as she would remove the charge from my order. Waiting for 25 minutes and food finally ready. The receipt though showed I was being charged for my free meal as a veteran. Another manager was requested and this individual was extremely rude. He said he was cooking. Both managers were in the back cooking and were busy. That is not my problem. Last week they were closed because they had no kitchen help. My $11 for my free meal on Veteran's day was removed. Well in the end I felt the managers at this restaurant were terrible and hopefully I will never have to deal with that management team. The owner needs to look into their managers because they are awful. read more

Incompetent management. Ordered a chicken quesadilla on Uber eats, of course, to no surprise, I received a cheese quesadilla... So I called up the restaurant, and I speak to the manager who is totally clueless. I told her I ordered a chicken quesadilla and I received a cheese quesadilla instead. Her response? Oh... You must have chosen no chicken on your chicken quesadilla... That option doesn't even exist on UberEats! I hung up with her and got my money back through Uber eats. Incompetent staff read more

All UFC fans beware. Been coming here since I was 16 to watch the PPV cards. That's all the way back since 2017. Since 2021 it seems like it doesn't matter to the staff here anymore. Every once in a while me and friends will go to experience a fight card with hopes of this restaurant returning to its past prominence. But ever since 2021 it seems like the speakers don't work anymore. Hope you enjoy watching muted fights. For the prices here you're better off buying the card on PPV and ordering food with buddies at home. I've seen numerous fight cards here since 2017 and back then the ambiance was awesome lights went low when the main card came on, as well as the ability to ACTUALLY HEAR the announcers. all the way until shortly after the pandemic it was perfect. It's time for UFC to find another partner to host fights, don't go here if you like to hear the fights and have your food in front of you within 45 minutes. read more

HORRENDOUS! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE manager who does not care. STAY AWAY. Walked in on Monday at 7pm. There were people at FOUR tables in the dining area and THREE tables in the bar area. The place was dead. The server took our drink order, returned with the drinks, and then took our food order. About 15 minutes later, she returned with the pretzel bites. The one that I had was still cold in the middle. The other 4 were luck warm at BEST. Nonetheless, we reluctantly ate them because we were hungry (mistake #1). After 30 minutes of waiting for the food, I had to call over the hostess because our server refused to check on us. The hostess checked and brought the food out. I tried ONE dirty tater tot, and it was cold. I tried ONE wing and it was cold. The server finally came over to check to see if everything was alright. I politely told her that the food was unacceptable because it was cold. She argued with me and stated that it had JUST come out of the fryer. I called BS because it would have been hot had it just been pulled out of 350-degree grease. She doubled down and said that it had just come out (BS) and that she would take it back and get new food made. I asked if it would take another 30 minutes, and she said probably 20. I said that was unacceptable and called over a manager. The manager was not interested in what I had to say. I told her that I would pay for the wine and lemonade, but no food as it was all cold. Long story short, she made me pay for the 2 cold appetizers that we begrudgingly ate. She NEVER ONCE apologized for the problem. She had a chip on her shoulder and was rather rude. read more

This place is okay if you're eating in. And by OK I mean you should have your appetizer, drink and meal orders ready by the time the waiter gets to your table because they'll probably disappear, and then be prepared to wait entirely too long to get your mediocre meal brought to the table. Don't order take out under any circumstances- your food will be cold and your order likely wrong. If you for some reason still feel the urge to get take out- don't bother arriving early or at the designated "pick up" time. It'll be at least another 35 minutes read more

I usually don't write a bad review but here goes one. I ordered a Buffalo chicken salad for take out that cost me $14. What I got was something that had me really confused? I have been coming to this location since they opened. I always question why the yelp rating is so low. It has been my go to place for wings for several years. Over the past two or three visits and after this one in particular I now know and agree fully with a one or two star average rating. I always try to offer constructive criticism so management can improve on things. Here's why I rated so low: 1. 5:45 pm arrival to a near empty restaurant 2. Host/ess stand empty and group of employees around corner talking, doing nothing. 3. Seated 2 of us, without the usual question of what event are we here to see so we're near a tv showing our desires program, at a 4 top that was twice the size as a typical 4 top and way to big for 2 people. When I approached the hostess about it, she said we could move to any table we wanted as long as it was on "that side" of the divider wall. Maybe I expected too much but I would think the hostess should've come over to move us and the menus/utensils to our chosen table. 4. Our waitress was very nice, helpful and attentive, but received little support from her colleagues. 5. We ordered a large platter of traditional wings with 3 different coatings. I had asked how many wings are in each size order. This one was supposed to be 18. The order came out in 6-7 minutes. It takes at least 15 minutes to make fresh wings. Granted, when busy, the dryers are always going and we could catch it between frys and have them done sooner than 15 minutes. However, the place was near empty. Our wings came out overdone, dry and a bunch of them cold. Inedible. The waitress said she had to show her manager. I asked to see the manager. He looked at us like we were crazy and argued that the wings were fresh but he'd replace them if we were willing to wait about 16 minutes. I said "no problem". By the way, there were only 17 wings. 6. Our wings came out with 4 pieces of celery. I'm not sure how many we were supposed to get but for a large order of 18 wings I'm sure more than 4. 7. The new order came out. They were hot, still a bit overdone, and very unevenly seasoned. There were only 16 wings and no celery. We asked for celery (they took the original 4 pieces away). They brought out mainly carrots and some celery. I do have to say it was some of the beat celery I've ever had. 8. We never saw the manager again. Enough said. I've seen this story many times. It's unfortunate that a place like this that could and should be so great, that I frequented at least 4 times each month has fallen so far so fast. read more

We just pooped in for lunch. We took our hand sanitising wipes as well, this is the first time we were seating and eating in a restaurant since Feb last year. They had good spacing between customers. It's been 2 weeks since then and we feel okay so no complaints. read more

If I could give a zero, I would. This place needs to be shut down honestly. It's a waste of space. Now that I'm writing this, i don't even know why I brought myself to come back here after the terrible experience that I had 6 months ago. Not only is it 10:21 & I've been here since 10 with NO SERVICE. I also sat myself because I stood at the door for 5 mins with no acknowledgement. I go up to the person working the bar & let her know that I've seated myself & expect for someone to come over. She says okay, but 10 minutes have passed & I still have no service. So now I go up to her & ask if she plans on serving us any time soon, but here we are 10:31 with no even a drink & they close at 11. Just close the entire establishment, it's a waste. read more

Terrible service do not go. Sat down ordered food and drinks and I ordered a alcoholic beverage, the waitress takes my card to the back and checks it and brings me my card and my drink. The manager comes out and sits at the table and asks for my card. I give him the card and he proceeds to tell me that I am lying and that my state issued license is fake. He then discriminates against me and when I proceed to assure him it's real and to check it he tells me that it's a waste of time because it's a fake. Then I try to show him my state issued pistol permit to verify my age and he denies me altogether. Worst service I have ever seen in my life. The waitress was confused the entire time.
