It took an absurd amount of time (over an hour) just to get drinks--long enough that we started wondering if the only bartender on shift had to harvest the hops and stomp on the grapes personally. When the food finally arrived (also, over an hour,) it was not worth the wait. At all! The wings were lukewarm and bland, like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp contemplating their life choices. The chicken tenders were so dry! If I wanted a mouthful of sawdust, I would've gone to Home Depot. The whole experience felt disorganized and poorly managed, with slow service, forgettable food, and zero sense of urgency from the staff. Me and my boyfriend tried to go to eat here, and I wish this review was about the likely to be horrible food, but unfortunately this is about the service. As a previous server myself, I understand if things happen. But leaving a table to wait for 20+ minutes is just unnecessary. There were only 3 maybe 4 seated tables in our area and the rest were either unoccupied or full of trash YET to be cleaned. Multiple people walked past us, made eye contact, and served tables around ours completing ignoring us. It has the feeling of being on the decline with untrained staff, a not particularly clean environment, aging infrastructure and decor, but overall, we enjoyed our experience despite these flaws. Emmanuel who was our server but I also think he was in management or leadership of some sort was particularly on the ball. Kudos to him. Since I am a firm believer in second chances, I decided to give this place another shot, especially since my kids requested it. So, against my better judgment, we came here for their graduation dinner. I call at 5 to see if they take reservations, which the woman on the phone oh so politely told me they did not (my strong sense that she did not want to to talk to anyone at that time just based on her tone). So we get there at a quarter till nine and the place isn't even half full. Great! Nope, not really. The hostess tells me it'll be at least a half hour for a party of six. Ok, fine, we'll wait. I believe the older male was the manager and I'm hoping he looks at these reviews. He seems pretty nice and tried to be accommodating so he told us maybe twenty minutes. Cool, that's better. The booth we were seated at was soaking wet so one of my sons grabbed some paper towels from the bathroom and dried them off himself. Dinner was pretty much the same. We wait another twenty minutes to have our drinks ordered and our waitress skips over one of my son's girlfriend. After we placed our order, it took forty-five minutes to get one of our entrees. The rest of the entrees came out twenty minutes after that. I had the bad misfortune of placing an order to go before we were even done eating dinner, thinking it would save some time. It didn't. I'm giving this place two stars only because the service was good. The place was dirty. Tables were not wiped down and were sticky. Despite the fact there were two people up front serving as hostess they informed us it was "seat yourself " since the main dining area was closed due to a lack of staff. The order was wrong despite the waiter putting it in correctly. The table where we sat ourselves was incredibly wobbly. To me this is a managerial issue. When we walked in, we immediately noticed how no one who was sitting both at the bar and booths had no food, no water, with there only being about 15 people in the restaurant. There was no employee in sight to seat us. The floors were extremely sticky, and I noticed trash all on the ground. I decided to come into this location on a whim on a random weekday afternoon. Part of me wishes that I had checked the reviews beforehand. The place was completely empty but it still took a while to be acknowledged and seated when I arrived. I was serviced by one young woman and she wasn't necessarily rude, but it felt like she was rushing me to pay and leave. Which I found weird because I was literally the only customer in the restaurant so it's not like she was busy tending to many tables. For example, even when I was clearly still in the middle of my meal she asked for my card to process the payment and wanted me to sign the receipt. I don't think there's anything wrong with getting payment out of the way, but usually waiters wait until the customer is close to being done or already done with their meal before waiting for the payment method. I went out to eat with my boyfriend for a date, and we got horrible service. We were already in a drained mood since we were walking around and once we entered it smelled bad. We were served by someone named Zaria and she treated my boyfriend like shit. When she first introduce herself to us I was the main one speaking since my boyfriend wasn't in a good mood and didn't want to be disrespectful. She then ask us what we wanted for our drink, and got off when I only asked for one tea instead of two. After I read it, it said only one guess instead of two which i deem petty and very childish of her to do so. Don't get me wrong... I love Buffalo Wild Wings. I just don't care for this particular location. Street parking is almost impossible. There is plenty of garage parking but I personally don't care for parking in a garage then hiking to a restaurant. This location seems a bit dark and gloomy. It's in need of a few upgrades or maybe some sprucing up. I had a great server and the wings were yummy. I do like the selection of sauces available. My personal faves are. Parmesan Garlic, Mild and Teriyaki. If you like the sauces as much as I do you can purchase them at the restaurant and use them at home. They all pair well with salmon or any of your chicken dishes. We had a few ciders and rooted for our team on game day. I do like this chain restaurant but I was not a fan of this particular location. My party of 4 had gotten here at 6:30pm ahead of a Broadway show we had tickets to starting at 8. We were met by about 10 people standing in the foyer being ignored as they waited for seating in the near empty establishment. After a few minutes we sat ourselves and let someone know. Our waitress started our drink order only to be interrupted by another patron who had an issue with his charges. Instead of asking him to kindly give her a minute to finish taking our drink order she abandoned us to help him. She later admitted whatever happened was her fault. My next thought was, "oh no, what do WE now have to look forward to?" We get our drink orders in and it took them roughly 10-15 minutes to be brought to the table. 3 people in my party ordered burgers and I got the combo appetizer. After the food took FOREVER, everyone got theirs but me. Despite one of their burgers being loaded with the mayo and mustard she requested be deleted everyone was pretty much done eating by the time my combo arrived!!! The waitress informed us the kitchen forgot it and that the manager was back in the kitchen cracking the whip on them (is what she said verbatim). I'm wondering why the manager wasn't at our table explaining this and sent the waitress to apologize!!! The manager brought my combo player finally but by now the play was already starting. Went to this location a week ago, right at noon. The place was nearly empty with a full staff lounging about the restaurant. Some were laid down in the booths. While the others were in groups chatting away. Our server was good though, very attentive. We ordered the wings, and believe it or not, it was my first time eating wings here. I wasn't impressed at all. They were flash fried wings dipped into sauce. Since the sauce wasn't evenly distributed, I had more than a few bites of unseasoned chicken. Went to this location on 6/23 prior to attending a concert at the scope. There was a sign on the door that said "45 minute wait to be seated." When we walked in there was one customer in the entire restaurant, this is not an exaggeration. The hostess immediately says it's a 45 minute wait. When I look around the restaurant confused she says "only one server showed up today and there is no bartender." Based on all of the other reviews I'm confused as to how this place stays open. Why has Buffalo Wild Wings corporate not stepped in? They are steps away from the scope arena and Chrysler hall. They should be making a killing. read more

This was the first time and last time I will ever eat at Wild Buffalo Wings at this location! The service was horrible... where do they hire their waitresses? They are so slow, lazy, and have no business being a waitress! We asked to speak to the manager and she refused to come out to speak to us as well as to other angry customers. It took us nearly an hour to receive our food. The lazy waitress didn't offer us silverware, napkins or plates. We had to request additional drinks. When she brought out the bill she didn't leave us a pen to sign the check. We had to go ask for a pen! To say the least... our lazy waitress did NOT get a tip. And we always tip 20%! The service is subpar, the wait staff isn't the most professional, the wait time to receive your order is excessively long, and management never goes around to ask about your experience. I've requested my wings extra crispy, but will receive wet wings, that aren't even hot as if the order had been sitting in the back for several minutes. I would suggest hiring management that cares, professional and efficient wait staff, as well as cooks that take pride in the quality and presentation of the food. We attend every Norfolk Admirals home game and absolutely love BDub's great food and awesome selection of drinks - at ANY OTHER LOCATION! We have given them several opportunities at this location but they have failed each time. This last time this past weekend we just walked out after receiving NO greeting or acknowledgment that we were there. That was after sitting there for more than ten minutes! Several very lazy servers stood around joking with each other and there was not a manager in sight. We were not the only ones complaining either. I guess they are too ignorant to add more staff on game nights...I guess this particular garbage management team just can't figure it out. We ended up going to the Twisted Crab next door and had incredible food and service...gave our server a huge tip that she truly deserved. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Whenever I move to a different place, I check where the nearest BDubs is. 2 out of the last 3 times I've ordered carry out from this place, the order was incorrect. I called them in order to get a refund and this whole ordeal took more than 30 minutes to resolve. I have yet to get a call back from the manager when they said they would call me promptly. The organization of a Buffalo Wild Wings relies heavily on the managers and this place doesn't have the correct leadership to run correctly. Located close to the scope we decided to stop after an event It was very convenient since we parked at the MacArthur center mall we first walked in nobody greeted us and I took a while to be seated we were actually contemplating going to a different location but alas a young lady showed up she sat us and we had a waiter greet us pretty quick he took our drink orders and told me about the app and it's perks I was very grateful he did that and actually earned us a free appetizer for the visit he took our orders and was very polite however our food came out one by one and it took them the longest to bring me my plate which was not made correctly they took it back to fix it and by the time they bought me a new plate we had all finished eating and I had to ask for a to go box which took another 15 minutes The food did taste great and was hot the servers could definitely use some coaching when you have a group of six people one meal at a time does not work well We also had to ask for silverware separately which we actually had a laugh because they brought her on a silver platter lol however I will say the waiter was very polite I believe they were just a bit overwhelmed read more

Sunday afternoon. Didn't see that busy for what I would have expected to be the lunch rush period. Perhaps because some people cook on Sundays. There is a very long bench along the front window where you wait to be seated. I'm glad they have plenty of seating here because far to often at other establishments there is not adequate seating for guests and large parties waiting to be seated. I was greeted as soon as I entered and I sat alone on that long, long bench as I waited for my brother to find parking. There is parking along the street facing the storefront, metered during the week, free on Sundays-I was fortunate enough to find a spot here. There is not any parking on the side streets, but there are three garages as you make your way around the block. So there is adequate parking. We were seated quickly and offered beverages. They did not have the raspberry iced tea that my brother inquired about but he did enjoy their regular lemonade. They offer about 3 lemonade flavors and three iced tea flavors. A "captain" came around to check on us. The captain's responsibility is to keep the customer happy and answer any questions we may have. Sara informed us of the new "lab flavors" and that they were out of two of the sauces but that they may be in tomorrow. Of course bro was about to get on the road for a six hour drive home so that was not helpful in our case. My wing lovin brother was curious about two of the flavors and inquired if there was a way to taste them. The Captain came over with a serving of fries and six squirt bottles. She squirted out samples of two flavors: sea salt caramel and Jamaican jerk. Oh how we dipped our fries and "sampled." My brother got 5 of each flavor (traditional wings). Excellent customer service. They asked us so many times if everything was satisfactory and refreshed the lemonade a few times. I've been to different Buffalo Wild Wings but this one is the worst. The wings tasted the same but I had the same cheeseburger from the one in Landstown and here, they are totally different. The one I had in Landstown was hot and juicy, and the bun was hot and crunchy. The one I had here, the meat was way overcooked, dry and tasteless. The bun was straight out of the package cuz it was cold and not toasted. The service is not good too. The manager that served us was fine but the servers are awkward. They didn't do anything super rude but something like how servers should talk and act, they seems like they didn't know about all these stuff.
