Apologies for the lack of photos with this review, apparently I blacked out from hunger and just went to town before I score some drool-worthy wing photos for Yelp. So, as of late, I pretty rarely eat carbs (usually under 25g/day). It's not that I'm trying to be on some snobby diet, I just feel better when I don't eat carbs. As a result, my diet has gotten a lot healthier... BUT... Once in awhile, I still want junk food that doesn't make me completely hate myself. Honestly, chicken wings are one of the few foods that fit the bill! I can stuff my face with chicken wings (even dipping them in sauces with high fat-content) and still not totally break a low-carb diet. I really have to give credit to B-dubs for some stellar wings...they were clearly on their A-game. The wings were super juicy and not at all dry. The flavor was great and really satisfied my junk-food craving. I don't think that Bdubs has the best wings in town or anything, but I was SUPER satisfied with this easy carry-out option. Negative stars if I could. Literally the worst dubs I've ever been too, keep giving them chances but everytime is a joke. If I order takeout, theres NEVER anyone at the to-go stand or they're standing there on their phones, don't even look up knowing damn well someone is standing in front of them. I haven't been to Buffalo Wild Wings in years because I never felt the food or service justified the price. My husband suggested we give it another try tonight, so I agreed--but unfortunately, the experience was exactly as I remembered. Our server took our order and then immediately sat down at a nearby booth to scroll on her phone. After dropping off our drinks, I noticed mine was wrong. It took a while to get her attention, and when I explained, she seemed annoyed. The "replacement" drink came back in the same glass, but this time tinted red. I had ordered the cherry limeade (advertised as Starry with lime, grenadine, and vodka), yet what I received was the drink I was initially served, but they had added grenadine. To make it more confusing, the table next to us also ordered the spiked limeade--and theirs came in a different glass, with an actual lime garnish, looking nothing like what I was served. We ordered around 7:10, and our food arrived about twenty minutes later. My onion rings were cold, and I received the wrong sauce. Once again, I had to flag down our server to get it corrected. Overall, the food tasted cold and microwaved, the drinks were inconsistent, and the service was inattentive. Server was attentive at first but after the food came out she couldn't care less about anything. My husband's wings and son's wings came out so hard as rocks they were inedible. The manager said it was because they were double fried but we are regulars at another bdubs and know what they taste like ... It took 15mins for someone to come back and check with us. Let the server know, took manager 10 mins to come out. They promptly replaced the wings and they were better. Then asked for boxes and a cookie with ice cream to go. She cashed us out and we waited half an hour for a cookie and ice cream to go. Dropped it off, no bag for any of boxes. No sorry about the service or the wait from anyone. I have grown up on these great wings/flavors... I love spicy garlic. That being said. The last 2 times I ordered wings (one time dine in and one time pick up) the wings were small which was ok but then overcooked and cold. Not anyone's fault just disappointed. Don't need a handout. I don't typically frequent BWW but enjoy my experience there. I sat at the bar and was struggling to make up my mind on what to eat. The bartender suggested the honey bbq flat bread and it was certainly a good suggestion. I asked if I could sample a few beers before I made a choice. I was a little frustrated to find out you have to pay for each sample after the fact of paying. Didn't know that was a thing or I would have just picked something I knew. It seems that prices continue to go up but quality doesn't go up with it. I'm fairly certain the last review I gave on yelp was a 5 star for this same location. I gave that rating because we received excellent service from the staff. Now I'm giving a one star because of the attitude of a staff member: specifically the woman with the "assistant gm tag". Our experience hadn't been great to begin with - food took nearly 40 minutes to come out and when it did come out, it was cold. But the bartender who seemed to be by herself on a busy night was so pleasant, despite clearly needing some support, that I would've let anything slide. But the assistant gm, with her reluctance to help her bartender and then having a rude tone and a smart mouth with me, even though I hadn't had a great experience to begin with was really just too much. Nights arent always going to go perfect, but people in leadership positions should help to make guests feel welcome - she did the exact opposite. The food and experience isn't worth being spoken down to by the people who rely on you, I'll pass. read more

The food is always average here but today it was an all time low. 1) I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it was a flat hammered down chicken that was very dry that came with burnt bread that I couldn't chew. 2) we ordered wings and we were given fake wings - lots of bread with a small bit of chicken. We were surprised to see how empty the place was considering it being a fight night. (Now not surprised). We jokingly asked how it could be so empty as we got seated. Our waiter MITCH (avoid) came with no enthusiasm seeming as if he didn't want another table demanded we only order drinks although we knew we wanted some appetizers. After ordering drinks and finally appetizers MITCH abruptly explained he had the right to refuse us any beverage containing alcohol. This is single handedly the worst establishment of B-Dubs I have ever been to in my entire life. Every time I have dined in they have somehow managed to mess up my order.
