Went there Wed 04/23/2026 to watch the thrid period of the Flyers game. They must have 50 TVs with every sporting event, including women's college softball. I asked if they could change one of the 7 TVs that had a basketball game on to the Flyers game. they said yes. By the time they changed it the game was over. I had some winds and cheese curds. $39 for one person to eat, they couldn't get the game on. What a joke read more

They do not know the liquor laws! My wife and I went in July 5 2026 and had wings and burgers. We also ordered a couple beers. The Bat Tender came over and said he was doing a shift change so I told him to close me out so he could get a tip rather than transfer it to the other server. We closed out and I gave him his tip. We asked the other Bar Tender for a couple beers. He wouldn't serve us unless we ordered food. I told him to look up our last order as we just spent $70 on food. He refused to serve us unless we again ordered food. We will never go back! Place was totally empty on a Sunday. Poor excuse of a Sports Bar! No wonder the place is always empty. First time I have entered a BWW and was carded, wristband put on then when I went to the bar, I was carded again. After sitting down, I ordered a water and a beer, the bartender told me that I needed to order or have food on the table before he can serve me my beer. SMH, I ordered fried pickles, they came out greasy and like a child's portion. Got my beer.....smh. Then I ordered wings and fries. The wing came out cold and super wet with sauce. Like they didn't even shake them in the wings. Just poured the sauce on top. Sent those back.... The manager took off the nasty pickles from my bill. The replacement wings were hot but again sauce just poured on top and I mean over poured. Didn't finish my fries or wing. Finished my beer and paid my tab. This place needs some work on food service and presentation. Will not be back to this place without big changes. I will still go to BWW, just not right away. I have been going to BWW wherever I work in multiple states a cross the US. This place might of just turned me off from coming back or referring my friends and co worker to meet out for drinks. If I could give negative stars I would. The two lady's at the front counter has a very piss poor attitude. They turned us down due to my dad have a Service Dog. And told my friend she could t drink since her ID has a small crack in it (it still scans, was accepted just last night, and was used in vegas just fine). I believe the one of two lady's was the GM. We left but they have been reported through the correct channels. BWW do better. read more

I was a bit underwhelmed. My friends and I went during lunch and the food just wasn't the best. I got traditional and boneless wings which were dry. (No I didn't get a dry rub) But my friend got the loaded tater tots which were really good. The service was weird. The host seemed really new and kept asking us questions about drinking. And our waiter would randomly crouch so we'd have to look over the table and down at him to tell him our order. He would also abruptly stop talking to us and walk away during short conversations we had with him. It wasn't busy, so maybe it was an off day for the restaurant. Overall I would recommend going to a different location or try going during dinner hours. read more

The restaurant wasn't even 1/4 full and we waited to be acknowledged by staff for over 15 minutes. The people in front of us had been there for 25 minutes without anyone even recognizing their existence. One waiter eventually saw us all and looked down and ignored us. Once we were finally sat our orders came out wrong and refills had to be asked about multiple times as they kept forgetting. The last and possibly most egregious thing was that they didn't have the station playing the local college football game. You cannot claim to be a sports bar that doesn't or won't buy ESPN. Multiple people were there wearing gear for the local team expecting to see sports at a sports bar on a wildly popular network and we were all just told they don't have the channel. The vibe of the whole place was very depressing and it seems like they are doing everything they can to lose business/shutdown. read more

I pre-entered my order earlier in the day around 4:30 for a 7:10 pickup, so to my surprise when my order was not ready at 7:25 when I arrived late, it was a bit perplexing. On top of that, I proceeded to not receive my to-go order in my hands until just after 8:00 pm. The front check in area was a mess with personal drinks and trash strewn about, and they even had what appeared to be a shift sign off sheet sitting out in the open (not sure if this documentation should be left out, but what do I know). Whilst waiting, I was asked by no less than 6 people if I had been helped which leads me to believe that the communication is severely lacking across staff members. Think "chickens with their heads cut off." I was even revisited by some of the same staff members and they re-asked me what my name was before disappearing into the abyss of their kitchen to be unhelpful all over again. I am nearly convinced that one of them must have returned to ask my name just so they could chicken scratch "erin sorry for the wait" onto the paper bag that held our dipping sauces. To add insult to injury, upon bringing out my order, the girl said "I already double checked your order so everything should be inside, but feel free to check it as well." The fact that she lacked confidence in her own ability to verify if the four items we ordered were actually in the bag is laughable. Also, I wish I had checked it, because we did not receive all of the items in our order (of course)! I counted the number of patrons in the restaurant and there couldn't have been more than 20. Meanwhile, I also counted at least 8 staff members if not more. I can understand and offer leniency where it feels due, but it was a trainwreck to watch. Watching a severely drunk person do a sobriety test would be leaps and bounds more impressive than the uncoordinated effort by the staff at this Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

Discriminatory & Rude Staff My family had a terrible experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings. They placed a pickup order but decided to dine in. From the beginning the hostess, Nani, refused to help them due to a language barrier. Since my 3 year old niece had outside food, the staff refused to seat them even though they had also purchased food from BWW. Instead of assisting them, the hostess and employees laughed at them due to a language barrier. A CUSTOMER had to step in and explain that they were being mocked for not speaking English. When I called to address it, the manager, Shane, attempted to explain what happened but felt like he wasn't taking accountability or barely apologized. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. We were told that our to-go order would be only about 15 minutes at the most since it was a pretty much empty restaurant. After 22 minutes, my mom had to flag down the hostess to ask about our order. There was no checking in on us to let us know it would be a minute or to give us updates on our order. The hostess (a blonde with a pink bow in her hair) didn't even apologize for the long wait -- she just handed it over like it was nothing. If only 0 stars were possible.. I'm never one to review but had an experience that will prevent me from returning to another BWW again. Called to order pick up and was given 40 minute wait time, not an issue it was Friday. Show up at pick up time and food still wasn't ready, still not an issue. Proceed to wait 35 minutes for our food to be "ready", it's 15 traditional and 15 boneless wings and large fry. Food finally comes out after another 10 minutes "waiting on fries". I get home less than 5 minutes away and when I unpack my food, all of it is less than room temperature... Absolutely inedible! I call the restaurant, when I eventually get the manager and explain that the food wasn't even warm or edible, her only offered remedy was a gift card for $25 (the order was almost $50 after tip). I ask to just simply get a remake as it had already been well over an hour an since this whole debacle began and I'm hungry, she finally agrees as if this idea was revolutionary. Show up for the remake... The wings are nearly bone dry, and at least 2 wings were still raw, didn't feel safe giving much more of a chance.. Avoid this location like the plague! Wings are terrible these days, and prices are high for such poor quality. My son had boneless wings they are worse than McDonald nuggets.

Took about a 6 month break from this place and it actually got worse! I didn't even think it could get worse! The "certified trainer" is currently serving us and I'm pretty sure it's his second day! Fried were old and hard, they said they were fresh but brought out new ones that were actually fresh which means they are knowingly serving old hard crusty food. I came on Tuesday for some wings. Activated the Buy one get one free for the traditional wings on the app. when I arrived I asked before being seated if the BOGO promotion was buy one get one FREE or 50% off since the app said free but their banner at the entrance said 50% off. I was told as long as I dine in is the FREE the app gives. After ordering my food it took a good 25-30 minutes to get my food and the ambient was not pleasant. there was music playing on the dine area but there was different music blasting from the kitchen and a lot of yelling coming from the kitchen. finally time to pay comes and I gave my phone number so the app discount could be applied before paying. After paying I come to find out I didn't get the "free" BOGO I claimed on the app but got the 50% and after asking the waitress she said "Yeah on the app they advertise it as free but it only takes 50% off the second set is not really free". the fact that I was assured when I arrived that yes the "free" deal would apply and being charged differently I do not appreciate. Come here with a lot of patience and only get wings. When we have gone here the servers have always been nice, but the wait for food is long. Also- the chips and salsa are nasty the salsa is sub par store bought salsa. We didn't like the fries or tenders either. The traditional however- were great. A few in our party also really likes the potatoes wedges. It just takes a reallllly long time to get everything- our server even apologized for the kitchen being slow- which was nice. When we first showed up for our takeout order we were told it would be an additional 5 minutes of wait time. This was no problem at first because we were a bit early, we ended up waiting in total about 45 minutes. The entire time, we waited along with about 5-7 other customers that were also waiting to be seated/pickup. During this wait another customer expressed how upset they were about waiting an hour past the pick up time to the young lady up front and receiving his food cold (after we all waited 30+ minutes for her to come back after all the staff disappearing/ignoring us). She told him she'd get the manager and when he came out finally his attitude was extremely disappointing. After the customer told him he'd waited for over an hour and he did not want the food anymore, the manager told him he couldn't do anything because the order was placed on uber eats. The customer understandably was pissed, the manager then proceeded to tell him "Bruh just chill". Those exact words and then walked off. This entire establishment is completely run down, dirty floors, poor customer service, trash cans in the bathrooms overflown and to top it off our food was also completely cold with the smallest pieces of chicken. I hope the guy this happened to leaves a review as well so they can look into management at this place. Truth be told that whole exchange is what prompted me to actually leave a review here. I love Buffalo Wild Wings and I've given this location so many chances. But it's always something. Either the wings are cold, or they forget to bring them out on a consistent basis. It's not just a one time thing which would be fine if it was. The last straw for me today was not being greeted after I had been sat. I sat for almost 30 minutes without someone coming to at least let me know they were my server. It seems they forgot that they sat me. Posting this review so maybe the service and management gets a little better. Won't be back to this location for a while. I hope they figure it out. read more
