Food was surprisingly really hot and fresh....fried pickles...... server was an absolute sweetheart + her makeup was amazing! and yes im talking about Christie. booth was pretty clean, no complaint's about that. read more

It felt like we were more at a night club than a Buffalo Wild Wings. First impression by walking in was that it was dark and loud. The booths felt cheap and the restroom wasn't that clean. Service was a little slow and the chicken fingers felt like they weren't real. Only thing that was good was their boneless wings. read more

This is the first time I went to the Marion Buffalo Wild Wings since i moved here, my wings tasted like they have been sitting and then thrown into some sauce, barely. So they were dry hard and barely had any sauce on them at all no care or quality went into the putting together of my order. Definitely won't be ordering there again. I'm extremely disappointed. read more

Was a little disappointed. Very busy so may have accounted for slow service. Waitress was good but they need more of them. Ordered wings & celery sticks. The sauces are the best but barely have enough. Celery was not near as tender as usual. Wings were on the tough side, especially the skin. Just not as good overall as in the past. It's always loud but all the TVs were working, read more

A bit pricey for me, food is good. Service is iffy, probably go three times a year. A bit pricey for me, food is good. Service is iffy, probably go three times a year. read more

if i could give zero stars i would. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. first we sat for like 10 minutes with absolutely no help or service from anyone. Then she finally came to ask for drinks and mine ended up being flat i asked multiple people for a new drink but not one brought it to me. Then we waited 20 minutes to just simply order our food. We watched as all the new people got there food as we were ignored. Once we finally got to oder she was very VERYYYY rude. Me and my friends asked all nice and respectful but this was a disappointment to us we were frustrated to say the least. Would not recommend this location at all one of the worst food experiences i have had in a while of not ever read more

JADEN IS THE BEST SERVER EVER! foods amazing too, don't know why it's 2.5 stars. Atmosphere is great because of Jaden.

I went Buffalo Wild Wings in Marion, OH for their BOGO special. I was unable to activate the offer due to a problem with their app.The manager was unable or unwilling to honor the special. Not fair since it was a problem with their app. I guess they do not care about customers! read more

I ordered the Parmesan Garlic Traditional Wings via Door Dash. They were terrible! Hard as a rock, very dry and overdone. They didn't even look right. They had to have known that. If I had actually been at the restaurant I would have refused to pay for them. I'm angry about this! They really deserve zero stars. read more

Tried to give this place multiple chances but my god it seems to get worse every time i come. The bartender was lovely at first and then without any really demands it flipped into terrible service followed by a terrible attitude. Foods great tho. read more

The food here I pretty good. The service was pretty good. The vibes and the atmosphere are pretty good. I recommend.

A few years ago this restaurant used to be amazing.... Not so much anymore. Around 4 months ago when we came, we were seated at the far back table right near where the servers go to type stuff on their computer and it was not a well lit area. The restaurant was not super busy, and we had seen numerous servers, but the servers only seemed to really care about the other tables, including our server. It took our server a long time to come to our table to even get our drink orders. Also took the server a long time to bring the drinks to our table, so when she did bring them to our table we placed our order immediately because we had been sitting for so long. We had both finished our drinks and were probably sitting at the table for about 15 minutes with no service, empty drink, no food. Our food finally came but it was cold. We ate about half of the food and decided we just wanted to take the rest home and leave. However, we had to wait another 30 minutes before anybody even came back around for us to ask for the check and boxes... Numerous servers had walked right behind us to type stuff onto their computer, but not a single one helped us. If we were not decent human beings, we could have just walked out and left without paying as nobody seemed to notice us anyways... We had not been back again until tonight. We got in and got seated almost immediately. There was not a line of people waiting to sit, and there were only 5 tables with people at them. The hostess was having to also do the jobs of servers, and bussing tables. I did not see any other staff members out on the floor helping. The waitress took our drink order and came back almost immediately and got our order placed. It took about 10 minutes for our appetizer to come out, but it came out cold.... The waitress did not return again until 15 minutes later with our wings, and never bothered to ask us if we needed anything or if the food was okay.... When we got our wings, they tasted as if they had either been sitting out for quite a while or they were overcooked... they did not come out super warm either... I am definitely not blaming the waitress, as from what I could tell she was doing the job of three people. But I do blame management for not being on site to help out when short staffed. Like I stated, there were only 5 tables with people present, however, one person cannot do a proper job of seating walk ins, bussing tables, and serving/customer servicing the tables. I work in a management position and I can tell you that in order to keep your staff, you need to step up and not only be a leader, but also a teammate willing to help out your team. Your ship will sink very quickly if you keep staffing one team member to handle the job of three. I plan on taking a few months off from coming here yet again because this experience has ruined BW3 for me, yet again. But I do hope to return with everything back in order like how it used to be years ago. read more

The service just isn't on point. It feels like the staff was annoyed we dared to dine at their restaurant. Also, there was tension between the servers, they were hiding in the kitchen while one server frustratingly took on a 5 top in addition to her other table. We paid for our drinks and left, it didn't seem like a good idea to order food lest we make someone have a nervous breakdown and cry. My fiance and I are good natured people so we laughed about the event. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've had this poor of service; we just never learn our lesson and keep returning because sometimes we get that unicorn server that makes lunch awesome. We will probably brave it again in the future because we're gluttons for punishment read more

My sister and I came here for lunch as I was in my hometown visiting her. This bdubs used to be the go to spot when I was in high school, so it's funny to me to hear how it's also the go to spot for her and her friends all these years later. The place is still pretty nice but it has aged a little over the years and could use a little sprucing up. But overall it's still enjoyable and the food and service are good! You really can't go wrong with any food choice at bdubs, but I opted for the chicken wrap with honey bbq sauce and I was pleased. One of the better spots to dine in Marion! read more

Rude, unaccommodating hostess using the "I'm busy wiping off the menus we're not using" trick. We've been here several times previously, but won't be back for awhile. read more

I don't normally complain/rate restaurants, but in this instance it is definitely necessary. Ordered delivery through actual BWW website. When the order did finally arrive, did not receive the order of fries that were ordered (Also verified the fries were ordered and paid for on the receipt on the bag). The 2 Bird Dawgs received had hardly any meat on them (the amount didn't even fill the buns). The Bird Dawgs we normally get fill the entire bun end-to-end and top-to-bottom, but not these. These definitely were not worth the amount paid for them. Also, the 20 boneless wings ordered were very tough; almost inedible. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from there (especially delivery) again for a long time. read more

Holy heck, if I could give zero stars I would. I went in, gave the name, girl went to the back and returned saying it was being boxed. I waited 20 minutes and she finds it sitting on the shelf and had been there because they didn't bother to look up the name. She laughed and I said it was not funny. She proceeded to tell me "whatever just leave" and I asked for a manager. The manager came up to say she misunderstood and I asked how do you misunderstand and then say a complete lie about it being boxed? Manager then said I made the girl cry. I told her she was rude and got what she gave. The manager then told me to leave, I left and as I am getting in the car a thin black haired waitress had the nerve to come out and yell across the parking lot " leave you fu©k!ng fat b!t©h." Isn't that lovely? I'm fat but I'm also worthy of much better than that waste of a restaurant. I can be called a Karen and yes I'm fat and happy but that place is a joke. Spend your money at any other establishment as that place is disaster and needs to be closed. We haven't ordered from there in months and never will again. read more

Hey, I've been to a bunch of BWW's, it my favorite sports bar. This one is not good. The beer was flat and the service was bad. In the bar, the only server was the bartender. That's bad management. I give it 2 only because I like BWW. Visited the next day. Much better service. Added a star. read more

Every time I come here I wait forever for my food, doesn't matter if it's busy or not.

We visited this location on a Saturday evening and they had a full house, but were turning tables over quickly so we did not wait long at all. Having been to other B-dubs chain locations, I was not expecting such a modern open space that seems to accommodate the family friendly, sports bar vibe this particular restaurant seems to have embraced. Not to mention that such a design ensures that no matter where you're seated you'll have clear views of their numerous TVs and your teams. Our server was efficient but by no means brusque. I decided to try their new Mediterranean turkey burger with fries. It was all a tad cold, but I actually liked the flavored mayonnaise. He got the boneless wings, which even someone like myself who is not a big bbq sauce kinda person enjoys on occasion. If you're seeking a casual dinner with a little lively atmosphere then I'd recommend this Bdubs location. read more

Very very rude, asked for a different table as they had more then 10 tables open but wanted to seat my group at a both/table next to another group. Asked if we could have another table and the hostess called us rude and made a scene in front of the whole restaurant. We decided to just leave as the damage was already done by this point. Very unhappy and will definitely not be going back. read more

Recently redone, this place doesn't even feel like Marion. Sure, every B Dubs is the same, but here, the people are nice, the beer is good and they care to keep the interior redecorated. Two kinds of Yuengling on draft makes me not miss the 'burgh while I'm home. Don't worry, I'll still be cheering on the Brownies while I am there. read more

The staff couldn't be less helpful. They act like you're bothering them for eating at their restaurant. Other than that it's a BW3s, over priced wings and beer read more

Me and my friend got food poising at same time while eating 8/25/2018. It was good food but afterwords not good!

Every time I have door dashed it the past couple times my order has been completely wrong. I ordered the Buffalo tater tot's but without onions blue cheese and peppers and when it came it had all of it on it. Then the previous time I got it I got chili con queso dip but without pico de gallo and they put that on there as well. like I understand if you guys are busy and I don't want to specific orders but if it's a DoorDash you guys have plenty of time to make it ridiculous I will no longer be eating from there.. . read more

What makes this place different is the service. Decent selection of beers. Good ambience. Rated 4 stars just because if the service.

Very, very good food and wings. The servers are very friendly especially one of the servers, very funny and nice. Anyways the food was good, I always get the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich and always order extra medium sauce with it. Super Good! Now I want some! read more

Food was delicious especially their buffalo wings! Our waitress was really sweet so no bad reflection on her, our hostess however had us standing for 5 minutes before she decided to help us. However all things put asides they had some really good burgers, my boyfriend got the blue bacon burger and I got the flatbread pizza along with their hot buffalo wings and a berry lemonade. Our food was really good! It was a cool looking restaurant with their bar really being the star of the show. They had all sports games on and had the UFC fights on Saturdays. It was a real fun atmosphere and a great place for adults. read more
