Cheeseburger was a work of art. Leonardo ain't got anything on that All American Cheese Burger. Service was all around pretty good. Consistent refills and quick order taking and food preparation. The atmosphere was what brought it all together. Over 40 TVs and a quality speaker system really made for an entertaining and stimulating meal. Those mild boneless wings are so bad though. read more

The food itself was good, but the service definitely missed the mark. We ordered appetizers and weren't given any silverware or napkins until my boyfriend got up and asked. We also requested an extra sauce that never came, even after reminding our server, and we were still charged for it until we asked for it to be removed off the bill. When our meals arrived, my boyfriend had to get up to ask for a knife, and he never received the drink he ordered. My boyfriend and I came here at about 7:45, we were not greeted happily and were sat just a booth and given menus, we weren't asked about drinks or even told who our server would be. From that point we both sat there for about 15 minutes until the both of us hungry, tired, and upset about the fact that we still had received no service where several servers were standing at the hostess stand doing absolutely nothing, we both decided to leave. I will start by saying the restaurant was pretty busy when we got there. Waited a bit for the food, which was expected. Ordered chips and salsa, the chips were good but the salsa was gross. Was more like a slightly spicy tomato paste. Definitely tasted like it was from a can. We tried to eat it but didn't eat much. Food is brought out by someone other than our server which is fine and I noticed this happens a lot there but, the person dropping off the food just drops it off and goes without seeing if you need anything. So, both of us ate most of our meals without anything to drink. I hate that. I had a triple bacon burger which was very, very good. I also had fries that had obviously been under a heat lamp for some time. When the server eventually came to get us drinks, I was mostly done eating. I politely mentioned that the salsa was not good. She did come back and tell us that she took it off the bill, I appreciated that. So, some food was bad, some mid, some was real good. Service was ok considering they were busy but, they don't expect any less of a tip for doing a lesser job. I pretty much always leave at least 15% because you look like a jerk if you don't regardless of how the experience was, which isn't right but that's another topic all together. OK, so maybe five stars is overkill but - wait a minute - no it's not! OK it's a BDubs, I get it, but they don't deserve to be one and a half stars based on what I saw tonight. The beer was cold. And a good selection. The most important thing is that the hatch chili smash burger is one of the best burgers I can get anywhere and so far it's been consistent at BW's stores across several states. I have eaten at this establishment many times and they have grown Leaps and Bounds from when they first opened. If you get the Boneless Wings they will simply never disappoint you. I also have to give this establishment high praise for their volume of appetizer. Always a very generous quantity. I have always thought that the specials they run are a bit confusing and I am simply amazed how good they train the servers to remember them all encyclopedic knowledge at its best Fast seating, the hostess actually asked us if we wanted a booth or a table and told us that the booth did need to be cleaned off. Very good at prompt seating. We ordered the cheese curds for an appetizer and I must say they were very filling in themselves. Most places will not give you the quantity that this place does. (Picture 1). I had the boneless wings, every now and then they have a vinegary taste. Unfortunately this trip was one of those times. But, more often than not the sweet barbecue wings are the way to go. I also suggest the Teriyaki wings while they're available. (Picture 4). My girlfriend's favorite option is the pulled pork sandwich. She is pretty picky when it comes to pulled pork (Picture 3). But she rate this above-average which is saying a lot. Unfortunately oh, not every hit can be a home run . We were sorely disappointed with the coleslaw. I'm not sure if this establishment understands what coleslaw supposed to be? We got it the first time oh, and there was no cream in it. We asked the server why it was like this. He kindly took it back to the kitchen and returned with it looking the exact way it was. If you're looking for creamy coleslaw do not order it here. Lastly, I bring up an opinion that is simply that. Ultimate Fighting was on during our meal and the speakers were simply too loud for someone who is not into this sport, I do understand it is a sports bar. Sat in deck Area at arrival. Too windy, went to only sunny section in restaurant. Went to tell waiter where we were. Saw about 3-4 servers standing around. Place was more on the empty side. A younger lady told me that sections was closed. I told her we really wanted sun- (for those Midwesterners who know we had a long hard winter, you KNOW we look for sunny seating!) I have been coming to BW for over 20 years! I recommend it highly! Great management and staff.

Used to go here a lot. They're always busy, but server quality has suffered in recent years. A while back we had a server (Corey maybe), younger gal, who really has no business being in hospitality. She brought the wrong food for my wife. It was spicy and my wife can't eat spicy due to an injury related to her throat cancer. Server never checked on us, we just sat there looking at the food. Next time we see her, she drops the check and doesn't acknowledge the fact we haven't touched our food. We told her what happened, she said, "oh" and walked away. Didn't come back, didn't get a manager, didn't even apologize or offer the correct food. We boxed it up and payed as we told the manager about it on the way out. Upon arrival we were not welcomed and we were rushed to order. oh and the only reason i know her name is because it was on the receipt... NOT because she introduced her self!! I'm yet to have a good experience at this location, but my most recent experience was so awful it warranted review. The food was great, and I have no complaints with the food at all from this visit, the issue was with service. We came in at 9:30 in the evening and were one of three tables on the carpeted area, with 4-5 more in the bar. Not significantly busy, but decent enough. After six or seven minutes, I asked the hostess if anyone was on the way. About a minute later, our server Sam came over and asked what we'd like to drink, and I asked if they had Castle Danger Cream Ale on tap. He goes to ask the bar, comes back, says "no we don't have Newcastle". Okay, so he misheard me -- doesn't matter at all to be honest -- I'm not gonna waste this kids time and have him go back to the bar to ask again. I order a Lagunitas IPA and my girlfriend orders a soda. A few minutes later, he drops off the drinks -- good so far. He leaves and we check out the menu. Never comes back. 25 minutes later, I walk up to him (since we're ready to order) where he's just been standing by the computer looking down. I notice he's on his phone. I say "can we order" and he says "yeah what would you like". I told him "well my girlfriend wants to order too, can we go to the table?" And we go to the table to order. We order, and I watch him very carefully because he's clearly not taking it seriously. He never logs into the computer, just walks back over to it and gets on his phone again. After about 10 mins I get up to refill my girlfriends soda and ask the bartender for another beer, both of which had been empty since before we ordered food (my own fault, I should've asked while he was there). On the way back I stop at the computer (texting yet again) and say "hey is our food on the way" and he says something to the effect of "oh yeah, I'm putting it in right now." Now I'm irritated. I'm a bartender in downtown Minneapolis, and my first job in the service industry was at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Hutchinson, which the gentleman who owns this franchise also owns. I know what busy is, and I know what an apathetic server is. This isn't good service, even at a McDonald's. Long story short, the food is on point and they have a decent sporty atmosphere, but if you're coming here, plan on playing a very active role in making sure you receive service. read more

I just stopped here for drinks (3/1/21) and can't say the bartender really knew what he was doing...The bloody mary was good, hard to mess that one up, but the mojito was far from excellent. It was too sweet, the limes were not muddled, and I couldn't taste the mint, even worse, the bartender shook the drink after pouring the soda. read more
