I came to watch the Broncos-Bills game and have been to this location multiple times before with no issue. I am the stereotypical "quiet dude at the bar that minds his business" yet I was told that they were no longer comfortable serving me. I had 5 light beers and mozzarella sticks for the duration of the 3 hour game. Never made a peep or any indication whatsoever that I was even remotely intoxicated, especially on such a low ABV relative to the duration of the stay. I have NEVER been asked to leave/refused service at ANY bar in nigh 20 years. I have been to countless BWW across the country over the years and as long as the manager and bartender present are at this location I will never return. As far a as the service we didn't get checked on during, or towards the middle of the meal. So I really don't have much to say. The environment was nice, very clean and spacious. We've almost always consistently had good service and our recent visit was even better than normal. I Love me some Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings. This location is one of my favorites to come and grab me some good crispy chicken wings. They make sure that my lemon pepper wings are fried crispy with perfection. It is always clean and well kept. There is always someone at the front door to greet you like a guest. This place can get super packed and nosey on the weekends between noon time. There are flat screen TV's all around the place and a nice bar where you can sit at and enjoy a nice cold beverage and wings. This location has a lot of high school and college students that are trying to make a honest living. However, at times they do stand around chatting and playing. My order has been messed up a few times but the manager always comes out to the rescue and makes sure that your order is corrected. The ambience is pretty much cool. We stopped in for lunch one day and had a decent meal. I'm going to assume, at this point, everyone has been to a Buffalo Wild Wings so I'll save you the details of a standard location. I would like to point out that the food tasted and was served as one would expect. It was hot and it was pretty well made (which hasn't been my experience recently at other locations). Where this location really shines is with the staff. Our waitress was very friendly and absolutely adorable with our 1.5 year old daughter. She had kids of her own so I'm not surprised, but she was very playful and fun. It was so refreshing. Not only that, but I saw a different waitress at a different table chit-chatting away like she was old friends with the customers (and who knows, maybe she was). My point is, great staff that you don't get to experience that frequently. This location doesn't stand out from a look/feel or food aspect but it ranks very high in the customer service. If I have to go back to a BWW again (like I said, the variability in food has turned me off overall) I am going to hope it's this location again. read more

I called restaurant first and they put me on hold and told me to contact Grubhub. I did that and sent them a picture of the wrong item. Grubhub gave me a refund but COME ON!!!!!! Food was fine but the service terrible. Our waitress with pink hair dropped 8 waters total (3 different time). She than yelled at us for asking for separate checks. She put the wrong food in for the kitchen and than after she eventually gave us separate checks she mixed up who had what drinks and food. It took our group of 6 waited an additional whole hour waiting to pay even though there was probably a total of 4 parties in the restaurant. During this hour one member of our party paid cash and than she came back and said he didn't pay at all. After an argument she told us all to leave even though one of us was still waiting to pay with Apple Pay. This waitress is the worst I have ever had.
