Because of that, I do not believe all the five-star reviews reflect real customer experiences. Today, I placed an online order for five people and even left a tip, although we did not dine in. I drove nearly an hour to pick up the food, only to come home and find the order very disappointing. The sandwiches had noticeably less meat than usual, barely any sauce, and everything tasted dry. The fries were also extremely salty. This was very frustrating, especially because I had recommended this place to others in the past.
