Usually when bigger franchises like this get slow or super busy, the service is lackluster at best. Definitely not the experience at this location we got. Man oh man. This location has been here for YEARS and I always remember coming here. Never my idea to come here, but always something I've been dragged to, to be honest. Came in here on Friday night and decided to sit in the bar area so we could watch some sports. While our server was amazing, I could tell she was hustling and they definitely need more staff. She was the only server in the busy bar area, and she was even making drinks and serving those, too. This girl did it ALL! She did notice every time someone new sat down and did grab our drink orders. But again, it just took forever to get our drinks because she was riding solo. We did order some food. I got some boneless wings and ordered the veggies on the side, too. Unfortunately, my food was COLD and then I didn't even get my veggies either. We order take-out at least twice a month and I have to say for the most part our order is good and complete. Today I ordered desert heat dry rub wings for my husband. He immediately was disappointed. The dry rub was so thick of the wings, there was no chicken taste in the wings. Suggestion: Ask for "light" seasoning if you choose desert heat dry rub. Enrique is a terrible manager. i've ordered from here 40 plus times with little to no problems. this last sunday (easter) i ordered 70$ worth of wings for delivery at 7pm. i didnt get any phone or email confirmation like usual so i called after an hour. They told me the delivery guy just picked up your order. 1 hour later i call again they say your order was picked up 45 min ago there is nothing they can do. they said call grub hub thats who you ordered with. i said okay hung up and went to my browser. it said i ordered directly thru buffalo wild wings website so i called enrique back. this was at 10 pm 3 hours after my order. he said he can not do anything for me or have it re delivered. i said i have work at 5 am but i can send my son down to pick up. my son arrived home at 10:30 with the completely wrong meal. only 20 of 40 wings. plain. not sauced like i ordered. 4 side cup sauces of bbq and ranch which i did not order by the way. i ordered tots with add ons and 3 orders of fries with extras. I will say this location is better than all the other locations I been to. Staff is super nice and attentive. They have a dining in area and a bar area. The food was fresh and hot . Love the onion rings . I never come to Buffalo Wild Wings, and not order the onion rings. Honestly, have not found a place that make better onion rings. The cauliflower wings were okay I had better cauliflower wings elsewhere. But they hit the spot. I usually get the boneless wings and it's a hit or miss sometimes. The drinks were good and well proportion. I love that there is an app that you can get points and potentially free food when you get enough points. Also love that they have more options in food. So I ordered nachos and they didn't come out with enough toppings. They were completely dry, so I actually was gonna yelp about this, then the manager tried to charge me for extra topping after showing her very dry nachos.. BUT Nikki was our server. Leaving negative reviews is not my favorite thing to do but this isn't my first bad experience at this location. In the past I decided to ignore the missing items or extended waiting time but I believe I need to share my experience because maybe (not probable) that will help improving the experience of future customers. I placed an order online, waited for my pick up time, walked in the restaurant, made eye contact with several servers and not a single person came to help. I would understand if the place was full but there were 3 tables being served. THREE!!! I even saw a server chewing on food while helping customers. I could care less if they are eating but even the servers are eating and I'm not. To make things worse, my order was sitting there for the 18 minutes I was waiting. They weren't waiting for my order to be done. It was done the whole time. Just no one came to help. I understand being busy, I understand prioritizing the customers who are dining in.. but to walk by me around 10 times, make eye contact with me, see that I am waiting, and not ask if I've been helped? That's upsetting. 18 minutes! There was a manager there so I'm not hopeful something will actually happen. But maybe if the owner can see this he/she will have a better understanding of what happens there on a Friday night when the place isn't super busy. read more

I like Buffalo for their jammin' jalapeño flavor. I was so sad when they got rid of it, but then I discovered they have Asian zing! Sometimes we'll just be craving those flavors, and most of the time they have some really neat beer specials. We ended up at this location after a doctor's visit for our teen. We were greeted and served by Diane or Diana, (I'm so sorry! I forget the names!) our server was great! She was handling us and about 3 more tables while I am assuming she was waiting for her relief. She was very patient, smiled, took care of our refills and checked on us multiple times. It wasn't too busy for a Wednesday either, so we were excited because we figured we weren't going to have to wait so long for our food. It started to get busy when we were finishing up, which was about 6ish. Our sampler was good. The boneless wings weren't really hot or warm though, and the cheese was stuck to the chips, as it had been sitting there for a while. All our traditional wings however, we're hot and full of sauces. Our fries were hot, and the celery and baby carrots were for some reason extra delicious and crunchy with our meal! I have been to this location many times but today was the first time I wasn't pleased with the customer service. I felt like I had a complaint about the amount of potato wedges given and my comments wasn't really being heard. I feel like the potion size I was given does not reflect the price they expect you to pay. I talked to my server and then she got the manager. Amber was our bartender and she is very friendly and got our drinks to us quick and the food is always yummy. Over the last several years, however, it has been nothing short of awful. The food is terrible. We went this evening and sat at the bar. The bartender was rude and dismissive. She also misled us with regard to alcohol purchases. I ordered boneless wings and my husband had cauliflower wings. The food came and we didn't have utensils, napkins or condiments. When we asked, we got forks. Sadly, my fork couldn't cut the boneless wings I ordered. They were hard as rocks and the flavor was terrible. The fries were cold and soggy. I wish tonight had been different because I give a lot of chances but I'm sad to say, never again. I can get past a bad meal if service is good or if service is lacking but the food is good. We are sitting in Buffalo wild wings right now. My expectations were low even though I've been here probably five times over the last five years but reading the reviews made me skeptical. The places about 3040% full with customers we did have to flag the bartender to get serviced, but he came over quickly. The one complaint I have was there is no prices on their beer menu even surprise the bartender, but the chicken was excellent. My wife had the Caribbean jerk and I had the buffalo dry rub. Both were excellent and then we had carrots and celery as a side all in all it was a good experience I would come back so don't believe all the reviews you read. read more
