I stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings at Peninsula Town Center and while the food and setup were decent, this location definitely needs more staffing support. The waitress working our section did her best to keep up--she was polite, attentive, and helpful throughout--but it was clear she was stretched thin. The dining experience was fine, but with additional staff to balance the workload, service could run smoother and match the effort the team is already putting in. The restaurant itself is divided into two main sections: a lively bar area with high-top tables and a dining area with booths and regular tables, so it caters well to both groups of friends and families. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time, which was a nice plus. read more

I have a great time when I'm in here. Tanita is a great bartender and takes care of everyone in a friendly and professional manner. Everyone who has been my server has been great. BWW can't do anything about the traffic but watch out if driving around the location. read more

Service. Not busy and everything took forever. Ordered take out and drinks. Drinks were gone well before food came out. Asked for bill twice while waiting. My take out was brought and it was another ten minutes before I finally got my bill. The bartender was very nice, but after taking orders, she constantly came back and asked people again what they ordered. Visited on 5/25/26 read more

This location is absolutely terrible. This is our second time coming here and will be the last. The staff is so rude and always have attitudes and not to mention why is this location always out of food? The first time we came here they told us they were out of wings so we walked right out and decided to give it another try today and had an online order for pick up and they didn't even have the order correct until my husband asked where the other half of our combos were and were immediately told oh we're out of this this and that but when helped by another employee he was able to give us the rest of our order but had an attitude doing it. I believe this location needs to shut down or even get better management. read more

Eh. The food is just eh. My family chose this place as our weekly family date night. I'm the vegan in the family, so we try to find a place where I can eat as well as the rest of the crew. My daughter had boneless wings. She said the wings were good but they were not hot--as in smoke coming off of them hot. Having arrived at 8PM and to receive the food around 8:52PM, that long of a wait--the food should have been more than just tepid. The blogs say if you are a vegan, get the Asian Zing cauliflower wings. To keep them vegan, however, ask them to be BAKED not fried. Everything here is cooked in beef fat. Welp, I asked for them baked, only to learn they will not bake them here. That left me with the options of a side salad with no cheese and carrots and celery. I learned there was a black bean burger too, so I will have to try that next time. read more

We decided to stop by Buffalo Wild Wings today after not visiting in quite some time, and it was honestly one of the worst dining experiences we've had. The restaurant wasn't busy at all--only two other tables were there and already being helped--yet it took nearly 15 to 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. We later found out that our server had chosen not to wait on us because he assumed we wouldn't tip. He even claimed that he had served us before and that we hadn't tipped him, which doesn't make sense considering we haven't been here in years--and the last time we came in, our server was a woman. On top of that, I used to be a server myself, so I am not the person to do that. What made it even worse is that everyone who came in after us was greeted and helped right away, which confirmed that the way we were ignored was completely intentional. That kind of judgmental and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. We came in simply to enjoy a meal, not to be stereotyped or dismissed based on false assumptions. After this experience, we won't be returning to this location--or to any Buffalo Wild Wings in the future. read more

Walked in at 11:40pm and was told last call is at 1230 for food and drink and that they couldn't serve use 40 minutes before last call.

I'm not a huge fan of Buffalo wild wings frankly, because they're high priced and the quality is not great. When you can get some of the daily specials though it's worth it. We did the buy one get one boneless on Thursday evening before it got busy. Our waitress was super nice but as the night got busy, she was also obviously busy. Had to grab her own silverware, which is no big deal because I kind of expect at buffalo wild wings. Food was decent. Slightly overpriced but the deal made it worth it. Great spots just to grab something quick and easy though in a very very casual family friendly setting. read more

This location sucks so bad for real. It's easily the worst BWW I've ever visited. The host did not tell the server that there were three tables waiting for a sever. One table got up and left. People were on the back patio smoking so it smelled like cigarettes, and there was some dude sitting behind us listening to whatever garbage WITH NO HEADPHONES. I am never coming back for sure. It was impressively bad. read more

First time coming in years... and I realized why I like wing-stop better. Upon entering with my boyfriend I was asked if I wanted to eat at the bar (the place was empty) and I said no I wanted to eat in a booth and it seemed like that was a huge inconvenience from the start. Food is overpriced I ordered Guac and it came out brown... is that not embarrassing to present food like that? The wings were small And I went to order drinks and the options were super limited no pineapple juice or orange juice (im a fruity cocktail gal) Also I do want to include: order yourself two drinks because the waitress won't come and check on you for a refill. Not the best wings or atmosphere anymore only go if you expect low quality food with high prices read more

The service was a zero from the minute we walked in. We had to look for a host to seat us. Then we waited for a server. They never came so we found one to take our order. We ate, but at that point it didn't matter how the food tasted. Drinks were weak. Never going back. read more

This restaurant was disgusting, they were struggling to seat people because they were not cleaning up the dirty tables. They had no Dr. Pepper which was fine, got a Pepsi, it came out with no ice even though my boyfriends water got ice We finally got to place our order, which consisted of a lady trying to remember 2 different meals without writing anything down. That honestly is just so frustrating she just stared at me while I ordered lmao. I guess I upset her when I asked "should we write anything down or?" And she definitely didn't want to serve us after that. We relied on a man who was likely the manager, we had to ask for a fork and he said "lemme get you a plastic one our dishwasher has been messing up lately" so I was like damn why do we have real cups then I felt disgusting in there and truly worst dining experience in the 757. read more

Went in at 2 today to have a few drinks and get a bite to eat. The place was pretty empty. I sat at the bar, wasn't acknowledged for the first five minutes. When the bar tender finally came over I ordered a beer. She proceeded to walk away and start a conversation at the other end of the bar. She was actually pouring samples of beer for a guy who was already drinking a beer. I gave her 5 more minutes then got up and left. I guess some people don't want to make money. read more

Beer was cold, wings were hot. That's about all I can say positive. Service was not great and the woman's bathroom was horrendous. All three pretty much out of order for one reason or another. Was not busy (can see why). Will not be returning. read more

Absolutely awful. My daughter is in the ER because of this place. We ordered boneless wings and fries to celebrate my promotion. My daughter complained of her chest hurting so we looked at her fries. There was GLASS in her food. Small shards and shards has large as half inch. When I called the store, the lady literally told me she would talk to cooks and hung up. I didn't even get a chance to say thank you...or anything for that matter. All considering, my mind wasn't geared towards refund. I wanted to make sure other people weren't going to swallow glass. When a refund was brought up, I was offered $19 out of $109. I'm like, I'm more concerned about the safety of people....but now that we are talking about it....$19 out of 109 for glass in your food is a little ridiculous...especially given the fact that pictures were included. This place is ghetto, the cooks are high, the manager doesn't seem to care, and it is a public health nightmare. I don't care if you love BWW...avoid this place. This wasn't a one time bad experience, it just happens that this is the first time my families safety was in immediate risk. buy their sauce and make the wings yourself. Edit: Apparently the pictures won't post...if you click my review you can see the pictures. read more

The wings and wait staff were fine. I'd even compliment the wait staff on their kindness and everyone was moving around cleaning the whole time I was waiting. Which was 40 MINUTES FOR A PICK UP ORDER THAT I ARRIVED 10 MINUTES AFTER THE SCHEDULED ARRIVAL TIME TO GET. It was a ridiculously long wait and the whole front was full of people waiting for their food to go. It should never take 40 minutes to get 2 sets of wings and some fries made to go. I was still optimistic and kind to the staff who did engage with me, hoping for some fresh food, AND THE FRIES WERE COLD. I was there to redeem a free birthday reward and a little fry treat for myself, and I can't be 50 free wings would have been worth the wait. If you do chose to go, just expect to wait. read more

I had some time to kill so I decided to stop by this BWW for a drink and to catch a soccer game. I stopped in a bit after lunch and there were barely anyone sitting at the bar. The bartender was able to find the game that I wanted to watch. The customer service was decent overall and I was happy with my overall experience. They serve a lot of local beers which was quite nice. BWW has not let me down yet when I wanted to watch a game. This BWW is located in a busy shopping center, almost like an outlet mall type area. My recent experience at this place was disappointing. Despite ordering 20 boneless wings through the app, it took an hour to get my order. Inside, I encountered an exceptionally rude and uncaring waitress. Witnessing her make disrespectful remarks to another customer examining his receipt was unpleasant. When she finally acknowledged me and told me my order wasn't ready yet. she promptly retreated to the back of the store, leaving the ringing phone unattended. Improvements in service and attitude are much needed. There are also piles of boxes everywhere in the dining area just generally looks like it needs to be cleaned. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. There were only two servers working when we went and yet we found a server sitting outside on her phone most of the time. This caused service to be severely delayed. We ended up waiting 30 mins for drinks, another 30 for our first round of wings, and another 30 for our second round even though the restaurant was nearly empty. The only reason we got served at all the whole time is because we got up and grabbed the waitresses ourselves. Not to mention they were out of nearly every drink and out of fries/sauces. Sides other than fries are an up-charge and they required us to pay the up-charge even though they were out of fries. Tables were dirty, floors were sticky, and boneless wings tasted like they were made hours in advance and were served to us dry and stale. I don't know how they are not out of business. read more

My boyfriend and I frequent this Buffalo Wild Wings, and tonight we received probably the worst service there. Our bartender was Lauren, he went in first, and once I got in we ended up waiting almost 10 minutes before anyone even came up to greet us. Then, we each ordered an app and an entree. Now, when ordering appetizers you'd think they'd come out before the food, that was not the case this evening. We waited about 20 minutes for our food, and everything not only came out at once, but it was ice cold. You could definitely tell she was favoring other customers at the bar. I then asked for a sauce on the side, never received it. Nonetheless, my boyfriend and I are both bartenders, and we understand it's a lot when you're busy. But this was just not a good experience for us. read more

This is my first time going to this location of BWW and it was not good. Soon as I walk in, no greeting, no "hello, be with you in a moment", nothing. Only one staff member on the phone with another customer. I waited patiently for him to finish, he walked right past me and didn't greet, didn't inform he'd be right back or anything. Almost as if I wasn't even there. I came for a pick up. The female that came from the back was uninformed of where my order was which is kind of ridiculous that such a small thing couldn't been passed down to the next person to know who's working the register. She finally finds my items which is wings, ice cream and cake. I come home to only find the wings and ice cream with no cake. Although the missing cake is something I don't really care about, I can always sub that elsewhere for my cousin whom I shared the meal with. It's just the disorganization over such a simple thing that's why I'm giving this a 1/5 and Never going back to this location again. After a long work day, I don't feel like driving around to find another food item because the staff couldn't get one order together and disseminate the information so the next person is informed. read more

The worst experience I ever had in a restaurant. We ordered two large packs and a couple of other items for take-out. The manager said it would take 10-15 minutes. After 40 minutes when we checked with the manager, she said they were packing and it's gonne be ready in 3 minutes. After 1 hour and 10 minutes wait, we finally decided to cancel the order since there was no sign of order fulfillment. When we asked for cancellation, the manager went arrogant and said "You can cancel the order, I am not sure when you will get the order". The whole time lot of other people were waiting in the store. The manager lady needs some immediate training. However, this is my last trip to BWW. I do not recommend this restaurant. read more

I don't understand all the shade thrown at this place. I arrived and while I didn't have any major expectations, the only real nit pick I had was their beer selection wasn't what I expected from a bdubs. I had the lunch special and while it was all good, I do wish they were a little more generous on their portion sizes. The amount of fries I got was rather lackluster. But as I said, the quality of everything was great. There only thing that drove me from making this a 5 star was the cleanliness. The bathrooms smelled unappealing. They really need to focus on the other side of the house and that matters and that's the details. I might be back but it sure will be tough considering the competition. Wow. I'm disappointed at the terrible service at this place. I ordered a set of wings with fries, carrot/celery and a drink. To go. Price was fine. Wait time was fine. Place was ok but jot great. The big issue is that the clerk gave me my order in a bag and sent me on my way. I had to remind him that I had ordered a drink which was not in the bag. Imagine walking in to an empty restaurant and being turned away from sitting at the bar by the host because they were "too busy". Welcome to BWW Hampton. The host changed his mind as my large group of two we're leaving the restaurant and offered us seating in the bar area. No thanks man. It's happy hour in more than one spot. Dear vegetarians, thank you for saving all the wings for us. I'm kidding! Buffalo Wild Wings, you weren't my first pick - but I'm always game for some wings and beers when it's fight night. The wings were ok; I chose two flavors I thought would be fantastic - my bad, the flavor was disgusting. Regardless, I tried the other flavors on the table and they weren't half bad. If you're coming here for the best service and 5* experience, don't. You come here for beer, wings and sports. Our server was clearly doing everything she could serving many other tables, it was clear they were understaffed. The wings came in time, first few rounds of drinks came in time - after that, the place got really busy and the service slowed right down. I can't complain too much as it's always a good night in good company - it's what you make it, just a bit on the expensive side for the little service you receive (and a bit mean with the portion size of the carrot and celery boat...) A solid 3 Bdubs; room for improvement. read more

We came in with a party of 5 on a Saturday afternoon at noon for lunch. When we arrived, there were only 2 other tables occupied, not busy at all. Unfortunately our experience left a lot to be desired, there were multiple mishaps from both service and kitchen. First - it took almost 15 minutes after we ordered for the server to come over and let us know they were out of avocado for my salad, although I did appreciate them letting me know so I could change my order. Secondly there was just a lot of confusion throughout the ordering process. We ordered 2 beers and 1 moscule mule for the table - and then received 3 beers and 1 mule, we were charged for all of them. Next, maybe 10 minutes after my friend ordered the chicken tenders, the server in training came over and asked if he wanted fries with the tenders and he said no. She then asked how many tenders he wanted 3 or 6 and he replied 3. When the order came out, he received 3 tenders with fries... so why ask? The food was OK, but not memorable. Unfortunately what we remember were the multiple mistakes and the incredibly slow service given that there were only 2 other tables during lunch hour. Based on my experience, I would not return to this BWW location. read more

Wings are one of my favorite things to eat, so I was pleased to find out that BWW had a BOGO promo goin on now. I live in Norfolk close to the HRBT so, although there are 2 locations close to me on the Southside, I chose the Hampton location because they offer online ordering and the drive is primarily interstate so it takes nearly the same time to get there. I ordered the 15 piece traditional bone-in wings, getting another 15 piece free. 30 wings for about $20 is a not so shabby deal. When I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted and the order was quickly provided to me with plenty of Blue Cheese dressing, carrots and celery sticks. I paid and tipped and was promptly on my way home. The wings are a nice size...fairly large and meaty. Half were Mango Habanero which is a flavor I always enjoy. The other half I decided to try their Thai Curry - another hot one. I was expecting it to have some sweetness as well to help balance the heat of the curry, as in Thai dishes that often have coconut milk or pineapple, for example. I'm guessing that someone there at BWW must have had some intuition that, for this flavor, I wouldn't be a fan because there were only 10, not 15 wings in that box. 25 wings for $25 (incl tip) is still not a bad deal, in addition to the 2 employees that assisted me briefly while I was there are why I haven't made this rating any lower. read more

This place is so hit or miss. The very first time I went was in Jacksonville and the wings were soggy almost. Super gross. Naturally, I gave it one more shot and it was awesome! Got traditional buffalo wings and they were so good and crispy. Well, I went again last week and they were in the middle of the first time I went and my most recent time I went. It was, eh. What made it okay was that it was happy hour. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, so the food came out quickly. The fried pickles and mozzarella sticks were pretty good. Basic at best and what you'd expect from ordering those. One thing that will always annoy me about this place is the customer service walking in. NOBODY IS EVER STANDING THERE TO HELP YOU. The last time I went we eventually just made our way to the bar until we could talk to a hostess who told us it was open seating. I saw a family waiting at the front looking around for someone to help them, but I'm not sure if they waited or just left. read more

One server for the entire restaurant. Poor food quality after a 45 min wait with half the restaurant empty.

My visit last Tuesday with BDubs was... slow. A group and I went for their BOGO boneless wings around 8PM. The place wasn't particularly packed so we thought things would go smoothly. Our orders were taken swiftly but then that was when the waiting game began... Our server although friendly was nowhere to be found most of the time. She sat down and chit chatted when she was around which was a bit... odd. Waters were left empty, side items not brought out, and everything just moved at a snail's pace. The food when it did finally come out was okay. I chose Asian Zing and Honey BBQ as my sauces and I found them to be okay. Definitely have had better but they were good for the price. Hubby got Teriyaki and Garlic Parm and he seemed to enjoy. I do like the fact that you can queue up songs via an app so you can jam out while you eat. I recommend coming when you're not hungry and also have good entertainment while you wait. read more
