I was there on Sunday around noon to catch the Bears Saints game and have some food for lunch. The waiter seemed a little unfamiliar with the menu, but he did his best and it was sufficient. The food took over 40 minutes to reach our table. The place was rather packed. I think the kitchen was overwhelmed. The wings were great. The nachos was substandard. Don't you hate when you order over the phone and they (the manager) says your food will be done in 10 mins, so you show up in 10 mins, but the food actually comes out 40 minutes later??? I ordered on the phone to pick up on my way home to have my fav food before the most important interview of my life. Thought it would rest my nerves and make me happy, but all it did was piss me off. Came here recently with sweets and her bro during a little league playoff break. We were craving wings and BWW didn't disappoint. If you been to one you know the drill. Though this is a smaller version of the ones I had visited. Also they didn't have the AC cranked like I like it. When we showed up it was pretty empty so we didn't have any delays in service. I've been a Buffalo fan for a while now. I have worked at the Buffalo in Covington for about a year until I got a new job. I'm in college here at Southeastern and had some points to use up. My boyfriend and I decided to fulfill our craving tonight and stop in. We went in around 6:30 and no one was in there. Whoop, love that because our food comes out faster. I order a strawberry lemonade (highly recommend btw) and that was good. We order the buff chips with cheese and bacon, medium wing, half mild and half garlic parmesan, and cheese cake bites. All the food came out at once, including the dessert. I don't know, I just feel like since I said appetizer-meal-dessert it would make sense to bring it out in that order?? My sister stared feeling lightheaded before our food even came out. - The booths have TERRIBLE seats. My thighs were in severe pain once I left the premises. It hurt SOOOO bad! The leather was severely cracked, even missing!! - It is as hot as the fires of hell in that place. I was literally sweating like a sinner in church. Plus eating spicy wings did NOT help. So disappointing, If I could, I'd give no stars at all! 2nd bad experience in a row, taking the hint! Ordered take out today, got the same thing we always get. Very typical, girl answering phone rude and was holding personal conversations with other employees while I was trying to give my order. I had her read it back and she got it right. When I arrived to pick up my order, I commented "Wow y'all sure have a lot of people working to not be busy at all" a few of the girls made the statement that they thought so as well and that several wanted to go home, but can't because it's game day. The girls were not as rude as normal, I assume because they were so bored. I paid for my order (between cost of food & tip in excess of $50). I get home only to have my husband immediately realize his order was not right (no sauce whatsoever on his wings) and didn't even send our appetizer. I always get the all American burger which clearly states on the menu that you can get grilled onions WITH SPECIAL REQUEST. I didn't request! Just as some have nut allergies, I'm highly allergic to onions! Can't even eat the burger if I pick them off! Once they are on there, I cannot eat it unless I want to take an ambulance ride! I called to make complaint and the rude girl that answered the phone took my complaint and simply said that I could go back and they would put sauce on his wings and remove onions. I asked for a manager and got hung up on! I'm seriously wishing I hadn't left a tip and would dispute the charge if I could! We have been ordering food from this location at least once per week, but will not ever again! Would have been a complete different outcome had my complaint been handled better! We came in to a friendly greeting and easily found our way to the bar, where Blaike handled our needs expertly. She was very knowledgeable about the new beer they just got and immediately offered a taste without wasting any time. She helped us through our wing order by making it clear... even though they have a lot of sauces. We enjoyed our time here and only dropped the rating due to the dirty appearance of the restaurant, obviously due to being understaffed.
